Best Mediterranean in the area and it’s not even close! Big portions, great price, and great employees!

The food tasted alright but the portions were a joke. The bowls don’t come with a base of rice, you have to choose it as one of your 4 toppings. When you’re 1 of 25,000 middle eastern restaurants in the area, you have to stand out - they just don’t.

The food is always great, but I wanted to come here to also say the people who work there are even better. Today I tried to place an order online (which I’ve done so many times without issuebut the website kept telling me my order couldn’t be processed. So, I ended up getting dinner elsewhere. Well, I guess my order DID go through and they made my food and called to see if I wanted it - I explained that on my end it said no order and I didn’t get a receipt yadda yadda long story short they refunded my money and were super cool about it. Kindness should be rewarded so go buy their food!!

Everytime i get food from here it is always amazing! The workers are extremely nice and food is made at reasonable time. I usually get the build your own bowls and its filled to the max with delicious food, i can never get enough! 10/10 recommend

Good quaint halal shawarma place. I wish they gave larger portions but quality is decent. I enjoy their fattoush salad as they give enough of that tangy dressing.

The food was good pre covid.Im only giving 1 star because Google wont let me post no stars.The food is so bad now Im surprised people still gamble with ordering there.I was ordering 3 dinner for 2 and asked when I called if they had dinner for 7 and I asked if it would be more food than 3 dinner for 2 the said yes alot more food.The total was 91.00 with the addition of a extra garlic sauce. 3 dinner for 2 would have been 75.00After I picked up the food there were 2 trays one was salad and the other was filled half way with rice( for 7 peoplelol.there were 4 falafel and 4 grape leaves ( for 7 peoplethe rice was undercooked the meats were dry overcooked and probably from last week.When you order dinner for two it comes with 2 falafel 2 grape leaves a half pan of rice chicken and beef kabob and Kafka salad humus so x 3 orders is a lot of food. (75.00)So these clowns charged me 91.00 and gave me dinner for 4.I had no luck when I called and asked if they forget to give me a tray because there was not enough falafel or grape leaves or meat for 7 people to each have 1 of everything.They told me it is hat the menus says even though I did not order off the menu I called and ordered.Needless to say I am never going to these crooks again and I am stopping payment on the order.

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be great. Got a bowl today with chicken. First off, the amount you get changed. Not nearly as much as they prepared before. Secondly, the chicken is either old or the cheapest kind you can get. The vegetables, specifically, the beets, looked and tasted old. Threw it away. What an embarrassment for this place that actually used to be a gem. Will not be returning. A place like this does not deserve my business! Disgusting 🤢

Shawarma Stop is my favorite middle eastern restaurant. Food is very fresh, amazing flavor and it’s always cooked so perfectly. Very clean. Always my go to!!

The worst food I ever tried., the tabbuli was so bad and not fresh (FROM DAY BEFORE),Falfel not cooked 🤢 THE KOBAB was disgusting and not cooked, the beef shawerma sandwich wasnt shawerma, it was slices of meat sandwich 🤢The worst place ever ..I dont recommend, dont west your money 👎👎👎👎👎

Ordered for delivery; one chicken shawarma and BYO 4 protein for 2 of us to split. Really great portion sizes and everything was cooked perfectly! (Needed a side of tahini with the falafel side though. The chicken lemon soup is not thick like Greek, but it was really tasty! Will definitely order again!

I ordered $60 worth of food. The rice were not so good and had no taste. The chicken Gallaba Was nothing like a Chicken Gallaba should look or taste like. The fries looks more like potato slabs and were so bad in taste by the time I got back home. Just had a bad experience with this place. Ill suggest to Save your money and eat better food from other places.SAP.

First I love this place. The food was always great. But recently things have been off. And the last time I ordered my hummus and tabouli sandwich was without hummus and my salad with feta had moldy feta. My stomach turned. The owners need to know...someone might get sick.

Ordered a 7.99 bowl and I was dissapointed to say the least. The cut up steak was chewy and stale, the toppings had no flavor. I conveniently chose lettuce as a topping so they gave me hard pieces of the butt of the lettuce, filling up almost half the bowl, giving them the idea to give me less of literally every other topping. No disrespect to these guys, but there are so many other better alternative mediterranean restaurants in the area. Wouldnt recommend at all.

My parents and I used to order food from here when we lived closer. The food never disappoints, and the staff are always friendly. This is my favorite Mediterranean restaurant. You guys need to open up a location in the 26 mile and Romeo plank area!! Lol

For 5 years I was a frequent customer.Had not been there for about a year ( working till 7:00-8:00. Went today..had gotten off early, ordered my Fattosh salad with Chicken.YOU CHANGED THE DRESSING! I had SUCH a craving for SO Long and was VERY DISAPPOINTED! And wheres the chicken? ..the chips were curled and not the same. Why do people mess with a Good thing? You had THEE BEST Dressing ever. Sorry but I wont be back.

Food was fresh and quick. Prices were good and portions were decent. Garlic sauce was strong just the way I like it 😉

My husband and I just found Shawarma Stop a few months ago and we’re obsessed. I have yet to try anything I don’t like. And they’re always quick with our order and friendly. We usually get a side of falafel and then I get the pita bowl with chicken tawook, lettuce, rice, garlic sauce, chick peas, beets, and feta. 10/10 we love you SS

I have been ordering from here at least 1/2x every week for a ling tine.I just pka ed a carryout from you about 20 minutes ago.The last 4x ordering from you,.My chicken has been over cooked and tastes burnt and dry.I have went somewhere else the last few weeks due to this.I thought I would give it a try again tonight and it’s the same thing I have to say it’s horrible all I can taste is burnt food

I grew up on the Warren / Sterling Heights border and was spoiled with amazing Middle Eastern food at places like LaShish. Since they closed Ive had a really hard time finding something that came close to what I loved back then. A friend in the food industry told me about Shawama Stop and Im glad he did. The food is AMAZING! If you like Middle Eastern food (and even if you dontdo yourself a favor and give this place a try.

