Shangri-La Restaurant in Chittagong

I had a very bad experience. I went for the first time with a friend upon our seating server came right way to take the order I was telling him we are not ready yet but he refused gave us time to order he suggested, order first and talk even though we weren’t ready to order then he was telling me what to order . Made us feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional staff. He claimed himself assistant manager . He usually stays at the front desk or cashier . I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Food price is reasonable. Apetizer menu became not tasty. Main Course Menu is not so delicious in compare with other restaurants.

It is one of the oldest Thai & Chinese restaurant in Chittagong city. Once upon a time, it was a very popular restaurant. But at present time, they disappointed me. Their Interior decorations is same as like 25 years before. Regarding about service, recently I went there and I have ordered a set menu box item but the way he served the food on the table is very disappointing. Food presentations is awful and it doesn’t look like attractive or temptation. Food taste is average.

Amazing service and environment for Chinese food.

One of the oldest first class family dine restaurant. Their foods are just awesome. All the time favourite. Environment is also comfy. Small or medium size program can be booked here.

Sangri-la is a renowned restaurant in agrabad area. Its really good for hangout with family and friends. Also corporate meetings can be held here. theres enough space for at least 50-70 people. Food quality is really good. You can choose different types of food from the menu. In the menu theres thai, chinese and bengali food. You can also get seafood here.

The interior is okay. But the food is heavily overpriced and portion sizes are extremely small. The taste is nothing extra ordinary. Overall my thoughts , "Not wasting my money again. "

Is it French fries? For 300 taka! I have never seen oily third class French fries.

I have visited the restaurant recently. In my view, the overall standard degraded.1.They are serving with cutlery which are age old. 2.Not at all clean inside as well as not welcoming atmosphere.3. The waiters are not coming even after waiting for 20 minutes.4.The use the same spoon which are used forRice, soup.5.The price is much higher according to standard and taste.6.Just asked them about their poor condition and they ignored us.Not REECOMMNDED

Its a very premium and well known restaurant. Many types of events are organised here. This restaurant started very long time ago. It has great services. Most famous dish of this restaurant is Soup & Wontons.Recommended to visit this restaurant.

The restaurant located in a goods area. It doesnt have secured parking. Peoples has to park their car at road side.

I dislike Shangrila service system. I bought food & completed arrangement. We were four members, while received bill of payment i noticed they wrote a amount named Service Charge. While i bought food from them then who will bring it to table?? I asked manager & he respond everyone are giving this charge. Which really unethical.I suggest please remove this bad manager from your restaurant. Why service charge add here? is it hospital??

A very old and traditional restaurant. Sangrilla is doing business with goodwill in Agrabad, Chittagong. The quality of the food is quite praiseworthy, they always try to appease their customers. Although the price of the food is a little higher ..

Place is good and food also tasty.

To kick off , I love the LOOK of the place. Their decoration is eye catching, clean and tidy BUT THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS A MUSIC SYSTEM FOR SOME BACKGROUND MUSIC,THEY WERE WATCHING WWE ON THE TV!!! Loved the Thai soup with prawn with onthon . Also ordered mixed salad with chicken and prawns and cashew nuts , this was okay but I had way better . Now comes the disappointing part, Although they claim to be a Chinese cuisine, their Mixed noodle was a disaster, it lacked flavour and left me under a shock. So noodle here is a no go zone !! Staff were good and well behaved but seemed very very overly staffed according to the business hour .

One of the oldest Chinese Restaurant in Chittagong , they have maintained their quality of food and service since they have started.As its an old restaurant the do not have an impressive interior but the food quality is quiet good.They do not provide any Buffet service during Lunch or Dinner unless ordered by a large group of customers.

I enjoy their Fried rice & chicken curry specially. But Most of their food are up to the mark as a food lover you will enjoy your food without hesitation. I love their interior design & arrangement of the food corner & seat. They also available for family programme & can deliver food if you order.

I and one of my bosom friend went there only for coffee.They didnt serve us only coffee. It was a very embracing event for me in front of my friend. Food test is good. Neat and clean.

I had the mixed salad and fried chopsuey.The salad here is good. Mildly salty and sweet taste. Not spicy at all. The flavor goes well with the taste.Their menu have several duck items which seems good. My eyes are on those items for having next time.

Shangri-La resturent is fairly popular in chittagong. The space is a little bit small for party, marriage or other program the taste food is good. But price is compititavely high. Overall average resturent

I am coming here from my childhood. I have a lot of memories here. Food is delicious, environment is calm. It is a good place for arranging parties or family get together. They only charge for food.

Somehow beautiful I must say but it is not really up to dated decoration over there. This restaurant is started many years ago. They have to upgrade their look to cope up with the generation now going. Food was impressive. For food I specifically rate them 4 star out of five star. They accept card and cash both. They take reservation for small gathering. The space of the restaurant is medium.
