It is hard to imagine that the staff wished me a birthday when I went out in the morning. When I returned to my room in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to find the birthday cake sent by the hotel. Thanks for this amazing service from Shangri-La.Breakfast and baggage Service need to improve.

Cleanness Very goodAlthough Dont Distrurb was turned on the cleaning personnel knocked very loud at the door, opened it at 6a.m! . waking me up and also scaring me from sleepRoom: no tea packages, no coffee machine or capsules. For a 5 stars hotel a minusBreakfast : very few choices for foreigners regarding salami, vegetables. I didnt see any orange juice.The receptionist didnt want to change 20€ bills, I had like 4, saying they are damaged.I had them from the ATM one day before. They were normal 20€ bills.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very polite.I thought that the Western breakfast was very cold and could do with being a lot warmer. I went down for breakfast about 6.15am & 6.30am. Upon arrival whilst I was waiting at the Check in desk and about to move forward, the receptionist started to talk to a lady to my left and i did say that i was before her in the queue. So I was a little disappointed that the receptionist took her attention away from me. I did state that the lady can wait as its polite too.

Very pleasant hotel run by an efficient staff looking for satisfying customers. Ive been there a few times and have always been perfectly welcomed. Room are large and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Room might be a bit noisy depending on lower stair and street view. Breakfast is splendid. International dishes available.
