This pub is great.It has a semi local feel, super friendly family that run it plus the tap beer tastes great and is half the price of the touristy places.

Very good kitchen, various types of beer, very polite people and handsome attitude. Live Translators to English and Russian languages for menu. Will sit with you and describe positions you interesting in.

When in Istanbul I grab a tap at old Sezgin. Low key and friendly, the beer is cold. In a diverse and funky neighborhood, far away from Tourons.

Out of the quite few places Ive been to, this was by far the most pleasant and memorable one. The Host Dzemal was very pleasant and always there to help out and say something funny to make our time there positive.Totally recomend if youd like to enjoy some peace and rest from the busy streets and places.Go to Sezgin, youll love it!

Best pub in Istanbul. Chemal is a unbelievable lovely and kind host. We had 2 wonderful evenings in his location. The beer is cheap compared to all other locations around. I can not tell by words that This is the most amazing bar in This area, the older men who works here is the kindest men, here you can feel the real turkish vibes. The food is fresh and the service is the best. I recomendedThis bar everybody who doesnt like the everage bars around where they only wants to get a money by you. Here you get good food and drink and your hearth is full. When we szand in front form our hotel he isntantly brings us Hot Tea. Thank you Sezgin pub for everything I allready looking to Come back to you.

What a find! Nice casual modest place with reasonable prices compared to pretentious eating places nearby who are hassling you to eat there. Lovely welcome from Cemal who is a great host. My sort of place.

Quiet and serene place from other places. The meat and fish dishes are satisfying and appetizerss are available. The services are excellent. If you come here, try fish with Turkish raki.

For sure its not a PUB in habit understanding. There is only Efes & Tuborg beer. But here waits U very kindly stuff & very tasty food for a very democratic prices. This place is located near 5 fish restaurants with loud animation. So if U want to spend time in peace for sure U need to change this place 😋
