Food hot and delicious as always. But for the first time ever, my server kept my change. Very disappointed. Been eating here for years and this has never happened. If she would have asked, I would understand much better. Instead she kept it. Her name is Bridget by the way. WATCH OUT FOR BRIDGET!!! She will take your money!!!

My first time to eat here. The staff, Bridget and others, were prompt and helpful. I had the Canadian flounder, fries, slaw, and an ample amount of hush puppies. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will be back.

Pretty good but really should offer more than fries and coleslaw for sides. Everyone dont eat that 🙄. To many hush puppies also.

First time!! So much food. Hot delicious. Class were chewy not tough. Shrimp hot and not overly breaded. Crack claws were delicious fried just right. French Fries hot. Delicious bite-sized hushpuppies with honey butter. Great 1st experience. Ill be back

Omg!!! Theyre so friendly and so fast. I totally forgot how theyre with the food. I have sooooo much food that I cant eat it all . Im so glad I didnt order more food. (I just fix a small plate and Im so full)

This is absolutely my favorite seafood place around. They are friendly and fast. It’s not a big place it has limited seating. All in all it’s the best.

My husband and I ordered food on Saturday 9/11/21. We went to their menu on the website and when he picked it up, cause they still are serving inside. It was 7.00 higher than it should have been. He went ahead and got because he knew I wanted crab claws. Never again, because I will not pay $23.00 for 1/2 pounds (mostly crumbs and dark claws. The house shrimp is not what it used to be and neither are the hushpuppies. I called amd was told by Amy that if I had a problem with menu call Google. They just lost a 20yr customers

Best seafood in Birmingham! With the best breading on all the fried seafood. Best east coast style seafood around!!! So much food for the price. And cant forget the hushpuppies with honey butter! Delish Delish Delish! ❤❤❤

When you pay $18 and some change for 16 ounces of fried clam and I told them no cotail sauce extra tarter sauce and if I got 3 tsp of tater sauce I would be surprised it really sucks to eat clam strips dry with out no dipping sauces.

We wanted something different to eat, I must say this was the WORST that I have ever had!!! Everything tasted rushed it was not cooked to perfection with the amount of money that we spent. We will never come back

The staff was very nice and helpful with my order. Everyone had a great attitude With smiling faces. The food was awesome. Will I go back yes would I recommend this place yes.

The food was Really Really Good! The employees were very safe during this pandemic and very sweet. Everyone wore a mask and was getting orders out to cars at a fast pace! I will definitely be back.

I love this place. Their food is amazing but a little pricey. They are the same ones that had the restuarant on Allison Bonnett called Bryants Seafood. You will definitely recognize the hush puppies. You will also get enough food to fill you up. I would eat there everyday if I could.

Overall everything was really good as always. The only disappointment is that they now no longer give you honeybutter with your order of hushpuppies but rather charge you $0.25 each. Such a sad disappointment when they dont charge for any other condiment and act like your $45.00 order isnt worth $1.00 worth of free condiments which has always come with the order before free of charge.Sadly this seems to be a constant new review issue that is overall hurting their reviews and potential repeat customers.

Ive been a customer of this company since my youth; it had a different name then! Everything is always fresh, hot, and delicious! Everyone is always is upbeat and nice! The portion sizes are definitely shareable!!!!!

David,got food November 19,2020 around 5pm. We ordered a#1 Canadian Flounder Shrimp and Oysters Fish smelled and enedible.The other complaint when you could dine in you could use what you needed of tarter and cocktail sauce I was charged .30 for 6 evtra tarter and 4 extra cocktail after allready spending $63 upped total to$69.71,I dont like extra condiment charges and Ill be back just dissapointed..

This is our go to spot! The combination dinners are delicious and you get HEFTY portions! My favorite: shrimp and fish combo plate. Always piping hot & fresh!

Grew up eating at Bryants Seafood weekly. When I heard they were coming back under a new name I was understandably excited.Food is still like I remember and the hushpuppies are the best.I wish you could still get extra sauce for free like you used to, or at least reduce the price. Other than that, you will not be disappointed.

Drove from Helena to get food, service was great and attentive, food was delicious with huge portions. The only thing I recommend is larger portions of condiments(cocktail, tartarthere wasnt near enough for the order but we made do, because the food is awesome. Larger drinks I also recommend, but will definitely return(and ask for extra extra condimentsHaha!

