My experience with Shivas food court was not that great ! Lots of things were found to be lacking in this restaurant . First of all the prices offered for the quality and quantity of food provided are too high . Taste was found to be worst . Ordered a hyderabadi chicken biryani .it was a complete waste of money the taste was very worst with stale smell and the quantity of it was meagre the pieces of chicken was uncooked and tasteless. its an insult to call it hyderabadi biryani no raita or salan were offered for price of 120/- just 250gms biryani with half egg which was found to be looting customers with bad cooking . Even menu was picked up by me no proper customer service its better to stay hungry than eat at this place . Ironically more than 4 AC was placed and not even one was functional . Hope they improve the quality of food and customer service in upcoming days or they will be shown doors soon. Only cash accepted no cashless pay .
