It is Beautiful, and so clean!! Brianna is so sweet, knowledgeable, and gives a great scalp massage during your wash!! She listened to what I wanted and answered every question I had!! She is wonderful! I left feeling Beautiful!! Thank you all!!

For the 1st time ever, someone listenened to what I wanted and did exactly what i showed them. Thank you to Tyler!! She was easy going, professional, and on point! This is a beautiful and all in one stop salon, And Tyler knows what shes doing. From what i witnessed, they all do!

Ms. Carol did an AMAZING job on my hair! She listened to what I wanted and gave it! Everything inside is also very clean and cute! Highly recommend!

Massage therapist Tavy did and has done an amazing job every time I see her. She is the only person that has been able to stop my headaches. I cant recommend her enough. Great bedside manner, incredibly professional.

DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND. I called to schedule a massage for the gf as a birthday gift as she requested the night before. I hang up from the scheduling call and told the gf about her gift and she asks me to cancel bc she changed her mind 😡🙄 So I call them right back and talk to the same nice lady but I was told that her manager would not let her do a refund even though I just got off the phone with them. I WAS NOT WARNED ONCE that there were no refunds and I was told it didnt matter that i was calling to cancel an appointment scheduled for the next week. The manager told the clerk to tell me to use the appointment for myself. I even called back and mentioned that I wasnt warned about their unmentioned refund policy and was basically told that they didnt care. Dont expect any compassion here, the greed is real.

What a great experience. Manicure and pedicure by Tera. My daughter and I are planning to get a spa package together. If your looking for a spa....this is the place.

I went in for a scheduled appointment for an eyebrow wax and was told my 5-year-old had to be "12 years old" to be with me. As a single parent with no one to be able to watch my son, this was a huge inconvenience to drive all the way across town for a scheduled appointment just to be refused service because my child is not 12. Will not be going here again. What a JOKE of a place this is.

Absolutely loved my massage! I liked my mani/pedi person as she was super sweet! I only wish is that they would modernize the mani/pedi process with more choices for nails, such as solar/acrylic etc.. My experience was very nice overall.

I scheduled an appointment with this company. Shortly after I received an email inviting me to a message portal where an assistant asked me what type of haircut I wanted.I answered the question thoroughly, And then the assistant tried to upsell me. I told him I simply wanted what I wanted and didnt want any additional services and asked for a price. They wouldnt give me a price directly just stating that they are a level salon and it would depend on what stylist I got.Eventually told them I didnt really care what stylist I got as long as they could do a small trim, shaping to my face, and thinning. After that response they inform me that the scheduled appointment that they had on their calendar was not available even though I had already scheduled it.Thanks for wasting my time over 4 days corresponding back and forth just to tell me that the availability on your calendar doesnt actually mean that someone is available. I simply just wanted to get my haircut.Definitely going somewhere else!

Excellent experience. First time today and recieved a very therapeutic massage from Miss Tarra. I will be returning. She gets 5 stars. Shells got a 4 star is that the spa area isnt ada accessible as far as I know. Steep steps heading up and down.

Both times that i have been here was an amazing experience. I felt like I pampered and had lots of choices to relax.On top of my amazing aromatherapy and deep tissue massage I treated myself to delicious desserts.When i arrived for my hair appointment they offered me wine and other beverages to relax while I waited. The whole appointment I was relaxed and they paid attention to what I wanted to my personal hair needs. I had Aubrey and she was the sweetest and made the experience amazing!

Just had a great experience at Shellys with Miss Bobbi. She is very professional and friendly and made me feel right at home. I love the way she cut my hair and took the time to explain what she was doing every step of the way. I absolutely recommend Shellys and especially Miss "Bobbi.

I’m visiting from out of town for work & needed a massage majorly! I called & my appointment was booked right then & there! Upon arrival you see an old house that has been renovated beautifully. Once inside, everyone is so professional & kind. I can definitely tell everyone loves being there. My massage therapist Tavi (I believewas just great. I’d recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Absolutely love this place, everyone was very nice, they have a lot of things and products you can purchase. Everything is really well priced. Aubri was amazing, she did everything I asked for and was willing to help me decide what type of haircut would work for me.

