Bcoz theres food was so yummy and quality was so good and the place atmosphere was so calm and peaceful. And the staff was so good.. I loved this place

Shah Jahan Bahawalpur and Multan both are my most favourite restaurants in Pakistan. Multan has bit better quality and taste... highly recommended

When you arrive at the place, the staff doesnt bother to accommodate you. Nothing special about the seating and the ambiance. Menu is extensive but the chefs are only experienced in BBQ and local cuisine. The waiting time is horrendous and you will be kicking yourself after an hour when no food will be in sight. They dont know how to serve in courses and will ultimately dump all the food at once. Worst of all, they will not bring a thing or two and will apologize for missing it. Never wait for the item they missed, just cancel it. Pathetic experience all the way.

Shahjahan Grill restaurant is located on main circular road opposite of Quaid e azam medical college. Foods are very delicious and atmosphere is very good.

Food was good, ambiance was also good but the services they offer is too bad. Can you imagine of you order something and wait wait more than 30min then you knew your order was missed. So weird and poor specially when you are with family.

The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing, seating is not the best but not bad by any stretch. As is the case with most restaurants of the nature, menu is good and service time is average. The food tasted good, everything was served fresh, my wife enjoyed their soup and vegetable fried rice.

They always serve preserved food and staff is stubborn to admit it. Dont waste your money also sales tax charged again on total amount and service charges are very high.Ambiance is good but i never recommend any one this place.

Very pathetic experience. The staff was not polite also the pulao and hyderabad biryani served was not fresh. That was re heated in steam. Not Recommend any one to visit shahjahan grill

It was a nice atmosphere, cool environment, lovely music, friendly service, soft seating, delicious food and excellent quality. I will strongly recommend this restaurant to the friends and families in the town. It is located in front of BVH which is accessible for everyone in the city. Their rates are also very normal. Excellent.

Shahjahan Grill is one of the Most Visited place. its a food chain of Pakistani hotel situated infornt of QAMC and beside zenzibar fast food and victoria lounge. A good place to eat healthy food and best place for some coffee shofee.. Comfortable for many students to have fine dine and for many families to have a charming mouthwatering food there.

Bad experience chicken wings were first given were old then when asked to make fresh were given microwaved. Finally asked 3rd time and then made fresh. They forgot to give us our take home order aswell

Very poor taste. BBQ was just okay, mutton handi was below average and soup was bland. I would never go here as there are better places to go. But if you do decide to go here, try the garlic naan.Seats were very uncomfortable and sofas were too far away from the table to eat comfortably. The lighting was good and ambiance was just ok.The customer service was good and staff was very well trained and polite.

Shahjahan grill is fun, different, and apparently (I am toldauthentically pakistani. For 900, theres a buffet of salads, cheeses, vegetables, etc. to start, and then--when youre ready for the meat--you flip a round tag green-side-up and servers start coming to your table with spits of roasted meats. There are many different cuts of beef prepared in various ways, lamb, pork, poultry, and fish. The servers, in what I imagine are traditional costumes, cut the pieces you wish, and you then use tongs to pull the slices from the spit onto your plate. You can eat all you want as the servers periodically keep coming round and offering more. (When youre sated, just flip the tag red-side-up, and the servers wont both you; unless, of course, you subsequently flip the tag green-side-up again, in which case theyll start coming back with more.)The combination of quantity and festive atmosphere more than offsets the inconsistent food quality, though some of the meats are quite good. When we went with friends the top-round and lamb were very good, the skirt steak and chicken also good. The fish was dreadful, but hey--its really a meat place! And once you find things you like, you can pile your plate high. They also provide complimentary fried bananas (excellentand mashed potatoes.Dessert, in the highly unlikely event you have room, is an extra charge, and the selections look nice. Alternatively, for no extra charge, you can go back to the buffet and have cheeses and bread.. Its definitely worth trying at least once

Nice food and ambient but waiters are always standing around you and watching expecting you may need something.I wish they could learn better customer service skills and give their customers some privacy.
