Schöne Zimmer. Leider spät angekommen und früh wieder weiter

للأسف خرجت من الفندق مصاب بحساسية من فرش الفندق. الفرش قديم جدا ودوراة المياة تخرج منها رائحة مجاري .لانصح فية .ولو لم تجد سكن .

فندق سيئ لا انصح بالسكن فيهالشي الحلو فيه موقعه عموماً شكي ما انصح فيها مافيها شي ولا تستاهل

موقعه حلوه بين جبال خضراء لكن الغرفة ضيقة وتسمع اصوات غريبه من خارج الغرفة واضاءات الغرفة شبة معدومه لكن تجربة ما اظن انها تتكرر

نجمه يستاهلها طاقم الموظفين لأنهم محترمين الفندق ولا ونجمه حجزنا ليلتين ولا قدرنا نبات فيه شفنا الغرف وطلعنا الفندق ريحته كحول ومبيدات حشريه وغير كذا وسخ ومايستاهل يكون 5 نجوم ابد لاتغركم الصور في الوقع صدمه

1st look is shockingly old and sged but overall the facilities are good especially the reception manager and his team are very friendly and fantastic. 5 stars to staff.

الموقع ممتاز جدا.الفندق قديم جدا الاثاث متهالك دورات المياه بحالة سيئة طعام العشاء كان سيئ جدا..الخدمة في المطعم سيئة ويوجد تجاهل كبير من قبل طاقم المطعم.حاولت مرارا تغير الفندق ولم أستطع بسبب الزحام على الفنادق..انتظرت انتهاء اقامتي بفارغ الصبر لكي أخرج لا أعلم كيف صنفه بوكينج ٥ نجوم .. لن أعود مره أخرى

Pathetic hotel....Please please please dont stay in this hotelThe hotel is not even 2 starsThe room service is the worst I have experienced in my entire lifeTheir response to every problem is that " this is what we can provide"First of all we came in summer and the shower water was just warm and not hot and when we called the technician he said " its the maximum he can do"Its a hill station and ther is no hot water!!!! Imagine someone visiting in winter..Ac was not working and the same technician came and after changing some settings he ran away.He is literally very good in running away...Most shocking part is its a RAMADA Group hotel and we were pleased to know during our check in.I wonder why ramada group has such a pathetic hotel under its umbrella its really a shame.The elevator is very small, only good for 2 people.Most of the people dont speak English wellOur blanket looked used and not washed but honestly we were not sure and dint complain since it was of no use.I requested for an extra blanket and pillows but it never came.I called 3 times the response was they have sent already buy it never reached my room but the blankets were of no use since the ac was not working well.Please dont stay here if you want a good night sleep and hot shower.The only thing which we liked was the restaurant which had good food , shisha and live music.

الفندق قديم شوي يحتاج ترميم وتعديل لكن الخدمة ممتازة عشان كذا عطيته ٤ نجوم الافطار متنوع الى حد ما اطلالة غرفتي ماكانت على الطبيعه والجبال ، اذا بتحجزون اكدوا انكم تبون اطلالة على الطبيعة

افضل فندق بدون منافس اذا تقدر على سعره

نجمه الموقع يستحق محاط بجبال القوقازنجمة لنظافة المكان. مع انه قديم والاثاث جدا مستهلك ويحتاج تجديد بصراحه واقصد الفرش. بالذاتنجمه للخدمات في الفندق.يعيب الفندق انتقال الاصوات والازعاج خصوصا الدور الاول او احد يتنفس في الاسفل تسمع صوته وكانه عندكتجربة سيئة مع الاستقبال 3 ايام لم ينظف الغرفه او يجلب ماء وعندما طلبنا الماء طلب نقودالمطعم مقبول للافطار واكبر عيب لديهم انتشار الخمور وكانها ماء