I went for a hair cut and color with McKenna Bowman yesterday at Shelley’s Salon & Spa and her and the front desk ladies were wonderful! So polite and welcoming. McKenna was very knowledgeable with colors and cuts and very upfront with how much the services were going to be. No surprises in the end. The staff is friendly, the salon has a nice ambiance and well decorated and kept. I highly recommend them! Thank you McKenna for such a pleasant experience!!

What a pleasure it was to have my hair services at Shelleys. Ms. McKenna was very friendly and professional. The pricing is transparent and affordable. For the first time in my life, I left a salon with exactly what I asked for!

Im sad to say that Im really disappointed....While I love the style of cut I received, the cut, especially around the ears, was kind of sloppy. I ended up with a little bald spot behind my ear that my stylist didnt even bother to tell me. I thought it was weird that she didnt show me the back of my head in the mirror, but after finding the bald spot I realized why. I didnt find out until I got home. There were also long hairs that I had to cut myself when I got home.... like, I shouldnt have to give myself a touch-up after I come back from the Salon. Another odd thing is that they tell you that their prices range on skill level and my stylist was midrange priced, so I thought she must be pretty decent. It very quickly became clear that she had no idea about what she was doing and another stylist was jumping in to teach her how to cut my hair. I dont mind being a guinea pig for a beginner, but it would have been nice to know, and also be charged accordingly. By the time it was getting close to being done, she seemed to be over it an not really trying to learn. All in all, I decided to let it go because its not like she could regrow my bald spot and given how she navigated the whole situation, I didnt think Id get better service a second time around. I wasnt going to leave a review cause you never know when someone is having an off day... buttt....I also purchased an overpriced item from their store. I knew that I could buy it cheaper online, but I thought I would support a local business. I take it home and try it out and it doesnt work. I tried to return it, and it turns out that they dont do returns on appliances if theyre opened.... What?! Also, if it were returnable, you only get store credit back, so youre forced to come back or surrender your money anyway.... So, while I normally wouldnt have left a review, there was just too much that happened to make it a remotely positive experience, and I just wanted to give yall a heads-up. All that to say, if youre wanting to support a local business to buy products from, maybe dont choose this one, because their return policy is not customer friendly. Also, make sure to ask them to show you the back of your head so that if you end up with a bald spot, at least you can catch it while youre in the store.

Unfortunately I had a stylist that did everything opposite of what I asked her to do. Kat cut a lot of my length off and she made it a little past my shoulders. I said I wanted a light blonde just not platinum and she made it brown. I asked for some chunks of different colors but mostly lavender and very little magenta. She did the exact opposite so my hair is mostly brown, too short and a lot of magenta. I repeated my wants and expected results at least 5 times. She wasted my time and money. I don’t have time or money to go to salons all the time because I work so much. But wow. She really messed it up. Don’t go and see Kat. She’ll just do whatever she wants with your anyway. Thanks a lot.

I was visiting my daughter in Killeen when stop by this establishment on the outside it was very inviting as you walk in the Salon the atmosphere in the Salon was very welcoming lots of smiling faces from the ladies at the front desk. The service I received was a skin cleaning treatment on my face, I also had a full body massage done. I felt like anew person walking out from there. I definitely recommend Shelley hair Salon.

I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s hard to find a place I trust with my hair but all of the ladies here are so sweet and attentive. Customer service was what really stood out to me because it’s so hard to find people that are genuine when it comes to calming my fears. Shellsea was absolutely amazing when it came to answering any questions I had and I’m so glad I trusted her. I’ll definitely be returning!

The front desk lady Shelsea is RUDE and absolutely unprofessional. She charged me for an add on service that I didn’t receive nor request, as a get back because I told her about her unprofessionalism. She even said that the price of my prepaid service increased within less than a week which I shouldn’t have to pay for since I paid for my service before the “price increase”. Asked to speak with the manager and even that was refused. I was considering the membership but I think I’ll look elsewhere so I don’t feel like I’m receiving a favor when in fact I’m paying!

