Went there for dinner and the vibes are cool. A little gloomy yet elegant vibes. Friendly staff and if youll get a free birthday cake if you dine in on your birthday. Not so mamy to choose from. I ordered prime buffet. Therefore, they are using fresh and high end ingredients. Fresh veggies and premium meet.

No way again .. almost push you out before you even start to eat . Negative atmosphere.. no way Im coming back

The kimchi is so gewd! I like that there are various kind of side dish and deserts. The musholla is too small but comfy enough.. unfortunately i couldnt find the chilli sauce

The food was ok but the up keep of hygiene was highly lacking, there was flies everywhere and I almost ate a caterpillar that had stuck on the food; honestly disgusted

The service is wasting our time to eat, In my case I dont get the soup till 20 min from I order. I have ask to the waiter 2 time. But overall the food is good .I like that Tomyum soup .

Had an office dinner at Shabu Hachi. This place optimizes the health protocols, even though the staff were not that many, but theyre paying attention on each customer. They warned us to put on our mask, and use gloves everytime were about to take the food/drink. The taste, the tom yum broth was refreshing yet I personally prefer to eat grilled meat.

Food quality is good. But unfortunately the place is not in a good condition. The walls paint already crumbling and the sofa looks dirty. But other than that is fine

First time here.Grill is quite qood with some of the variety of food not much to be frankly..but their seasoning pretty good. The Shabu also good not very great as i know much better one..service the staffs is friendly and have quick respond. Price is reasonable for all you can eat Shabu from 150K is up.

(Dec 2020)Reasonable priced shabu-shabu restaurant. Unfortunately, parking is a problem, especially during peak hours.While the restaurant is taking a very good approach during COVID period in line with the required protocols, ironically the hygienic factor is still lacking. There were flies on my table while I was having my meals.There are too many competing shabu-shabu restaurants nowadays, regrettably this one is not my favorite.

Nice restaurant for the ambience. But for the cashier is a little bit stubborn when dealing with the card. Just try it first mba and dont argue the opinion. Thank you.

Have been here several times already.. difference is, this time is in pandemic situation, and Id say, theyve done a great job in adapting to PSBB (large scale social restriction).Arrived at 2.30pm, lobby is equipped with two hands free wastafel and soap dispenser. Front door is touch free also. Ushered to the table to find set of personal utensils, including personal tong to pick up food from buffet trays.Every time I went to the tray, they required me to use provided one-time plastic glove. This is to ensure that Im not touching anything directly.We ordered 3 set of regular buffet with 3 different soup for shabu-shabu (konbu, japanese broth, and vegetarian). Konbu is mix of salty and sweet soup, while japanese broth is salty kinda soup. Vegetarian in the other hand, is lighter version of konbu i guess.Aside from various buffet trays (raw / seasoned), there are many choices of desserts and drinks also. Desserts such as pudding, ice cream, mixed fruit ice dessert, cassava with sweet sauce, green bean porridge, and kabocha is available for as much as you want. Drinks can be chosen from a series of thai, green and lemon tea, as well as lattes and cappuccino.. Fresh infused water is also available.A regular buffet for three costs u around 650k IDR when this review is written.

A great place to eat with your family! Been here many times for family events, and they always delivers! The great buffet spread, and the ambience there makes it perfect. But please, add more parking space; its murder finding a parking spot here at lunchtime!

It was a cool place to hangout with family. There are several choices of menu that we can choose depends on the type of the meat.It has a very limited parking space, but they got valet and people who will help you to park.It turns to an inconvenience moment if they were in its peak moment. Since their lobby is so small so it could be very crowded in there.The food was quite good, but the place itself was quite small.Will I come again? Probably...

I rate it less than average because the management give us not fair time, weve been served 11.20 but kick out 12.30. And i quite wondering if this is a all u can eat family market oriented resto why the they give only 1.5 hours per visit

Great place for japanese style soup, all you can eat for 2 hours including drinks and desert (yes they have varieties of ice cream). Grill is also available at extra 25k per person.

I went there to celebrate my friends birthday. It is a very nice.place. comfy. The food is so tasty. So we can choose whatever food we want. And well eat in 1 hour. Quiet short for me. Hihi. But with friends we can finish all the food on time. Furthermore, the waitress are very friendly. They helped us to surprise our friend by playing the birthday song and singing with us. It was really a moment to remember. I like the lighting also. We can have great pictures there. The waitress are always ready when we need help..thanl you

Great place to eat with your family. Everything taste deliciously good. We ate at veterans branch which serves freshly made takoyaki as well as sushi. We had both the shabu (hotpot)and the yaki (grilland spent around 500K rupiah for two adults with two kids 5 yrs and below.. tho they dont charge them. Worth the price. We surely come back next time.

Great all you can eat Japanese hot pot and grill restaurant. For the basic menu you choose the type and quality of meat you want to have. This is only for the hot pot menu. For around 100.000 rp more you can also enjoy the grill plate that is built into the table. After making your choice of meat you can choose the type of hot pot base that you want to use. The buffet offers a lot of choices. Everything I tried was very fresh and tasty.+ good fresh quality ingredients to choose from.Friendly staff makes sure your table doesnt get too cluttered with empty plates.- quite busy, so not the best place for a romantic night out.

Nice place to enjoy japanese food all you can eat. Children under 4 year old is free of charge, senior get a special discount, fresh meat and sea food, various sauce and of course delicious. Desert are nice too

Great place to dine, food quality is meet shabu hachi standart+Parking lot enough for up to 25 vehicle+ air conditioner working very well its freeze a little bit. Suite up your coat ladies!!- my stomache is quite small.its already filled up only in the 1st hour of eating.so i spent the next last hour only to drink and get a "couple" scoop of ice cream.- the staff need more training, but its still forgiveable.

This is the second time I tried Shabu Hachi (the first one is in Cinere area, now its in Bintaro). The food is good just as expected and the environment is really good, but something is missing. I just realized that theres no place where people pick some food from the table and then they grilled it like the one in Cinere. But overall its good place for all-you-can-eat restaurant