The best Middle Eastern Food we have had in years. We came in from out of town, looking for a place to eat in between tournament games and decided to give this place a try. The food was fresh and delicious. Place was super clean. Staff was so nice.

Great place! Been there a few times and I may have had the best chicken tawook sandwich (next to Lebanon). It was a real tawook sandwich with the grilled onions and peppers. My family enjoyed our meal and we will be back

The customer service was absolutely outstanding. I wish I knew the name of the young man that assisted me.He was so polite and a breath of fresh air, I ordered my food paid for it and he brought it out to my car for me.before I even had a bite of the food I was in love with the customer service because thats very very big for me and then I got a chance to taste the food and I was in my COMPLETE and total GLORY. IT WAS DELISH!

Literally the best shwarma around. I can eat this daily. Great staff, always treated right. Also worth mentioning, best value around. Compared their prices to others, the blow everyone out. Cant say enough good things about this place!

Most favorite shawarma place hands down. Always fresh and always the best! The same older gentleman is always there and makes everything so good every single time! I went there 2-3 times a week while i was pregnant and now my daughter is 5 months old and eats the shawarma with me!

The best chicken shawarma ever!!! The hummus with beets and grilled chicken on top! OMG!! Big portions! Good staff! The garlic butter type sauce is homemade and is condiment crack!!!!!!!!! The chef is my stripmall culinary find!!! The food is fast. Restaurant is very very clean. Bathroom is clean!! I go here multiple times a year. Its 30 minutes from my house. Worth the drive!! Thanks for good food and service!!!

The food there is so good and prices are so reasonable! Everything is so fresh and you can just tell how great the quality of food is. The management is amazing there too! Waited a little bit for our food one time (I was in no rushand they gave me some sweets on the house! One of my favorite places to eat.

This is one of my familys favorite restaurants so it was a no brainier to have them cater my daughters First Communion party. The owner was very friendly and helpful when ordering. The food was AWESOME as usual! Everyone at the party raved about the food and even though we order from there often, we were still surprised at the abundance of food. It was definitely a hit and I think you may have a few new customers based on our friends/familys rave reviews at the party.

Food is just okay and service is bad.This is the 2nd time I got over charged and had to tell the guy working the counter to look at the receipt. Took him 5 minutes to figure out what he over charged and then he charged me an extra .50 per bowl for garlic sauce.All while I watched him microwave my grape leaves Lol. They must really need the $1.00 at this place.With all the middle eastern places around this was hard to watch today.Im done with this place. Keep the change.

This place is right next to updog 🧘and I have been meaning to try it for a long time now. I ordered the fattoush salad with a side of garlic spread. OMG! Got my food in less than 5 min. Everything was cold, crisp, fresh, and flavorful. A small salad could easily feed two. One of the best Ive ever had! The garlic spread is 😋😋Ill be back again for sure.

The food here is amazing we got a combo for 2 which really fed 4 of us at $5 a head you can’t go wrong. We have been here before it was good now it is under new ownership and is GREAT everything was very fresh and everything tasted amazing. You can really tell the quality in the food they use. I’ve been back twice in the past week!

The most affordable delicious shawarma in sterling heights. Being able to order online and pick up at the drive thru is a major convenience. Staff is always friendly and food is always excellent, just the way you order it. I highly recommended this excellent restaurant if you are in need of a quick, cheap, and delicious bite.

Got the Chefs Special. Was very good. The one difference I noticed was the garlic sauce had a little tang.

Favorite restaurant in the area. I order from this place twice a week. Staff is friendly and they have a create your own bowl like Chipotle which is awesome. Can pick whatever you want on it. Portions are huge. Introduced my family and friends to this place and they love it.

This was our first time ordering from here and I have to say it was very delicious! We ordered the combo for 2, which was enough food for 4. We really werent sure what to order, so it was great to have a variety to choose from with the combo plate. We ordered extra pita bread, and were very surprised at the amount that we received. There is no need to order extra. They forgot our garlic sauce that was ordered, but that is just a minor thing. Im sure that they will correct it. We will definitely be ordering again.

Chicken shawarma is good. The only thing I didn’t like about it is the garlic sauce. It seems that they’re using the cheap imported Chinese garlic brand instead of the quality garlic to make their garlic sauce. I would strongly recommend they use Christopher Ranch instead. It will make a huge difference in taste 😉

Awesome Food and great prices. I love their Fattouse Salad with tawook chicken! The chicken is so tender and juicy and the veggies are fresh on the salad. The garlic sauce is good just wish they made their own bread or gave bigger pieces of pita bread.

Soooo good! I just ordered delivery from here, and my shawarma was so delicious I felt the need to tell the Internet. Everything I ordered was phenomenal. Prices are very reasonable, and you get a lot for your money. Delivery lady was very nice! Definitely will be ordering here again.

The Hubby and I have eaten take-out from here twice. They were the first Lebanese restaurant we tried when we moved here a few months ago and we have no desire to try anywhere else! The dinner entrees are generous and delicious. The lentil soup was thick and creamy; a good comfort food. The other day there was a delay on our order, so the employee gave us two pieces of baklava in apology. Some of best Ive ever had because it wasnt drenched in syrup. The tabbouli is pretty good and I havent tried the hummus yet but I have high hopes.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly, but the star is the food. I dont know of any other place you can get Pitas this good, at this price! My wife and I are full on 10$! Thats both cheaper, healthier, and better tasting than fast food!Also, when you visit, take note at how clean the kitchen area is!