I came in with long, dry, basically dead hair and came out with a fun cut. I highly recommend they were so attentive and I already am looking forward to getting a new cut there.

I will never go back to this place. I got my hair color a few weeks back and at the moment the color looked okay but nothing like I would of liked it to look. At the moment I couldn’t really tell that the colors where way off because she curled my hair and so it looked all blended. The next day when I washed my hair that’s when I really noticed how bad my hair looked, even 2 of my friends said to me “ omg sorry to tell you but your hair looks bad. :( so embarrassing.....I have some patches in my hair that are way off like dark brown, cooper, orange and some places way too light ( blondI truly believe the hair dresser that did my hair is not that experience. I had super long hair I told here to the length I wanted cut so she did, after she colored my hair she went in and cut a big chunk off without asking me. I was pretty upset and didn’t say anything, so now I have short hair and like 3,4 different colors in my hair. It was definitely not worth $375 makes me sick every time I think about how much I paid and for it to look like I did it my self at home. Customer service was great but that’s it. I will not be going back. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what should of been taken care of the 1st time at this hair salon.

100% recommend getting your hair done by Bobbie! Shes absolutely incredible with hair. I have extremely thick hair and dont know much but she gave me so much knowledge and advice on how to treat it, curl it, and much more.

I went in wanting a v cut and layers & left absolutely mortified. I’ve posted pictures of what I went in asking for, such as shape and layering & then I posted what I left with. Never again will I return to shellys.

Jessica did my highlights, condition toner style! She was polite & professional!I am happy with the outcome! want a little more gray streaks next time around face,but I liked the care she gavePrice was ok.The products redkin I was given not so much! The leave in condition hair feels drier then before so I scaled back on that.But I will use her service again she knows her stuff with hair color. Ty😊🌹

My whole experience was amazing, I saw Megan and she was awesome, she kept me informed with what she was doing and we had great conversations the whole appointment. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and all the stylists were so nice and welcoming. I love my new cut and style and will definitely be going back to Shelly’s from now on!

Jess saved my hair!I had previously went to a different salon to get a balayage, but instead, I was given what looked like out grown highlights (the top wasn’t blended well at allwith three different shades of bleach (orange, yellow, and white). Thankfully, Jess totally saved my hair!She not only made it look a lot better and healthier, but she also gave me great tips for how to keep my hair looking great! She also made recommendations for how I should cut/style my hair and I don’t regret one bit trusting her judgement! My hair looks so cute!ALSO, If you have the money for it, I highly highly recommend purchasing their salon products (shampoo, conditioner, etc). I looked up their products on Amazon it was the same price, but had reviews that they were “watered down” and NOT the real deal.I highly recommend Jess. I 100% trust her with my hair, which says A LOT. I really wish I had came here first to save money and time. THANK YOU JESS! ❤️

Today was my first time visiting Shelleys. I have not had a hair cut since December and was scared to get my hair done. I called, got an appointment within 15 minutes. The place is so cute and smells great. Everyone was professional and they were taking the appropriate measures due to the pandemic. My hair cut is great and I dont think it has looked this good in a long time. Definately recommending Shelleys and will be coming back.

Ruby was amazing and paid careful attention to my wants/needs for my hair. The staff was super friendly and the salon is clean. The stylists ALWAYS get a 5 star rating from hair to nails & makeup! The Salon is super chic and upscale when compared to most in this area. They have a cute shopping area separate from the salon, and the spa is upstairs if youre looking for rejuvenation. They have several different packages to choose from, all at reasonable prices.The best part is that its a one stop shop for a day of beauty and relaxation. You can take your mom, sister, daughter, or even your spouse on a day date. I would give a 5 star all around if the customer service up front matched the service in the rest of the salon. Thats usually the only time I have an issue, but hopefully that has improved since my last visit.I would still definitely recommend calling to schedule your appointment today!

Three stars because the Customer service was great, BUT way too expensive. I’ve had the same treatments done elsewhere and paid a lot less for the same results. Also my stylist added treatments on my hair without telling me which resulted in the high bill that caught me off guard. Other than that the place is nice and well taken care of.

