Very small strip mall. Not a lot to see. Would be best to spend your time elsewhere.

Stopped by El Tapito for a celebration of a friends anniversary. Place was clean and the food was good. Had a great time.

Loved Bay Boys, was my first time there and it was an awesome experience. They had great music with the Mike Torres band and delicious Hefenweizen beer. I will definitely go back again when Im in Tracy.

Lota of cool shops all walking distance from parking , to park, look behind stores and small alleys amd parking linked together, may take a min. But worth it

Went to Mr Biggs food truck. Got the four meat combo. It was delicious!!

It should be happening there, but I guess theyll eventually tear it down to build more warehouses or more apartments.

Used to be an outlet mall but I now coming back to life as a family friendly place with food and shopping. Waiting to see what other stores decide to pop up in the area.

I specifically visited the new brewery in town Bay Brothers Brewing in Tracy, this place was liiiit on a Saturday night, really nice atmosphere

Yet another Google parking lot review. This parking lot was pretty big however it only has one entrance which is a bit weird. Some of the stores around this parking lot were vacant but that could be pandemic related hopefully it will bounce back.

Great buffet there. Furniture, food, Jujitsu and work out places, . Nice walk with the kids

Had the lunch buffet at the newly opened Nirvaana Cafe...Delish! All food is certified organic and prepared fresh daily. All you can eat, includes beverage.

Its a strip mall full of random shops. I dont even know why Im reviewing it. Its basically a parking lol.

The store was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was not a huge crowd which was nice. It was in a different store location than last year and this spot is definitely smaller so I would imagine on the weekend it would be very crammed inside so I dont know if they will regulate the amount of people in the store when that happens. But thats why we made sure to go on a week day at a random time middle of the day

I just moved here and I’m blown away by the vas shopping options here!!! A wide variety of shops & the outside play are and pavilion just make the place great!!!

Northgate Village is finally getting some businesses. My son goes to baseball lessons at DPA Baseball and it has done wonders for his batting average. They really know their stuff. I go next door to The Gym Tracy and work out while he has his baseball lessons. I love the classes at The Gym, especially Cardio Boxing and Women and Weights and have met some really good friends. The vibe is so encouraging and friendly. Highly recommend The Gym. Then when we are done burning all those calories we go get yummy Mexican food at El Patio. Lol. Highly recommend taking a look at the new shops. Recently they had a food truck festival in the parking lot that was really fun...food, music, raffle plus giveaways from the companies there. I think this festival will be annual.

Hard to find and signage for most stores are not very visible. Very rude construction component doing forklift work didn’t help either when you are lost and asking for directions 🧭

There really is nothing here for the average shopper. A few gyms and a mexican restaurant a two furniture stores and thats about it

Punjabi grill has the best Indian food and it is attached to a beautiful conference center NIRVAANA CONFERENCE

El patios food was great and the waiters were great.

If youre looking for shopping to do (clothes, fun etcthis is definitely not the place to go... Tracy in general actually. It used to be so busy in its old times with the Vans , Reebok and other retail outlets but those have long been gone. You can go here for specialty shopping like Indian food and an events banquet hall. There are other shops too (Mexican restaurant and bar, commercial truck line office, BJJ location and a wrestling club office)

love this area just wish they could keep more store to stay. They need a grocery store to open up here and youll get more traffic flow

This shopping center shouldnt really be called that as there really isnt much here in the way of shopping. Theres several activity places (marital arts/gym), a reptile store, a furniture store and a restaurant that supposed to be pretty good. The Spirit Halloween store is also here seasonally. There used to be a public bathroom/help desk area but as of late that has been locked (it was always out of soap/paper towelswhich was unfortunate because I would take my kids there (I have fourbefore their class at the Sword Academy (all at once is easier than one at a time lol). Back in the day, this was a great shopping center full of outlet stores and for a long time Carters/OshKosh was a hold out (they have since moved to West Valley Mall), but now its dull and dated. Hopefully the new businesses can bring it back from the dead, it would be nice to have something on that side of town.

Very knowledgeable, and detailed. Without a doubt the place to go for reptiles and reptile needs.

These are the Tracy outlets. I like going on walks there and seeing all the new openings I recently saw a gym and we got a new dance club La Huacana which in excited to go to. Missed the opening nights

Love the interior decor. Servers are nice but need to keep up with topping off our beverages. Food is excellent. I really love the chicken soup here. Well be back soon.
