Painfully miserable woman on the till, I fear she may have never witnessed a smile in all her days so never mastered the art. I’d avoid this place just to avoid ever having to see that sour face again

Convenient, but the price of fuel was unbelievable.

Its a very well run garage you can pay at the pump or in the shop. Shop sell the necessary items like milk etc

Find this a convenient stop for fuel en route to Scotland for business trips as usually quick and easy and I use a Shell fuel card. However, quite busy today. Efficient and friendly staff.

Good clean service station great staff

Just used toilets here they are disgusting. Was going to buy a coffee but surfaces on Costa machines were also disgusting. There were two attendants on duty surely one of them could have been cleaning . After all we are in the middle of a pandemic we all have to do our bit.

Stopped off for fuel and a toilet break.

This is nice place to fuel up. The shop is big and spacious with lots on offer but the staff also make it worth a visit

I only pulled in because I hit a ferkin pothole that took out my front tyre.. On the Carlisle roundabout North bound slip.. Another £100. Why are we paying road tax... Anyway I got a caramel hot chocolate and it was great and the lady behind the counter was very pleasant and chatty...

Nice friendly stop. Limited, overnight parking, decently stocked, not so pricey store.

despite the weather the forecourt was clean and tidy, rubbish bins were empty, hand towels and gloves were available at the pumps, service instore were friendly, polite and efficient, well stocked shop, coffee machine working and clean store especially around newspapers and magazines no inserts discarded on floor.

The people who work here dont know what offers are on at any given time.They just make it up as they go along the prices are marked clearly but the shelves are far too cluttered with price tags. And the delightful woman with long dark hair didnt make me aware when I bought a large Costa coffee I could have got a brownie for a quid. Wont be back.

Called in with my coach early this morning passengers enjoyed great croissants and snacks and A’s coach toilet was blocked all used toilet facilities was great as the driver was in need of a cup of tea but you only sell coffee youR friendly and polite salesman made me a cup thanks so much just showed there is still nice people out there he went above and beyond to help great friendly service thanks again will definitely call again driver of 336 Plymouth to Edinburgh

Small parking but very clean and great staff

Handy services just before crossing into Scotland, but the truck parking definitely need sorting out, a lack of bay markings leed to an inefficient use of space and irate drivers attempting to leave being blocked in by others still parked

Lorry free resting area. 24 h open! Very nice people. Recomand!
