Shake Shack in Sharjah

Amazing....I dont eat chicken and meat from Arab countries but I have tried their Falafel Burger, strawberry Milkshake and fries it was amazing especially their Strawberry Milkshake.

Amazing burger and fries but a bit expensive

Very very bad customer service! Customer care was zero and very rude.not recommended at all. the lady in the cashier have to change as soon as possible if not sure you’ll definitely have to close the restaurant very soon, don’t have hot water in the restaurant. don’t know about the food because of the Cashier lady’s service we came with out buying any food, really disappointed ..

Had a chance to visit them again, menu changed but expensive.Servicing staff very cool , helping and cooperative. Good service food was good and fresh.Very calm place . You can enjoy your food quietly.

The cashier was super friendly, great service. However for this price, the burgers were really small, the crispy chicken wasn’t that crispy as well. Fries and the 50/50 tea was good.

The amount of cheese in the shack burger is a joke…so dry and not tasty at all. Considering the price, quality, and the size of the burger, this is by far the worst “American” burger I’ve had🙂

Amazing burgers as always

Considering that I dont eat on long haul flights, the milkshake and fries here are a welcome meal after 14 hours of flying

BRO WHAT IS THIS, I PUT SO MUCH SUGAR IN MY OVERPRICED ICE TEA AND STILL DOESNT TASTE ANYTHING, THE CHICKEN BITES ARE SOSALTY EVERYTHING HERE IS OVERPRICED AND OVERBAD

Horrible Taste. I dont like mc Donalds but this is even more worst. We waited 25 min. After asking two Times. They give us the burgers whcih were Ready since 15min. Employees doesnt work really.

Good quality burgers and fries. Shakes and drinks were nice too. Expensive for what it is though but good alternative to the usual burger places. Very clean and fast service.

Good burger but expensive price compared to quality and service offered specially if you have to order any side ( no value combos ), but what I liked most are the milk shakes

The double shack burger (beefis a good shout, these patties are smashed and the crispy edges taste great - patties are seasoned well, to the point if you try the beef itself you enjoy it without sauce.

The cheesy menu is the best!

Fast service, friendly staff and delicious food.One of the best restaurants in this terminal. The food is always consistently delicious and the burgers are really fresh.The portion of meat in the burgers are generous and the milkshakes are divine - they are thick and full of flavour, so tasty!To fellow travellers, I would recommend you getthe red velvet concrete which is a signature item on the Middle Eastern menu.Although it is quite pricey (compared to other burger jointsand this branch can get quite busy during rush hours, it is well worth the wait.

Expensive, but worth it in my opinion. Exactly the same quality and standard as in the US. Highly recommend the chicken burger.Nice big seating area also, conveniently located next to Terminal A gate 8, so perfect for Emirates flight back to the UK.

So delicious! Their Sichuan burger for lunar new year was so juicy and flavoursome. Their beef burger is absolutely top notch though, nothing beats it .Pricey but thats to be expected at an airport

Open 24 hours. I like the ice chocolate. Taste is different with other ice chocolate. The burger n hot dog also delicious.

Lovely place to rest at the Airport and also their burger and hot dog and fries was so good, totally loved the crispy spicy chicken in between the buns. And the fries were good and crisp and the pickles on the hot dog added just the perfect spice and sourness to the sausage and bun. Anyone around this place do try out their hotdogs and burgers and fries.

The burgers here taste just like the ones at Madison Square Park in Manhattan. Really hits the spot before a long flight.

Hot dog was average. Fries were really cool. One fries and one coca cola is enough for ones meal

Always a great place to eat at in between connecting flights, however it is very expensive. A burger and ice cream costs close to $35 AUD is laughable.The staff were great and the quality of food is always good

My inflight food was not the best so when I arrived I was in desperate need of something nourishing. The service from the moment I approved was welcoming and helpful as this is my first time in a foreign country where English is not the major language. After getting my food I struggled to find a place to sit but one of the ladies on the floor helped me find a spot, I was ever so great full after a 13 hour flight. Burger was delicious and while I didn’t have the stomach for fries, the looked delicious. Great experience

Nice burger and milkshake but pricing is more expensive than other countries like Singapore. Good place to have a quick bite while waiting for your flight.

