Unable to use the gift card I am offered , they always say "system doesnt work" almost in all branches as if the system maintain itself. They dont have even hierarchy to complain and give the issue attention .

I had the worst experience at this supermarket!!! The exit guards are horrible! The way they treat customers needs a lot a lot a lot of improvement!!! Why should a customer pay for a parking while he has used a service at their place. We had about an hour of heated arguments with the guards at their parking lot of the whole branch where the guards almost beaten up our guy after they threw several insults; insensitive and the most backward customer service I have ever had experienced in the city!!!! And where in the city is someone charged a 100 birr for parking ?!?!?!? While having bought a more than 100 birr item from their supermarket.

Exist guards are bad in Addis Ababa most places BUT no other matches megenagna zefmesh shoa shopping center guards. They are horrible, disrespectful most of all they are ignorant!!!! So watch out when you go there. What a bad experience!

The Best Five star Super market in Ethiopia，if you ever visit the Super market you will find any thing that can be found in the country. Except for a better customer Service Which should get better the place is amaizing you will get most of the things in your list. But the customer Service need to get a lot better

Got a water pump here which had obviously been returned because it was broken (the top of someone elses bottle was still inside). But apparently that did not stop them from putting it on the shelves again. Other than that the staff was friendly.

This store has horrible customer services. I bought 7 stuff for about 4,000.00 birr and when I was leaving the store the plastic bag was so over filled it ripped and a bottle almost broke. I asked for a second bag so I can double bag it but one of the workers screamed at me and rudely told me to go. So in short this store cares more about a 1 birr plastic bag than than customer service and I will never go back there
