It is comparable with Cresent water park...but so under-rated

Enjoyed the get-together, nice place but needs some improvement

nice place ...cleanliness required may be management should assign 3-4 cleaning of rooms and washrooms being a wet place.

We visited here last 3years back, but this year we are getting disappointed, no lockers available here, as usual ride are good for both kids and adult, one extra star for outdoor activities.

Water Resort facilities are too good to have fun with family n friends. Overall Breakfast, High Tea, Food, Fun are the best part of the nearest resort to Indore. Tickets are also not very costly.

Now its known as Touchwood Resort. At the moment an average water park, good for family however rates are a bit high, 550 with food, and then dress and locker are separate.

Worst place. No cleanliness washroom are so dirty and shower for girls are open in changing room. No guards in sliding zone of water park. I will suggest that pls dnt go there

Very poor facility provided by the firm, most of the water slide in the maitenance and specially adveture part is very bad like make you fool to customer with high price fees taken food and locker facility was is in very horrable condition like locker available is not sufficient for 200 peoole croud and food facility my god worst cum worst .....Overall you have to improve in your facility otherwise you are out of market.... Take my note positively and imorove well

shell city is the old name of touchwood Resort it is located on Khandwa road near Indore having adventure activities with swimming pool and resort

Nice place for one day family trip. Many activities so go early.

First of all the name is being changed to the Touchwood resort. This place is an adventure theme park. When we talk about adventure, the activities are good but, limited. Not everybody ll be able to do them or enjoy them.. as those activities requires supervision. Offers you water rides as well. Rides are good. but, nothing new and innovative. Good for family or friends outing, as small water rides are there, so, people of every age ll enjoy. Especially if they are the first timers. You ll get costumes on rent as usual. There is a puppet and magic show as well. Children with us got amazed and truly loved the magic show. Food was good.

All was good near Indore approx 1 hour journey, Its a resort with Water Park and Adventure Activities for Small and Big Kids The Property new Name is Touchwood Resort and Little Maintenance and Water Cleaning Required. Not that bad we visited on Monday Food Quality Good

Very unhygienic and dirty water. No cleanliness. Wanted to go to the pool but couldnt seeing the condition of the water there.

It was good experience there as it includes adventures activity also other than pool .With family or large group u can enjoy more.Staff is cooperative.But it is not well maintained like pool water was not so clear.So they need to work on cleanliness in whole campus.

A day will give you fullfilling experience of outing nd bit of pool n slide in summer

worst water park ever. the renamed it as touchwood resort but i never wanna visit such place ever. no fecilities even on holi festival. no mannagement person was there. they charged very high for such disaster service. i have booked ticket from book my show but never know that the place is such a disaster.Please guys it is a waste of money to visit the place

Me and my friends visited the place now called touchwood resort...Lots of ground activity...Three to four rides...Water activity...Ocean wave....Great food...Even better facilities...Friendly staff...If you are visiting this place be sure to arrive as early as possible to enjoy whole day...

Now Shell city is on LEASE taken by Touch wood resort. On 27th 28 th Oct got a chance to go their to attend a night camping n adventures activity. Enjoyed water activities n found it very joyfull... little bit scarcity of some things bit overall it was nice experience.. food was delivered tasty. Love it..

Its so bad swimming pool tiles are not properly it can open so its so bad and slides are only good it not been started

Such a disgusting place to go insects like cockroach were floating in water, water level was too low where people can get hurt, the slides were not running with water so people can get hurt by going in slide, the people working there were so rude that they abused they even say "you dont know who is the owner of this park he is politician and all". Better is to go crescent water park this shell city is such a bad place to go. Some of my office mate vent there they got ill and even some of got admit in hospital. I got to know this when I was new to the office so we were sharing our experience.

There were cool slides and excellent canten food i liked

Staff was Nt bringing tubes and mat on slides... They were asking from customer to bring tubes n Mats from pool to the slides.... Cleanliness need in toilets.. But food was delicious..

A very dry experience of being in a water amusement park. Very few rides, the water was in terrible condition when I went. And the level of safety is not well taken care of. The adventure Park in the premises is a wonderful place, I loved every moment of it- Manila Net, Zip lining, (Artificialmountain climbing, obstacle course.

Grateful place for leisure activities, they have also started adventure sports. Staff is very friendly, cant complaint about food.

Washrooms are so dirty and stinky......pool side is nice
