Terrible casino! There were multiple dealer errors and the pit boss changed house rules at his wish to not scratch or pay out on hands. Really shady place and very unprofessional. Stay away from here, many other good casinos to choose from. No care to customer service or house rules!Air quality is terrible and heavy with smoke, no ventilation. Always hot inside and dirty.

Me, my partner and her daughter visited here the other evening, but were inexplicably asked to leave after an hour with no reason given.We hadnt done anything wrong to our knowledge and didnt kick up any fuss when asked to leave, but were told the management wouldnt even come to speak to us to provide a reason - very bizarre, especially when we werent even winning!Ive played in casinos all over the world and have never been asked to leave.I have even contacted the casino via email to ask if we could at least have an explanation but have just been ignore.The whole place has a very odd, slightly unfriendly vibe too where you feel youre being monitored by all the waitresses so unfortunately wouldnt recommend.A very poor advertisement for the renowned Georgian friendliness!

its 24/7. the entrance and parking is free. they have restaurant and bars as well. passport or valid photo ID per guest is necessary. for using slot machines you should be over 18 and for tables over 21.

It looks shiny and colourful outside, but it is too old! Even carpets are old and seems dirty! You can never win there! 😂

Its all fixed we played black jack and we never got a onces in 3 hrs which was very odd.If you are visiting for the 1st time please carry you Id with you because they wont allow you in without an Id.Good luck

Strange atmosphere. Also they have selective customer preferences. If you are traveling (but still gamblingthey want you to pay for everything (drinks, fruit, coffee etc). In other casinos they offer it too you for free!

Awful place. People inside are bad. They smoke always and everywhere. They bump you to make a bet. Worst casino in my life.

Normal casino, the service is good, but the casino is very small, air conditioners not working good, you sweat inside, shuffling by hands on poker tables, which is very annoying and frustrating, we asked for a shuffle machine they said they have limited machines and its being used on blackjack table, if it will be free we will bring it to you, the casino is most of the time crowded and rarely you get a chance to play on roulette as few tables are there and over crowded, so you dont enjoy it.But the casino is good for Slot machines player as they have good machines, the managers are nice and the staff too.Not the best place in tbilisi, but still better than several others.

Dont compare this place with casinos in Las Vegas or London! You have to pay for your drink orders even you seat for playing long times! Most of the tables are dedicated to Russian poker. About their parking I had a very bad experience when I by mistake entered through the existing gate I lost my car tire because of their reddiculous tool they put on the ground that would make your tire flat!

Hi , i was 2 times at this complex.. casino & hotel and have a good experiens . Very good rooms and services. Nice restaurant and swimming pool . Just hotel crews should learn english better than this .In total i like this hotel and hope have one more time vacation in this hotel

Very good casino, first-time you must bring your passport or ID for registration, then they give you a number must carry always with you in casino, and next visits over there, minimum for starting table games like blackjack is 10$ (us dollar)If you want to play poker over there you have to play with casino, its not like playing with other people.

As far as I am concerned it is the best casino in the city. Some of the waitresses can be rude but for the most part they are great! Good payouts too. Gambling ok and off for 3 nights we left ahead.

Most of the slot machines, old as not many total, not a kind service. There are more options around tbilisi so if thats your first time in tbilisi go some where else.

Great fun , busy local casino , service was nice , pleasant staff who deal the games in a selection of languages to suit their players! There are expat British managers amongst the team and its easy to ask for help from any of the staff. Usual mix of games , including Baccarat, AR BJ & several versions of poker. Quite a lot of new looking slot machines . I enjoyed.

This is such an unwelcoming place. Pathetic service unruly and overtly rude staff. The floor supervisor is NOT there to make your gaming experience enjoyable but just the opposite. Forcing people to lose their money and quickly leave the place. I would highly recommend NOT going to this place but rather going to Casino Iveria which has way better service standards. The one star is only because me and my friends gambled for exactly 15 mins and made 4 times more than what we bought the chips for.

Have been there several times on December 2015.Shangri La Casino is a small casino with limited gambling opinions .Got a free excellent launch with my daughter (nice compliment ).

Tiny casino crowded by really bad locals who scream and fight constantly on tables. The casino itself is charming by its design in an old fashion style. Very few tables and old slot machines.

Its very small and there were nothing to offer. Just good to check if you want cause there is no entrance fee as usual.