Iyun ayının 25 Şəki Palace hoteldə gecələdik. Hotelin bu qədər bərbad olduğunu düşünməzdim. Otağın döşəməsi silinməmişdi, tozlu idi. Hamam otağının döşəməsi tüklü idi. Yataq dəsti bomboz idi, ləkəli idi. Yataq dəstinin dəyişilməsini tələb etdim, dəyişilsə də üzərində tüklər qalmışdı. Otaqda diş məcunu və diş fırçası yox idi, biz deyiləndən sonra gətirildi. Səhər yeməyinə getdik. Səhər yeməyi 08:00 başlasa belə yeməklər soyuq idi. Personala iradımızı bildirsək belə diqqət edilmədi.Hoteldə təmizlik olmadıqdan sonra getməyə dəyməz. Çox bərbad idi, düşünürəm bu rəydən sonra səhvlərə diqqət edilər.

Nice experience and one of the top view in the area

Its a cozy, friendly, elegant and definitely peaceful hotel. Staff were very kind and friendly. And it is very close (walking distance( to many historical areas to visit, souvenirs shops and sweets shops. Definitely worth the visit

Property looks fine from outside however the rooms are outdated and toilets are horrible. This property needs an upgrade. Stayed there in the first week of may 22 and the experience was not pleasant.

ЛОХОТРОН В РЕСТОРАНЕ ОТЕЛЯ, В МЕНЮ ОДНА ЦЕНА В РЕАЛЬНОСТИ ДРУГАЯ. 10 % ЧАЕВЫЕ ВЫНУЖДЕННО ))). . В НЕ РАБОЧИМ СОСТОЯНЕЕ ПАРНОЕ, СПА И ТУРЕЦКОЕ БАНЯ. НЕДОСТАТКИ В КОМНАТЕ. В ОБЩИМ ОЦЕНИВАЕМ НА ВСЕ "3"

Hotel which located in historical part of Sheki. Recommend for staying here. From here opened good panoramic view.

Great Hotel. Great staff. Great positionStaying for a week.

Big room but no personality. Would be nice to have quilt provided, a bit too cold just with flat sheet. Room has spa but water not warm enough. There is playground and some rabbits for the kids. Walking distance to Sheki summer palace and Karavansaray, with cobbled streets around.

Nice view from hotel, needs huge maintenance to be done, the hotel is not well maintained very far from baku and GabalaSuitable for one night stay only. Can’t recommend nor not recommend but people there are friendly and nice thoNot a 4 or 5 star hotel at all

Its a 2 star Hotel.Some highlights are given below:1. Hygiene.2. Dirty.3. Very poor internet.

i love Sheki resort is good

The place is at max two maybe three stars. The location is good, but everything else is really below average. The area is poor and nothing much to see, few hours will be enough.

The hotel is overrated. You can find this quality much cheaper in Sheki. Also, dont use cafeteria and restaurant if you stay in this hotel as they are super expensive. Last but not least, massage service is not acceptable considering what they charge and how amateur the masseur is. Your wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend/sister/brother/mom/father/kid can do better massage.

The hotel was fine, it’s just a hotel. The massages were not great.

Really cool history. Tour guide was well educated. I had a translator because I only speak English, but the guide answered questions well and really knew her stuff

My opinion bit different from most people reviews here.. yes it’s only few hotels in this region so this look better options, but it’s bit to much 5 Star for this sekhi Palace hotel ...need some renovation specially in bathroom/shower the water licking. Towels very old .... but it’s okay anyway.

Great hotel in the center of Sheki. Helpful staff, nice food, comfortable beds. Location is wonderful, you have easy access to Khan s palace, Karavansaray and souvenir shops.

Very nice modern building clean room helpful staff. Big pool complex with limited opening hours. Good breakfast in separate building. The weekend evening was noisy as some group of people entertained themself in the garden.

Nice and quite hotel

Good location, good staff with some English, very good food with cheap price, i liked the swimming pool with sauna most, over all excellente hotel with very reasnoble price, i will highly recommend it to my friends.

Very close with Karvansaray. nice view for sheki and twilight.

Location, service, clean, view, parking, price, internet, breakfast in one word evryting above the 5 stars
