EXCELLENT jerk pork! Generously poured drinks. Spectacular sunset view. Step out to coral reef and snorkeling. Mongoose and monkeys have personal "scraps" table a bit up the mountain that can be viewed just off the lot. Can be little buggy but staff will come by waving a burning neem basket...lol

Such an awesome hidden gem, drinks are amazing and the food is fresh! A must do in St. Kitts!

Great vibe, and sunset. Fish tacos were more like a cheese quesadilla sprinkled with fish but the nachos were excellent. Bring bug spray!

Beautiful views. I tried the conch fritters they where small, hard and didnt taste too good. Fish fingers tasted good. But its pretty affordable

What a fantastic hole in the wall Joint. Great atmosphere. Nice breeze in the hottest of weather. No bugs. Many places on island do have pests or gnats

Would give this 4 1/2 stars if I could. We visited the Shipwreck Bar 2 times for meals and hanging at the beach while staying at the Park Hyatt (just a short drive away!The service was great, food was tasty, local fare and there was a variety of drinks - both with and without alcohol.The drinks were a delicious welcome cool during the hot days.The beach chairs and palm thatch covers were convenient and easy to obtain each day we went there. Bathrooms were relatively clean.And the beach was great for snorkeling on a nearby reef and rocks. Great place and will be back.

It was my second time visiting Shipwreck and both times I loved it. The only downfall was the waiting time for the food. However, the food was delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Loved this beach maybe the most Snorkling was WAY better here than on the Catamaran trip( where they drop you off on a dead reef😭).Enjoy a massage with Aloe on this beach and enjoy the black sand alongside the white sand as you can take a fabulous stoll from one end to the other. Loved the rustic restaurant, mongoose feeding station and seeing monkeys!❤️

Great little beach and bar. Not a walk in type of beach. Has great snorkeling and you can rent there for $10 a set. Better fish than the tourist trap snorkelling trip to shitten bay.No cost for umbrellas or seats like Reggae beach.Great food and beer and drinks are Island price not tourist price.Taxis are easy to get. I totally recommend a day at the beach!

The food at the bar is really good and more affordable than other places I went to eat in saint kitts. I recommend snorkeling but its full of sea urchins so be careful.

Tried to get in here. All music. Decided they didn’t want to serve food that day. VERY LOUD MUSIC. Little service. Disappointed as we wanted to try the food.

What a vibe! Great food and drinks. Great service. Many monkeys and multiple mongoose. Beautiful black sand beach as well. The Sunday live music was awesome too!

Happy hour! Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 5-6pm. Drinks as low as 5 EC. If you miss the happy hour you can get a cocktail as low as 10 EC. I like their chicken wings too 8 pieces (4 whole wingsfor 20 EC and the sunset. The vibes is nice.

A must go spot if you’re looking for Caribbean cuisine and want to be surrounded by nature. Delicious food and great service.

Great food and drink, reasonably priced. Another great place to spend the day. Snorkeling is fantastic! Bring water shoes. I highly recommend this bar and beach.

Such a cool beach bar. I absolutely loved it. The staff were all super nice, the food was good, best frozen margarita Ive had in Saint Kitts so far. And you can relax to the sound of the waves. Doesnt get much nicer than that.

What more can I say about this bar!!! I have been to all the beaches in st kitts during my 3 week visit but this one is BY FAR the BEST of the BEST!!! During that 3 week visit, this bar has become my regular go to place! The beach itself is very nice already. The view, especially during sunset, is soooo mesmorizing... the food is AWESOME (I can eat their fish tacos everyday for the rest of my life!and the drinks (funky monkey, banana/strawberry daiquirisis a must drink!!!! Everything is also reasonably priced too compared to other places. Water sports rental gears are also kept very clean. The owners and employees are very very friendly - makes you feel like home. Don’t forget to check out their romantic Sunday special! Nice live music with plenty of dance floor space! Will be back for sure!

