Fantastic spot. Service was very quick, food was quite tasty and staff were friendly

The atmosphere is awesome. We ordered a dish of King Prawn mezes and the lamb chop as a main course. The taste was terrific so does the atmosphere. Definitely worth to stop by if you visit Liverpool or stay nearby the city center.

First time visitor. Very nice food and attentive staff. Would definitely go back.

Went for breakfast this morning before driving home. Superb food, quick and friendly service.If Im ever back in Liverpool, this is where I will start my day.

Great place to eat,great service and very quick, mix kabab (lamb and chickenand spicy chicken thighs, both delicious. We didnt book, very busy palace.

Absolutely beautiful evening. The food and drinks were very well presented, tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Omg totally one the tastiest places to dine in liverpool city centre, all ingredients and breads fresh and dishes cooked and prepared while u watch which is brilliant to see, staff are very welcoming,friendly and brilliantly attentive, also choice and taste of cocktails and mocktails are second to none, definitely a must try, prices especially for city centre are definitely competitive but the value for money doesnt let down on the taste, will be visiting again very soon,

This place is nice, friendly staff and food is delicious. Quantity wise its less as compared to the price but quality is good. Recommended

We had kebabs here but meat was smelly, the so called iskender was cometely something else and the special Shiraz souce was not suited to the meat. It was edible, but overall the food was mediocre.

Popped in for lunch before heading to the airport, staff were really lovely, food fantastic and very reasonably priced, what more could you ask for!

I fancied the lamb (which is exquisite in Shirazbut upon arrival the couple sat next to us had the full English breakfast so obviously we had to have that instead. It was all cooked perfectly, the staff are all fantastic, its a really busy restaurant but they always make time for their customers. Recommended 100%. We will be going back for my lamb though.

Quality of food is not good , too salty and not fresh rice. Chips is elastic and price wise is pricy and food doesnt deserve half the price that you pay . I think they need to be more welcoming and a bit more generous and look after the quality of their food

Had my hen party meal here, staff were lovely great customer service, staff kept the atmosphere fun with our blow up groom, food was lovely but slightly greasy, also bit pricey when it tastes an looks like something you’d get from a local takeaway but served on a plate. £200 bill for 9 people average of 2 drinks each 6 starters and 8 mains. Also very busy and loud, would recommend disabled wheelchair users to go here as there isn’t much space to get past the chairs and table.

Went with a few colleagues, omg the full English breakfast is to die for, the kitchen is spotless too as there is a large kitchen viewing partition and the staff are helpful and really friendly, Id deffo eat there again 👍

I love to eat Middle Eastern food and hence my visit to Shiraj Palace.First things first- they have awesome staffs, who are friendly, courteous and will go extra mile to make your meal a happy meal!!The food was also really good. I will visit this place again!

Excellent food, spicy chicken thighs were very juicy and tender. Cocktails were to die for and during happy hour, they were great value too.

The food is fantastic. Everthing is perfectly cooked. Lamb is tender and juicy. Tried chicken dish as well which was lovely. Would recommend to anyone who is meat lover.

On a short break in Liverpool we breakfasted at Shiraz Palace. The food was great as was the service. Being impressed we returned in the evening. We had a lovely meal, generous portions and such good service from Emily, Josh & Skye. They were brilliant!. Thankyou.

Lovely place, kind and polite staff. Lovely décor that is inviting and gives a nice atmosphere to the place.The food was ok, it was a bit lackluster and very safe. Not very thought through as you end up with a bit of everything, fries, rice and bread for example.. but nothing to complain about either.I would recommend this place as it is decent value for money and easy dining.

Love shiraz Palace one of my favourite places to eat in lverpool the food is fantastic the services is spot on and the cocktails are some of the best I have tried just one tip make sure you book your table as they get really busy.

The waitress was really courteous and repeatedly checked on us. The food was okay, also the place is a bit dull. We ordered a non vegetarian platter, and considering the portion, it was too overwhelming for one person to finish it. Loads of options to choose from and try. Must visit for kebab lovers.

Me and my mother ate here last Friday and the food was outstanding. The service impeccable and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again.I see one or two complaining the food took too long .... Thats because its getting cooked properly .... The Sea Bass was cooked to perfection.

Large, bustling restaurant thats situated in central town centre. Polite staff, clean and nice setting. The lamb chops was amazing - worth the wait! The food here is halal and the portion size was reasonabley priced. For me personally, Id come everyday if I wasnt working as a chef myself.

