Very friendly. Definitely a community chip shop. Best Chinese curry sauce ever. My wife has to keep dissuading me from going there for chips and curry sauce. Shes just gone away to visit friends, so Ill be down there this evening :-)

Been going to this place for years and it’s always good food (best curry sauce around). The staff are nice and the service is quick. Shame Tesco had to open the little store as it’s made parking a bit harder.

I go there sometimes, great value for your money and good spring rolls. First time there it was very friendy, i was just there for about 3 mins but it sure had a nice feel to it. Good free prawn crackers with your order. Havent tried the fish and chips part yet. Best chinese in Chesham no doubt.

Staff are super friendly however was put off from going back due to getting food poisoning from ordering their fish (fish and chips and sesame prawn toast). Their duck however was fine.

Great food, The ribs were amazing the chilli chicken, the duck and rice was good perfection.We are new to the area and asked for traditional recommendations and the guy helped us. Very helpful and great customer service.Will deffo be back. 5⭐️

Great service and food, well established family business

We moved to Chesham on Saturday and had two recommendations for the Shangri-La so we had to try for our first meal. We were not disappointed! Big chunks of perfectly cooked fish and lovely light batter. Plenty of chips for two to share too. Such a friendly welcome, we will be back!

Very friendly welcome, great Singapore fried rice with chili beef + black bean. Good free prawn crackers, mini spring-rolls not so great. Would visit again if Im ever back in Chesham 😊

We’ve Lived locally in nearby village for years and have been extremely disappointed with our local Chinese takeaways. However we discovered this gem of a Chinese takeaway. Lovely, friendly welcome, complimentary bottle of drink and prawn crackers. Food was fantastic and inexpensive compared to poorer takeaways we have had.Highly recommended!

This take away is the only one I use I drive 10-12 miles from hemel to chesham as the fish is outa this world and they do THE BEST batter on fish,always greeted with a smile very prompt service,always fresh and tasty fish chips and curry sauce ideas highly recommend this place to all my friends and family thanks again for a lovely dinner

Ordered over the phone, the gentleman on the other end was friendly and helpful, and told me to collect 20 minutes later.I was greeted with a smile and really lovely service; the food was hot when I got it home and was by far the most delicious Chinese Ive had in a long time- Im converted! I wont go elsewhere again!

Used to like this place but no anymore no visited for well over a year due to that when i ordered something a lady ordered after me and she received her food before me, which then other people got their food which made me wait for about half hour which is inconciderate so im not going back here again

What a find! I dont order take out much this place has had me there almost four times this month! Its clean, tastes fantastic, reasonable prices and the owner is lovely. Ive just realised they have a nice range of choice and I cant wait to go back for more

Literally the most incredible Chinese food Ive ever eaten and the man there is so amazingly friendly, my family and I are reasonable regulars and hes always so so nice to us, such a lovely family and honestly cannot rate the food enough. Not greasy, always hot, properly done Chinese food. Thank you!

Really nice fish and chips but they also do Chinese food too which is a bonus if you want some chow mein or sweet and sour to go with your chips

We had a take away meal and it was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend anyone to order from there. They do both Chinese food and Fish & Chips and their hospitality is second to none.

Were now officially converted to Shangri La for Chinese. Been meaning to try somewhere other then Beijing Gourmet for ages and now wont be going anywhere else. Shangri La also does the best chips and weve already been going here for a chippy tea for the past few years. Literally the best chicken chow mein and SS chicken balls Ive ever had.The staff are awesome, so friendly and always remember us and the prices are reasonable too.

without doubt best Chinese around we only ever tried different establishments when they were closed for the holiday and non came close to as good as Shangrila... fab friendly family and their chicken balls are the best!

Tastiest Chinese food in Chesham hands down. Theyre a fish n chip shop too so the batter they use in the Chinese dishes like the sweet n sour chicken balls is UNREAL. The service is always prompt and friendly too.

Pretty good Chinese takeaway at a good price. Will change dishes to suit where possible, eg no onion no mushroom etc. Busy and food always seems fresh and plentiful. Theres a reason this is the busiest takeaway for miles.

Great food, exceptionally friendly staff. All round pleasureable experience
