Will never step a feet in This Shop, shopping trolley are not allowed to exit the shop on the side of Independence Avenue. Never in my life.

its a great place to go if you are looking for cheap groceries.... The only thing is that they need to expand the shop bcus a lot of people go shopping there and it can get packed sometimes

It was a joy to shop there today, most machines were operating unlike were u only find 5 machines working and the other 8 not working due to staff absence

The service from staffs is super cool, the only problem is on safety of properties. There some individuals who unfortunately steal phones and wallets our customers are busy picking stuffs on shelves. Therefore it is really important that you watch over your pockets and hand bags while inside.

Dry chips, weak 1 dollar plastics. But ok.

It has good quality products at a low price and their staff works efficiently fast and they have good customer service

Parking was available, hawkers and beggars a nuisance in parking area however. Packers all over the shop impeding access to shelves. No longlife milk available.

Range of stocks poor. Decent prices though but compared to other shops with same services its lagging behind.

They sell rotten expired food at the cafeteria. There is a strange guy in T-shirt and jeans who follows people around. The place is crowded with workers moving about, disturbing customers and blocking the way. Most of the workers just seem idle, doing nothing except starring at shoppers.

Well organized,clean and got everything you need no long lines which means go in and go out thats how fast they are were the staff members are good and helpful.

Its not bad..maybe add more on the fruit & veggies department

Crowded, no distancing as per Covid rules, the offerings are okay but the produce department looked not too inviting.... But that might just be typical Shoprite...

I wish they would arrange the shop better. Keep things that belong together in one isle. Its too confusing 👎🏿

Service is undeniably smooth. Not perfect but good enough to make it your every day shop. They have a chilled manager by the way, keep it up Shoprite!

Affordable food at a reasonable price. The spacing in the store is good but I feel like the entrance at both ends of the shop are too small for a big store. It sells a variety of items besides food.

Its a great store. I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of tidiness. Also they should do something about the shopping carts/trolleys.

Frustrating, money market requires copy of your id but doesnt even have one to assist clients with when necessary. If you have an certified copy of your ID..but not your original ID with you, you wont get your money. So very annoying....if the can provide the tools to assist the client on the spot then one would enjoy making use of the shoprites money market platform.

This place is always crowded. You also have street vendors in front of Shoprite but they are organized. The place is not dirty for such a busy area.

Always packed to capacity. Customers do not care about social distancing. Even Shop assistants do not keep an eye on customers. Cannot wait to finish and leave!

Shoprite offers a savings booklet with coupons that I continously buy and try to fill up throughout the year for groceries and other necessary items during the festive seasons and can be redeemed at any Shoprite and checkers stores country wide.... Best👏

The shop is generally very nice but the packers at the tills most of them are very rude. Zero customer care but I think that has to do with training that have received or lack of it

Located far in Havana Katutura, This serves as an essential store to many locals for their daily needs in minimal or large quantities. Its such a great supermarket but accessibility to this place may be inconvenient due to dusty roads .... prior reaching it.

Parking is a hassle as its not the biggest however people stand around at the exit making it difficult to leave. The parking lot is extremely dirty as well.Inside the store there is a decent variety of goods however the staff were not helpful at all when I was looking for something specific.Not the greatest shopping experience at all.Will certainly shop elsewhere
