Sheraton Sopot Hotel in Gdansk

Bedroom very clean, roomy and easily accessible with a wheelchair.All staff that I encountered were friendly and professional. Nothing seemed too much when asked.I/we attended a wedding at the hotel. All food was cooked and presented in an attractive manner.Location is very good, located a minute walk from the beach.Overall had a great time, would definitely return. 🙃

Its a good hotel in an amazing location. Popular eateries are a stone throw away from the property.The room service menu is extremely limited and thats a clear area for improvement. The service is good, no complaints on that front.The rooms could have been better. More thought needs to go in on the electrical fittings, washroom fittings etc.Overall, i would recommend this place!

Not a hotel to global standards. Lack of laundry room on site (just some strage service where you need to list every sock and pay for it separately). They dont respect Mariott loyalty levels, so all late checkout privileges go out the window, as this is considered a resort. Drastically overpriced for what they offer. Miami prices in Poland. Creepy loud music in elevators. Spa spam stickers in elevators. Inconsistent about letting food delivery in. Gym is not 24/7 although they will open per request. Nice bar, but also closes early.

A well situated hotel with a good spa.Junior suite with sea view was a good size and comfortable and big enough to work from remotely for a few days.The spa is worth using for sure, and the beach club, whilst very popular is just that for a reason!

Fantastic hotel right on the Baltic Sea. Room was large and comfortable. Loved the spa!

Okay Sheraton Sopot is one of my favorite places to reside... The facilities are amazing, the staff is great and i love every minute i was there ... Any way, i will always come back.

CAUTION THEFT - during our stay, my wifes precious engagement ring was stolen from our room when it was temporarily not in the room safe. The response from the hotel management was pathetic: no word of regret or apology, nor any offer to make up for the damage. Needless to say, my expectation towards a high class 5-star hotel is completely different. Stay away and look for another hotel in the area (there are plentyif you care about your belongings and appreciate good customer service.

This place is AWESOME! This is my new home away from home whenever Im in Poland. Aaron is phenomenal and welcomed my entire team. We got parking through the hotel which is needed because its a travel destination and parking is hard to find. Barbara K. was very helpful and made our check in quick and easy. Make sure you speak to Wanda if youre going schedule a SPA day and ask for Alex. Overall the beach is right there and so is shopping. Great location for the entire family regardless of age.

Hotel is ok, location great, but service a bit odd. I recommend the Grand Hotel next door. Seems to be under better management.

Stayed 2 nights for 1809 zl. At the day of check out somebody has stolen or taken our old green baby carriage. Baby was upset and crying. I was running 40 minutes, asking to find it. They returned it "somebody of the personnel took it". Why to take the carriege near Family room ???? Crazy personnel. No apologizes, no compliment for the upset baby. I do not recommend this hotel. High price, low service. And either hot or cold water in the shower.

I am very surprised and the impression just overwhelms me. Service staff is not just professional, but also polite, helpful, sociable and attentive to each client. We arrived with a dog. We stayed in room 148. In the morning we are greeted with a smile and in every possible way they try to create comfort for the client. The room is large and warm. I always sleep badly in hotels, but not in this one. They have orthopedic mattresses. Breakfasts are a wide choice, everything is very tasty. At the entrance to the hall door you are given a sealed mask, they are taken to the table, they ask if we want coffee or tea - while we are choosing from food. When you order food to your room, they bring it quickly, everything is also very tasty and fresh. Delight. I can write a lot of good things about this hotel. I recommend. Thanks about such service and experience of your hotel.