My heart was broken a week ago. Weve eaten there twice before the pandemic and the food was great. Now that the pandemic has changed everything we are now not allowed to dine-in here(takeout only). We spent $38 for poor tasting food. Fried fish cant sit for too long before being consumed. It also had no taste at all(stale fish). If this was "Batch" frying then lets not do that again.

Heck yeah, I give these brothers five stars plus! Great lunch specials and good sea food. Lots of friend stuff but its really good! Always a line but worth the wait!

After calling in a take out order and arriving when I was told, I waited for over an hour and still did not receive my order. I ended up leaving without the food I had ordered. I wanted to support this business, but they did not make it easy. They are accepting more orders than they are capable of fulfilling efficiently. Very disappointing.

Horrible bad grease fish hard and wet on the inside crab claws taste like one a toothpick with meal on top

Words can not describe how wonderful this restaurant is for the community. Need to expand and get a bigger place! Food is Phenomenal! Don’t believe me? Go see for yourself! You will not be disappointed! Staff are also very friendly! Pricey but worth it! You want cheep seafood? Go to Captain Dee’s or get you a fish sandwich from a hamburger joint! This is high quality!

The only thing wrong with this place is that it is small. But it does come with a big heart. Good service, food out quick, and LARGE. If you like fried seafood you ought to be coming here. If you dont like small get it to go. Im sure they can accommodate you.

The food was good my husband said his was a little salty but I didnt feel it was. Our waitress was great and even though it was pretty crowded our food came out within 10 min. Would eat here again. Plenty of food on the plate. We could have shared a plate

Weve eaten at Shrimp & Co. numerous times and its always been good. On this visit, the food and service were outstanding. We both had the butterfly shrimp and they were fresh & fried to perfection. Great food at a great price.

The portions were great! But the fish was waaayyy to salty. Plus, they need to sale beer or wine. It compliment the food. They hush puppies are very good

Got the 2pc fish, shrimp, fries and coleslaw, it was so much there was no way I could finish it all! No complaints here, food and service were great! Im adding pics but keep in mind this is after I started eating.

Food is EXCELLENT. Owner Mr. Bryant is an great upstanding guy. The only problem was for my 1st experience tonight, I opened the door to get out of the car, (I parked by the bankand there was 3 lady employees yelling at each other while smoking by the back corner. So we waited to see the cat fight the way hands and cigarettes were flying...

My wife called in an order at 5:55, the lady on the phone said it would be about 30 minutes. I waited 25 minutes before leaving, got there at 5:25. Walked up to the counter, waited 15 minutes before I was acknowledged by someone working behind the counter who asked if I had a call in, and when I told her I did, she asked the name and told me "the manager doesnt like to start making the food until the person arrives so it will be fresh." (I understand wanting the food to be fresh, but you shouldnt tell someone it will be 30 minutes if you have no intention of cooking the food until they arrive.so I wait on my food, seeing numerous people going through the line and getting their food before I get mine. So now I know not to call in an order ever again. So at 7:25 she hands me 2 bags with boxes of food, and asks if I have already paid, I told her no I needed to, she puts my ticket in a pile and says "she will help you," pointing at the lady who continues to take orders from walk in guests. I wait another 15 minutes before the lady taking orders looks at me and says "do you need to pay or something" then proceeds to tell me she cant find my ticket in the pile the other waitress put it in. So I tell her what I ordered, which was 2 fish and shrimp combination dinners, and the small deviled crab dinner. She then rings it up for $47.18, and I tell her that doesnt seem correct for what I ordered and I tell her again what I ordered, and with an attitude she tells me "I know what you ordered and I rung it up!" So I pay and go home because my wife and child have been waiting on food for 2 hours at this point. I get home and they left out one box of fries and hush puppies, the food was cold, and as I suspected, I did the math and was over charged $7. I understand theyre busy, but after waiting 2 hours for food I called in ahead for, being over charged, not getting all of my food, and having the cashier get an attitude with me, Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Food was very good. Portion sizes were decent. Way overpriced. Service is less than spectacular as well. In the future I may get my order to go.

Glad to have our hometown Seafood restaurant back. Went on the night of Alabama/Oklahoma playoff game. The food/hush puppies were delicious tasting, like I remember it to be. The only complaint felt like food tasted a bit rushed, which I know they were that night. Batter barely stuck to shrimp.