Amazing place went for my birthday , food was gorgeous , drinks really delicious and not too expensive with happy hour on , polite staff and amazing service could not fault anything definitely reccomend as they have everything on the menu for all the family and been twice now and both times excited to return

Disappointed 😞 the food isnt as tasty or as tender as the other shiraz on North Johns Street lamb and chicken (not as tendergot less bread the sauce you get isnt as thick or as tasty. They also didnt have 0.0 beer ad the other one does. As iam a driver I cant drink alcohol. Service wasnt as good neither. Dont know why as there was 7 staff compared to the 2 at the other. It wasnt even busy only had 4 tables . The food took longer aswell? .Come shiraz Palace. If you set a standard in 1 place you should carry it over to all of the places you open .if not you will be getting negative comments reviews from the same customers that frequently go the other Shiraz BBQ .was also put on a table where it was freezing 🥶 😒 aswell.Come on .Disappointed will not be back here.First time here aswell.Disappointed customer 😒

Halal full English breakfast got me going here today, awesomeness at its finest, staff was 100% professional.Will keep you updated on late menu probably tomorrow

First time coming here and wont be my last, came with family and friends and was seated straight away, the table did have water on it like it hadnt been cleaned but it was only on one side of table so wasnt too big of a fuss. One other bad thing was we were table of 5 and they gave us 1 napkin between the 5 of us haha, like what, it dont make sense, every person should get one. So we ended up asking for them and they got us some more. Other than them two issues all was good, toilets were clean, cutlery was clean, glasses were clean, food was very nice. I enjoyed my cheeseburger and garlic bread, portion sizes are ok, they do a lot of cocktails and only like 5 mocktails compared to the 30 or so cocktails you do haha, you should add some more mocktails :p, will be back, staff was very friendly, food came out fast too wasnt waiting around too long. One more last thing to add was one person on our table was still eating and the lady came asked us if we was done while the person was clearly eating still while she was asking this. Me and my cousin both were shocked as we both own and run restuarants and always teach staff to let everyone on the table finish their food before we try clearing the table of plates and stuff as they might find it rude which in this case my sister the one still eating did find it a bit rude. But ill let this one slide this time as your staff might have made a mistake. So yes ill be back hopefully next time none of these small problems will occur. Keep up the good work.

Lovely place with a busy friendly atmosphere. We had the cold sharer stater it was delicious. Then followed up with lamb chops, a really reasonable amount for the price. Cheap cocktails as well if you are in the party mood

Amazing place. Booked in advance we were a large group to be catered for. They gave us a table upstairs as it was more spacious. Staff were very helpful.

Decent tasty food reasonably priced too. A bit to fast food for me though....we were still chewing and still had my cutlery in my hand when the starter plates were being taken away..naughty!

Great staff, great food and great service. Covid measures were great! Came here with the Mrs & daughter. Food was fresh, ambience was good and the staff were brilliant and had one thing a lot of restaurants these days lack... A smile! Thank you, well done and keep it up... Although we live 1hr 30 mins away... We will surely return.

Food tasty, the mains were generous portions, we had to wait before we were seated even though we had pre-booked but service overall good and the menu and drinks reasonably priced, the only thing which spoilt our enjoyment was a small child running around unsupervised which at 9.30pm on a Saturday night is not acceptable and it really is quite disruptive at any time of the day/night hence the 4* not 5*

Really quick to table, food and drinks order was super quick too. Staff were fantastic, coming and checking if we needed another drink when one was finished. Quality of food and drink was incredible, the lamb and chicken was beautifully cooked.

Went there to have brunch with family. The staff there were nice and attentive.Needs more improvement on the coffees. Definitely can’t win my coming back if the coffees taste so bad. A quality coffee was expected with the delicious food, but was highly disappointed.

Really good quality Mediterranean food. There were quite a few groups here but also couples and friends all having a good time. I was on my own, on business but the staff were great and recommended just the right dishes, a chicken samosa-type starter and the mixed kebab. Really well cooked and presented and tasted great. I will be back.

2nd visit for us. We enjoyed it so much the first time we thought we would eat here after getting married in St.Georges Hall.We reserved a table for 8 a couple of weeks ahead.We sat upstairs which was a bit quieter but it suited us fine.We had another fantastic meal. Shame we weren’t informed the 2 cocktails for £10 deal wasn’t on before we ordered drinks. Last time we went we were told it was on all the time do we didn’t check.My daughter told them we were celebrating our wedding and they even have us a free piece of chocolate cake with a candle!