I went and got my hair done by Bobbi. I have little to no knowledge of how to do my own hair so I wanted to cut it all off.Bobbi was excited to cut my hair into a long pixie and took the time to teach me how to do it quickly.The color is phenomenal and I’m so happy with the services I received this morning.The environment is clean and friendly definitely worth it.

This salon is the most comforting place to be pampered. From the first step in the door, its very atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff are all superb and dedicated to an excellent customer satisfaction experience. Jazmine restored my confidence in being a ginger again with wonderful natural tones that had me making appointment after appointment with her. She is amazing and a great person to talk with for the entire time I was with her. Dont look any further- get in to Shelleys Day Spa and Salon as soon as possible! :)

I was so impressed with the receptionist upon my first call in that she asked specific questions in order to place me with a stylist that would fit my needs. It turned out she placed me with Carol, the most perfect stylist who gave me the best cut and highlights that I have had in over ten years. I highly recommend Shelleys.

WOW👌 I was so impressed. I was referred to Bobbi as I wanted to cut my long hair and go really short. I’m in my fifties and needed the right person to help me decide on the right hairstyle. And I could not be happier with my experience.The shop is beautiful and very clean. All of the employees were smiling and very professional. And Bobbi was exactly who I needed. She is very knowledgeable and I absolutely love the cut. It was a great experience all the way around. On the scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 20 and I will definitely go back for all my hair care needs. And several other services they provide. My daughter presented me an hour massage here for my 50th Birthday. This was my first time here.. Ms. Tiffany was great!! She explained everything that was going to happen. When I left. I was extremely relaxed. Feeling good!!

The first minute I walked in to Shelleys I was in love. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone is extremely friendly. Its been a long time since Ive been to a business that really cares about you and makes sure you get what you want and are happy with the results. Love this place, love Shelley (the owner), love the Guest Services, and love my stylists. Win!!

Love the place. I took my daughter with me and everyone was super sweet and supportive. My daughter was also so happy. I asked about if someone could braid my daughters hair if I mad an appointment (a simple French braid, Im no good at braidingthey had someone who could. My daughter also loved the fact that she got her hair washed like mommy did. I also loved the atmosphere of the place. You could tell that the stylist really loved their job and really did care about their clients

Absolutely amazing experience! Ruby worked on my hair and fixed so many concerns I had, all while being honest with me. She went in detail with how my hair is and what’s best for my hair based off my lifestyle. I arrived and received a warm welcome and a water. Extremely professional yet relaxed environment, GREAT prices especially for how nice the salon is, and the best quality around. Seriously amazed at how well they take care of their clients. Will be returning for sure!

Love love Shelleys. Outstanding customer service. You can have fun or enjoy a time of peace & quiet because of the different sitting areas made for your tranquility. They also have a wonderful Cafe with coffees, desserts, and gourmet sandwiches reasonably priced. Adore and love my stylist Micah! All the stylist are fantastic; they are kind, funny, professional and up-to-date with current/future hairstyles and color. Shelleys goal is to make sure her stylists education is ahead which keeps the customer out of a rut.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting my hair done twice here so far by the sweet and talented Priscilla, and both times were such a wonderful experience. The ambiance of this salon is so welcoming and relaxing.. The coffee bar and little lunch cafe are such unique and awesome features! And I loved my haircuts and color done by Priscilla! I have countless friends who go to her for cuts and highlights, and she never disappoints! Love it here!

Everyone was very friendly. The salon was clean and pretty. Jennie, my stylist, listened to me. She did exactly what I asked and my color is perfect. She was easy to talk with and friendly. I was served a glass of wine and also a beautiful cupcake because it was my birthday. I am telling everyone I know about it. I am so glad I found Shellys!

Just had the best experience and haircut since coming back to Killeen!! Bobbie took such time to listen to what I wanted and look at pictures I had of what I wanted them recommended how to work it with my hair! The result exactly the edgy sassy bob style I was wanting!!!!! Thank you for responding to my appointment request with a phone call not just a instant message! And Thank you for getting me in last min (lucky for me there was a morning cancellation)OH did I also mention they do waxing and I had my brows done while I was there!!!! Yesssss!
