A 30 minute walk from end to end. Nice, wide sidewalk and popular with walkers and tourists. Large shade trees, green grass and a great venue to sit, relax and watch the boats in the bay.

I always go fishing here thats about it. Safe area, friendly people that just walk and always stop ask about the fishing and go on their marry way. Catch an abundance of different species every time I go

Semi clean bathroom, good boat launching. Also has ample trailering parking.

Its beautiful, amazing scenic view ,I have been there on 4th of July and enjoyed fireworks with my family. It was a wonderful day on Shoreline Park.

Be careful of nails and wood splinters in the sand. They come from all the pallets people use for their firepits.

Always plenty of parking. Great place to start a 5.4 mile run around the bay.

I launch my boat there often. The new launch could have been designed a little better so that waves from passing boats would not create waves into the launch area. Positive, we are able to enjoy free ramps in San Diego which is a very nice privilege. Enjoy.

We’ve only been in San Diego for a few days, this has been our favorite spot to spend most of our time. There are so many Air B&B locations to stay at around the area and plenty to see and do.

Beautiful park ,very well kept 👌 friendly residents walk their dogs along side the great views of the San Diego Bay. RV parking area is available too.

Great place to spend the day. Great restaurants, things to see and do. Family friendly, clean public restrooms. We even saw a seal in the water.

Shoreline has nice views of the city and harbor with some nice options for recreation. The best thing about this area is walking in and out of it. The harbor boats and people around provide some nice watching opportunities. Be conscious of strong wind in the area if youre on foot.

Always loved this place. Been coming here for years to launch my kayak, lately come down on the bike to watch others

The sunrise from the park is breathtaking, and the quietude is peaceful. A wonderful place to start your day.

Amazing place, great scenery! Has restroom facilities however, the mens room did not have doors for the toilets (probably due to drug users?Definitely worth a visit if your a tourist, Im a San Diego local, and I still come here to take in the views of downtown and North Island.

Small little beach with boat ramp on Point Loma. Come for a visit -- stay in one of the many moderate-priced resorts (we stayed in Humphreys By The Bay. Great place, by the way.You can rent kayaks, boats and jet skis nearby and then boat to the beach (dont go too fast or youll get a citation from the Coast Guard!We plan on coming back again!

Views from boat launch: across road from Humphries, with full views of San Diego BIG Bay, Coronado, Downtown San Diego, Airport planes taking off. Lots of boats, a few beach sunning places, Japanese Bell(HUGE),great walking, restrooms, picnic and just relax areas{best to bring own chair}, but benches, table, seats available. If you go here for July 4th, then youll have one of the best fireworks show ever. Simply amazing to watch the Big Bay Boom from this location. Be prepared for a ridiculously long wait to get out of the parking lot. Speaking of parking, itll fill up fast so park and walk in might be your only choice.

Awesome place for a bonfire. Theres only 6 pits there, so come early to secure a spot.

Great place for watching the sunrise! Seems like it’s a fairly popular spot for others to do so as well but it’s nice and quiet, very peaceful. Seems like a popular running spot as there were many people who went by. Feels very safe as well!

This is a decent place to run (its kinda shortbut you can connect it to Liberty Station for a 10+ miler. There are picnic tables, its family friendly, and the fishing is not bad. Theres a little something for everyone.

Would love to spend more time here when the pandemic is over. The public restrooms dont have doors on the stalls.

Lots of walking space and plenty of free parking. Great place to watch sailboats and an occasional navy ship.

Beautiful place you can watch Military helicopters and planes fly by there is a base across from here . Nice view of downtown people park here to picnic , relax very scenic

This park is just awesome. You can see San Diego Bay. You can see the aircraft taking off from NAS North Island. All the boat and ship traffic. I even flew my quadcopter while I was there. Despite all the traffic buzzing around you, its a very relaxing place.

Love this place great view across the water of the city of San Diego. There is a beach area, bathrooms and a bunch of nice 2 story hotels with balconies across the street. I grab my Better Buzz coffee and my acai bowl and sit on the rocks for a great beginning to my day.

Great view of the North Bay. Good for walks, boat launches and even a mini beach. You may even see some hungry begging seals.

Must go to when you need peace and tranquility. Wonderful place to walk day or nigjt

Nice place for a walk along the shore, marina style. Stretches of green grass and sidewalks. Saw lots of dog owners during my morning stroll. Appears to be regulated by the Port of San Diego.

Beautiful views of San Diego downtown. I highly recommend you visit this park and enjoy the fantastic views of San Diego across the bay.

Excellent spot for fishing, long walks by the sea, and first dates. Close to Liberty station, this area is a hidden gem of San Diego. Great view of the city from the west, watching the lights sparkle on makes a great time lapse. can launch boats off the many jetties as well.

With lots of parking, nice long walking path, many grassy areas and some benches to sit on this is a good place to spend an afternoon watching all of the activity that goes on here.

Love walking along the bay watching the boats always several types. You can see downtown diego hear jets from the military sometimes. Lots of trees to sit under. Great for barbeques or picnics

The Park is excellent to watch the forth of July fireworks in San Diego. We saw four main fireworks and two far fireworks. We took Uber from Best Western hotel in the Shoreline Park 2 hours before the fireworks. The Park was almost full. We sat by the restaurant. We walked back to our hotel in 20 minutes.

Nice place to relax, take a walk or a run along the water. There are frequent benches, and there are playground area and restrooms on the path. There is also a gift from the sister city of San Diego, Yokohama, Japan at the end of the loop. You can fish from the shoreline, too.

Beautiful place. Lots of people there so they must agree. I was there with my wife and youngest son and his family. The grandchildren had a mighty fine time.
