I havent been out to a night club in a long time. I went to join a friend for a birthday party. Not arriving until about 10:30pm. We had other plans. The bar was half full. Looks like there was 2 birthday parties 🎉 going on. There was a band Detroit Audio Force playing and a lot of people dancing. My friend who came with me we sat at the table with the birthday 🥳 girl. But we never got served. We were there for about 20 minutes then the band took a break. So we just took off calling it a night.

Nice place to go and have a good time. Diverse groups of people and good bands. Drinks arent watered down. Been going there for years.

Nice chill atmosphere. Not much of a drinker but I love their tacos. My brother and I come there to visit and catch up from time to time.

Just a great place to go to meet friends. I couldnt count how many TVs were in there. They had the Tiger game on and everything. Pool tables, good music, great drink prices and good food. I frequent there often.

They have such good food & the staff is adorable & sweet. Very good service. It took a little while for our food but that was bc they had a new cook. The bartender made up for it by buying us a drink. Great neighborhood bar & it just so happens I moved a couple blocks away. I have been here a few times to party but tonight is the first time I ate there and I will definitely be back! Thank you Sherman’s!

Been going here since 1992. Both the elder Bruce (RIPand the younger Bruce never fail to make you feel welcome. A great establishment.

Beer was worm and over priced looked seems to be an ok bar but needs a few fixes in my opinion but thats me bartender was great and cheerfully and remembered my name even thow their looked like a pool tournament going on and she was only one there it looked like and it looks like the kitchen is closed when its open so might be cool to invest in an open sign just outside of that kitchen that way your bar patrons have that indicate that theyre open instead of the dude just standing in the door every once in awhile roaming around doing nothing when he could be actually cleaning the equipment pulling the equipment out and making it a little bit easier on the morning guy and do some prep

The people in here are always cool. Good atmosphere. Cheap strong drinks. Best place in flint

Visiting from out of town. There was a live band here called Racheal Ra. They were pretty good. Not sure if because the band played more 80s music or just the normal clientele of this place. But most of the clientele all look like they grew up in the 70s or 80s. I only had drinks, did not try their food. Overall it was a fun night.

I will never go here again it needs to be close down i was asked to go check it out in I dont go to bars but this was the worst experience that Ive had any restaurant or bar that I have attended

We love going and having a few for the end of the day. They have such great employees there. Live bands played that night we were together. They still have the best service in the area that I have seen in a long time. The bar is still in very nice condition. The floor is amazingly clean with no spill spots like some of the other establishments in the area. Not mentioning any names to offend anyone. Oh! Just let me say the most important thing is that the bathroom was amazingly clean also..💪👍

After a 20.5 hour drive from Florida to drop my child off after spring break to Flint. After the exchange and before checking in to our room. My wife and I found what seemed to be the only place open at the time. Which shocked us for a Saturday night. But with covid restrictions its totally understandable. The only reason I spotted it was because the band must have just finished and were packing their gear. So we stopped in for a beverage. Super nice, super awesome people. They showed us where not to get a room for the night and also areas where we should. After a second round of beverages we were on our way. But we will always remember how hospitable everyone was to us.

Food was Delicious the band was great but a little too loud. We could not talk or hear one another unless you screamed in their ear.

Shermans has been around since the beginning of time! Seriously though, they tend to have a pretty positive vibe going with plenty of customers to have a drink with. Especially during peak times like Irish holidays and weekends. As far as bars go, this place is one of the better places to be without live bands.

Good crowdBand was kinda funky..not in a good way. the lead singer took his shirt off and exposed a very unfit body. I was embarrassed for him.

We celebrated my best friends birthday there with a nice group of 8 people. The live band was excellent and the pizza was delicious!

Very nice and layed back atmosphere. Owners do a great job of keeping the Fenton Rd and Southside trash from ruining the last neighborhood bar on Fenton Rd. Have good bands and weekend drink specials. They also serve a great Stromboli and pizza that is very fairly priced

I enjoyed the atmosphere and environment.The wings were very good. But most of all being a musician l really loved the band slam. I cant wait until I attend the next one.

Mike the bartender, cook, and server makes this place a hit. Hes got the role of service down. He knows what you order no matter the distance in between orders. He makes the effort to remember your name too. It is with great service that a place of business truly strives. Thanks as always for being a great asset to Shermans its not the same if your not there.

It has been many, many years since I have been in Shermans. My friend and I were looking for a place to have a cocktail on a Sunday afternoon and we just kind of happened on to Shermans. The bartender was awesome. Very friendly lady. We had three or four drinks and had a good time just sitting there watching basketball on television.

Nice service. Drinks were good. Place could use a bit of freshness but no complaints. Owner was very nice and helpful. Will be going back. Food was good.

Fun, fun, fun. Good drink pricing and good food. Very friendly staff. Really enjoy the "Drag Queen" shows. Super entertaining. Highly recommend.

your avg. small town atmosphere bar same people week in, week out. They do almost always have live music when Im there sometimes decent other times awful.

This is the first bar that I have been in where everyone I meet is awesome. Very friendly service and they treat you like platinum. Singing with the band on Thursday is priceless. The band is nice to you even if you sound like crap. >:-D