Just like it sounds (in the best way possible). Shipwreck is a quaint outdoor dinning experience overlooking the ocean.You absolutely need to try the funky monkey. The fish tacos were the best I’ve ever had!Also, very probable sightings of local animals (mongoose and monkeys)

So friendly! Lots of cocktail choices on the menu. Totally casual with sunset views. They close at 6:30... I would say because we got lots of mosquitos as soon as sun was going down at 6. The food gets good reviews but I was not totally impressed w/ the $17 conch.... a bit pricy for such a dive place. You can get a burger for like $10.. still the vibe is great so go.

Nice beach with decent snorkeling if you go out a little way to the rock ridge. Very narrow beach but dont have to rent sunbeds. Bar very reasonable for drinks and food. At back of bar if youre quiet and keep still youll see monkeys and mongeese.

A great getaway from the Marriott resort. We had a rental car, it took us about 15 minutes to get to. The bar and restaurant is nestled on the Caribbean side so there are only small waves and lots of reefs. The black sand beach is beautiful, not Hawaii black sand beach beautiful but nonetheless still a beauty. We rented snorkeling gear for cheap, two sets with a boogey board for $20 USD. The Shipwreck bar and grill has a full bar and lots of food on the menu. The drive to the beach bar is picturesque with one shot at the top of the hill with the Atlantic on the left and Caribbean on the right. There are also monkeys and mongooses in the woods, they come out to visit after 3pm. Enjoy

Had some awesome fish tacos, mawi wowi or something like that and the tarter sauce was killer. What a great spot to chill and have some cold drinks and good food. And monkeys 😁 Sorry forgot to take a picture of the food, I ate it too fast LOL oh well Ill get some pictures tomorrow 😁

I am absolutely in love with this place... It is a wooden shack basically but just amazing. I love the simplicity of this place and to top it off you have the opportunity to sign your attendance anywhere you can find space on the building or table or wall... Wherever u can find space. The food is also good and this place is a lil hidden spot of pure greatness!

The staff at the bar and grill as well as the paddle boarding folks were wonderful. And the view is amazing!!

I returned after 7 years and its still a great friendly bar right on the beach with great food. Worth a visit

What a great place! Its more on the rustic, local end of the scale, but that translates to cheaper here - which is way better, in my opinion! When we were there, there was no charge for the beach chairs or umbrellas, unlike some of the other beaches we visited. There is a reef directly off the shore, so you need to look out for urchins if you walk directly out from the bar, but you can go around the end of the reef quite easily by looking for a buoy that marks the end. There were many beautiful creatures on the reef and farther along (away from the reefthere were sea turtles and a stingray.

Brilliant spot. Great views, music, drinks, service and food! I couldnt fault the place... Nice black sanded beach for a dip in warm crystal clear water. Would have spent longer here if I could (Ill definately be back)!

SHIPWRECK BAR. I tell you there’s a few of these Bars in the Carribean but this is one of the best bars! And Monkeys everywhere

This was one of my absolute favorite spots on the island. I went with a couple friends to grab drinks and a bite to eat and we ended up loving it so much we came back the next day. You can’t go wrong here because there’s a little something for everyone—the type of place you can bring kids to snorkel and swim at the beach while the adults enjoy some live music and drinks on the upper deck. There’s also a couple hammocks if you just want to lay out and vibe. My only warning is don’t leave without trying the nachos!

Snorkel, eat, drink or lounge. Great place to relax. Nice shade and beach lounges. Never empty and never uncomfortably crowded when I was there. Watch out for the sea urchin!

The first beach bar I went to straight from the airport (on advice from the young man I have the pleasure of staying with). So so chilled and relaxing, started with a rum and coconut punch then a couple of ice cold beers 🍻! What more could you want after traveling for almost 24 hours from Maui via LAX and Miami 😍

If you are looking for an accessible beach shack with good food and drinks this is a nice option. Is quite small can and get busy with cruise ship groups at peak time. Worth a visit for beach swimming.

Very rustic but lovely. Right in front of the beach. Good drinks and good food. Good caribbean live music on Sundays. Me and my wife spent a wonderful afternoon there. A place to visit when in St. Kitts and Nevis.
