Shaman Huskies in Rovaniemi

Husky tarhalle oli mukava tulla, koska huomasi heti että Inka ja Jussi pitävät koirista oikein hyvää huolta. Kaikki koirat olivat ystävällisiä ja hyvin käyttäytyviä. Koiria pääsi rapsuttamaan häkkien ulkopuolelta ja safari jälkeen pääsimme myös häkin sisään halimaan 3 ihanaa toveria. Kiitoksia paljon elämyksestä, tämä varmasti muistetaan loppuelämä :)

Amazing!Such a nice experience to ride an snowsled on the river ice and trough the forest, the scenery was fantastic.The children just loved everything.

Very pleasant experience. Wonderful dogs, very happy to socialize. The huskies are well groomed and perfectly healthy. You can see how much the owners care for them. They also took the time to accommodate us on Christmas Eve which is not just to be expected.We had a great time. Thank you!

Awesome experience ! The Huskies were really cute et you could also pet them ! The camp where they are kept is also super nice, it doesnt feel like a poor shelter, but more like an awesome park.The staff is also super nice.

Im really sorry but I wouldnt recommend this place. Its only here for tourists and the poor huskies are kept in groups in small cages. I hadnt realised before we went 😢

Great experience!The staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole wolf pack is more than gentle and very well socialized! As well I loved to see how the dogs are treated by the staff and their owner. If you stay there for a while you‘ll forget that they are running a business and see how much they care for the dogs. The dogs are part of the family and not just a mean to the end.I will definitely come back at one time.Highly recommended place to be if you love nature, dogs and small adventures. Don’t be scared - these dogs really love humans and all of them are very gentle!If you like puppies (well… who doesn’t?- from time to time they have puppies which they will allow you to see.

This was our second visit to Rovaniemi and I am so glad our family did husky riding at Shaman Huskies. We have done a few husky rides that were organized in the city and took place near Santa Claus Village last time we were here. They were good but felt a little like a factory and the huskies didn’t really look happy there. But huskies at Shaman Huskies looked very happy and I could feel that they were being treated like a family. Also the open lake scenery(compared to forest scenery near Santa Claus Villagewas so much more amazing and I would highly recommend Shaman Huskies to anyone who is visiting Rovaniemi. We had such a fantastic ride we decided to go for another ride in the afternoon :thank you Shaman Huskies for such a wonderful experience!!!From my 5-year old daughter:My favorite animal is huskies. Ravdna was a very gentle grandma husky and I want to come see her again. I want to come back again next time we come back to Rovaniemi.

Magical place. Shaman Huskies offered a great activity, Huskey sledge, huskey pet and huskey knowledge. This guys were amazing, very attentive, kind, always open to talk about the huskies. Of course, the huskies were great, they were happy and they liked the people and do the sledge. Definitely this place felt sustainable, I was worried to meet over commercialized dogs, but was all the contrary.

Ha sido espectacular! Hemos hecho la visita a la "granja de huskies" y esta genial. La pareja que nos ha explicado todo sobre los perros son encantadores. Se nota que quieren y cuidan a estos animalitos. Además han construido ellos mismos todo el recinto.

Healthy and happy huskies. Passionate and friendly owners are taking care of dogs around a year. Really pleasant and "close to nature" atmosphere ✌😊

Highly recommended.Wonderful Husky Farm taking care by Jussi and Inka who were genuine, friendly and informative.Husky sleigh rides through snow-covered by frozen lake and is touched by a wonderful sunset.Most probably they own the happiest husky in Lapland.Dont hesitate, Just go and visit!

Amazing time. Great conditions for the dogs. They love to run and play. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. We booked an hour before at "One Day in Lapland" in town and drove ourselves out there with our rental car. 2KM loop was plenty of experience for us. Dress warmly and then add another layer again! Easy directions, Google map pin is correct. Just look for the paw print sign on the left when you are coming from town.

Wonderful place! Friendly huskies, exciting ride!

Amazing experience here -- its a smaller farm, but you can tell the owners really care about the dogs and the Huskies are all really happy and well-treated! They cant wait to show you around and you can meet them and pet them. The surround nature is really beautiful, and the owners are very accommodating for picking up and dropping off customers.

The best! The only husky safari we saw that the dogs are actually happy. Theyre just waiting to go to the trip! The owners are super nice and the location is amazing; in the middle of the forest with an authentic vibe. Also, the dogs are very friendly and you can pet them and take photos. Go there, you wont regret.

Friendly huskies and the host, Naturally beauty, high quality design of the farm that use logs, an unforgettable experience for visit there.

There are about 35 Siberian and Alaskan Huskies. In winter you may take them to the sledge ride (rather they will be happy to take you). In summer you may either visit the site, see the dogs and play with the nice puppies or get them to the walk in the forest like we did. Extraordinary experience recommended for any dog lover and especially the kids.
