the food was great, and the waiter who attended to us is very nice his service was excellent..however the restaurant looks under staff until they forgot to send back my credit card ive waited like about 35 mins before i got my card back.

The worst branch of Shakeys is located in SM Tarlac. Poor customer service. The crews are not attentive and too noisy. Most of their menus are not available, maybe this is a sign of bankruptcy which is absolutely going to happen in the near future with your poor management.

Last time they have fantastic pizza prociutto parma and parmesan!!/ no more at the menue!!Today i order pizza pepperoni and no mozzarella topings! I dont know what cheese, but not very good!! Thats the risk with the home delivery.. If i would eat in the resto, i would complain.. But ok!!

Poor service. The food is good but the servers are inattentive. Not as good as other locations including the other one in Tarlac, go there instead of wasting your time here.

If you are ordering for takeout, forget it. You dont get to order till you are in their faces right up front the cashier. Also, if you order pasta, most of them are not available except for lasagna and spaghetti. Seafood marinara, Pesto, Alfredo, Mediterranean Tuna, and everything else are always not available. Come back next day say youll dine inside, theyre suddenly available. Come back the next day again say youre ordering for takeout, suddenly everythings unavailable, even pizza. They also dont like you ordering thin crust as its cheaper. They also do not want the other room that is walled in by a divisive glass to be used and you cant choose where youd like to sit. Also, their waiters have contradicting information on availability of orders. Shakeys at SM Tarlac is the worst branch of Shakeys Ive been to yet. Avoid.