Shake Shack is a NYC based burger specialist (basically premium fast-foodthat has made quite the international splash in recent years, opening up in cities like Tokyo, Hong Kong and Dubai, which now has 5 franchises including the 24-hour Shake Shake in Terminal 3 Concourse A at Dubai International Airport.We visited here during a recent layover in Dubai for a single Smoke Shack burger, fries and peanut butter shake (AED 111, approx US$30.25). Obviously this is way too much to pay for Shake Shack anywhere. However, given that this Dubai International Airport where everything is very expensive, some allowance can be made for the very high price to eat here.Here you find a rather large seating area and the same Shake Shack order system youll find at their other branches. Order and pay at the counter, take your pager and find a table. Once your pager goes off, your order i ready, return to the pick-up side of the front counter and get your meal.As for the food, we have been really disappointed with the first Shake Shack that opened in Hong Kong last year so had our doubts when ordering. Happy to report that our Smoke Shack was pretty good. Patty grilled nicely, topped with veal bacon, sweet cherry tomato served in a milk bun. This was tasty burger - like those enjoyed in NYC over the years. Fries served just fine. We were also happy with the peanut butter shake. It was nice and thick, tasted as expected.Overall, we found the food served up at the Shake Shack in Dubai International Airport to be just fine but man the price is high here, roughly twice what it cost to try Shake Shack in NYC. It is a lot to spend for a burger, fries and shake, which is something to think about before deciding to try this Shake Shack or not.

I love shake shack but the burger are so pricy. May be it airport price. Food good but small. The chocolate drink is so sweet. I might as well eat a pack of choclate and drink hot water.

You can find decent sushi and sashimi ONLY here in Rwanda. I also recommend Tepanyaki and other plates if you miss Korean and Japanese foods.

Sat down in between flights and ate a cheese and egg burger, fries a choc malt milkshake and small espresso - worked out to be $42.00 (AUSor €24.00 (euro)......OUCH !!!! Options are limited with a captive audience so what do you do, oh well, that’s what holidays are for. Extra star because there’s plenty of seating and the staff are super helpful !! :-/

It tastes good, the beef, cheese, bacon all packs a strong punch, very satisfying & savory after a long flight. Not the best burgers in the world, but is probably the safest option in DBXBut beware the price is quite high compared to what you could get elsewhere.

Poor on this visit. We always stop here when passing through Dubai, but this time around - just seemed like the burgers are shrinking even more by each year. Very disheartening! The shakes were even lacking in flavour - we had the "black and white" and "peanut butter". I mean, well still always stop by, purely because we dont have Shake Shack at home in Durban, but guys - have some respect for your paying clients, your prices are exorbitant but the quality is seriously lacking now 👎🏽

Nice ! The shrooms vegetarian burger and the shack shake burger are so yummy , just like what I got from New York ! The cheese fries are soggy and not crispy but still nice to eat as they are not oily and and salty!

Was pleasantly surprised to find Shake Shack here whilst in transit. I paid 70 AED for a double Shackburger with an orange juice. The size of the burger is a little small for the price but I thought the patty is somewhat lacklustre. Its a little over seasoned and a tad dry. I have had quite a few better burgers back home. Most of the staff seemed decently happy with their job and was smiley and efficient except for one who definitely looked like he cant wait for his day to end. Store design is nice and theyve plenty of seats. Happy to have had it but never again.

This place is a joke... the wait times are ridiculous and the food horrifically over priced.Had I known that this is all I’d get for $15 I wouldn’t have bothered... the $9.50 cappuccino was no better. Taking the absolute piss...

One of the best Shake Shacks Ive ever been to. The speed of the service isnt great but the food and concrete make up for everything. If youre coming from the states, make sure you get a red velvet concrete because thats something you cant get back home. I make it a point to go there every time Im traveling through Dubai International Airport.

Definitely a must go if you are transiting in Dubai. Staff are extremely friendly and food quality is top notch as with their other outlets globally. Be prepared to queue during peak periods such as lunch and dinner but it is almost always open. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Burger without any vegetable taste bellow average. Fries not exactly crispy. Only thing which was nice was raspberry lemonade. In total not worthy taste and overpriced.

24€ for a Cheeseburger a small diet Coke (fountainand a small concrete (ice cream)???Checking the Credit Card bill felt like a freaking robbery. Very unpleasant!Airport Zürich offers Better bang for the Buck.

Shake wasnt good. Tried to get replacement drink that was declined. Spent over $50 for a small fast food (self servemeal and got terrible service. Supervisor simply came to our table and declined replacement. Furthermore the table next to us had a spilled drink all over the floor that nobody tried to clean up. A filthy mess that you can see for yourself.

It is opened even at midnight and located at Terminal gate A7-10. Its more expensive than New York and taste less like in New York, but sill very decent hamburgers and fries. Half and half lemonade goes well with cheese burger!

The burgers size was definitely not what they showed on the pic, and the fries were too soft, and lemonade was soso. Overall, nothing like that in the original shop.And remember not to pay by any currency other than AED, it could be 15% more expensive.

Solid burger, decent chips, slightly overpriced for what you get. But hit the spot 👌 7.5/10

Very nice, very slow, and very expensive. May not be on par with US/UK standards but it is still better than Maccas

The burgers are a bit small for the price you pay, but the taste is awesome. Love the fries as well.
