Fast serving time compare to the others restaurants in Eswatini as my experience then. The service was good and the food was not bad. There is a playground for kids also. Although I didnt experience that, it seems like it is a good place to have whole family getting together having meal.

I came in to spur at around 4:30pm and I waited 40 minutes for a waiter to come and serve me.I had to call the waiter more than 5 times but he didn’t come, when i got angry and called him, he was telling me about respect, Im giving spur ezulwini a 1 star rating because of their disrespect, and poor attendance

Wir hatten das Hotel in der Nähe und haben heute mal die hier oft anzutreffende Steakhouse-Kette für das Abendessen gewählt...Der Service war stellenweise ein wenig unsicher - aber wirklich sehr bemüht und sehr zuvorkommend, was uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen hat (und sich auch im Trinkgeld niedergeschlagen hat ;->)Die Speisen war wie erwartet - wir hatten nix zu meckern. Es war auch recht viel los - der Laden scheint beliebt zu sein.Da die Filiale am Ende einer größeren Mall liegt, sind Parkplätze natürlich kein Problem - direkt vor der Tür ausreichend vorhanden.Fazit: Empfehlenswert!

Decent food and small kid play area. However, service could be improved. The waitress was unable to answer some of our questions about certain menu items, and told us the restaurant doesnt have baby chairs which seems odd for a restaurant that caters to kids.
