This place good for family picnic

Quite a relaxing place. If you prefer to sit in a place with your feet dipped in running water then theres no other place like this near Islamabad. Recommend

Excellent location, landscape, and environment. But, the food stuff is poor, costliest, and nonsense staff at duty. Dont waste your money on food, take pics, and enjoy the ambience.

It was really amazing.If u are nature Loving so I recommend u this place was full of enjoy and entertainment with u, your family and friends.

I heard about it in Wasi Shahs poetry but foumd it equally romantic. This is a flavour of Swat while very much in Islamabad.

A very cool, calm and beautiful spot to visit with family.

Shahdara is a very good place to enjoy the water with family in a very safe atmosphere.Kids really enjoyed their time in water.After that enjoyed eating pakors and tea which add more fun to our visit

Nice place to just enjoy the scenery and dip your feet in water while sitting on the traditional chaarpaye. The Food was fine. We had tea and pakoras.

Serenity this place (Shadara as wholehad is gone over the years. Still a decent place, close to nature.

This is a beautiful place but you have to be careful if you are with family..

We got chicken pakora for 700 per plate150 for cup of tea and 200 service charges very bad place and those things werent too much good to eat

A beautiful view at the base of Shahdara valley where there is sitting arrangement with the flowing river. It is a great experience of visiting the place and sitting on charpai in the middle of flowing river.The site attracts visitors in hot weather. The river side is covered with sheds to filter the direct slight.

Its really a peacefully place in a busy life of Islamabad Shahdara valley is Really a good place for rest to their busy mind and relax for life every time i visit Islamabad i visit because i Love this place it like a loveable place there is no signal there its near to muree highway so if u have time visit visit this place its between the mountains

Good gateway to natural beauty of Islamabad near by lake view park. Good for families. And its safe. There are few restaurants they serve good food and tea.

This place is amazingly superb, a must to visit site, specially for your youngsters. You can find play area here with a beautiful view and also the Resturant. Almost all the basic needs are available here, Washrooms were so clean and all the place was neat and clean, no trash. Good Management 👍well one of the most worse thing was that they charge from you to sit the sitting area of water ways.. if you dont order food they will charge you 500 rupees rent. So we decided to order 2 baskets of Pakoras that also cost 500 rupees to us. A wise decision btw 😉

Such a beautiful place it is that place in Pakistan for that its not so much developed believe me if that place will at some European countries then it will be famous worldwide in one place u can view beautiful green mountains and u can enjoy water of river really very nice place but need more attention

Beautiful valley! Cool water in summer. Half or a full day tour with family or friends brings a lot of excitement. Playing with water, sitting and eating at running water gives so much worth to that excitement.The last thing, please do not make the water dirty by putting anything waste into so that everyone can enjoy the neat and clean water.

Very good place to visit, You can enjoy cold river fowing beneath you. & If you are Hydrophobic :P, Seating for you in a Beautiful Garden is also arranged.They have swings & slides for children too.Try visiting after Noon in summer, or when its cloudy. During winter you can go there anytime.I Ordered Biryaani & Chicken karadhai, it wasnt very tasty but edible. Affordable food around 2k for 4/5 people.You will enjoy this place.
