Shah's Fast Food in Nottingham

Had fishcakes that didnt taste like fish, chips that tasted and looked like they were from several hours earlier, the sauce wasnt to bad.

Got large donner kebab. Delicious meat thinly sliced, fresh salad, also freshly made naan. I would give 5 stars but their website mentions they accept visa, so cash only.

After a long haul journey back from Chicago. ... this take away is ... quality. Food ....amazing....as always has been .... cleanliness staff etc.Perfect. The old fellas skills are amazing on his pizzas! Quality some few have surpassed. We saw a few in chicago... but absolutely. .. brilliant! fellow Drs are so encouraged about this unused takeaway so close to our homes. Thank you .

Disgusting service. Mocked as their fetid brains couldnt remember to bring an order out. Laughed in my face. Fish full of scales. Ive choked. This will be referred to trading standards and health and safety at Nottingham City. Im horrified by their personal lack of of care for others. Disgusting.

Nice takeaway, most of the staff is polite which is unusuall, however, theres one imparticular he is an older gentleman whom usually serves on the fish and chips side of the takeaway. he is a big let down, rude, arrogant and everything someone should not be especially when they need out custom

Hi, as a regular customer I ordered some burger last night around 11pm the app didnt tell me the restaurant is closed so I went through the process Ive payed but after I saw its said my burger will be delivered tomorrow by 5pm I was like okey no problem I will ring them next day and get refund but here is the funny part... Ive ring them they said their driver was here but nobody answered the door (whatta a surpriseso the getlman said they made my food and I cant get a refund bcs they made my burgers.... to be honest I dont mind that 15£ but this is how you lose a regular customer for this silly application mistake what they cant fix.Awful attitude and customer service 😕

By far the worst ordering experience Ive had in a very very long time. Ordered a jacket potato with chilli and cheese for my mum, it came with 80% of the butter and cheese leaking out of the container on everything else. The chilli was a few Jalapeños.. I mean come on.. If chilli is a menu option on a jacket potato everyone knows its chilli con carne. I asked for a burger meal.. Asking for a veggie burger with garlic mayo and chilli, Im a vegetarian and the chips come with doner kebab over them? Why? I never asked for this and it was never stated once on the phone order. It had no garlic mayo either. The chips also looked like theyd been sat in cold oil for hours. Also there was one coke and a diet coke and 2 diet cokes come. Literally everything on the order is WRONG! When rung to ask how to rectify this the man says we will look after you next time. How can there ever be a next time if you dont change this order. Absolutely fuming.. Used to use the take away multiple times when living in Thorney wood around 15 years ago but now its just an absolute shambles. Honestly dont waste your money here its disgraceful food and customer service.

I ordered fish chips and mushy the chips looked dry and looked they were left overs from dinner the mushy were like water and really tasteless but the fish was quite nice also the chip paper they came wrapped in ltterallt fell apart in my hands as it was soaked in greas so value for money definitely not the only good thing was it delivered on time

Tried the Indian, kebabs, pizza all amazing. New to the area and been to many of the takeaway within a 4 mile radius, definitely the best by far
