A little bit disappointed, did not get what we wanted

Getting so excited about the rebuild of Serowe Hotel.

Busy with refurb. Superb rooms

Cool, serene place. Friendly staff and good food. No loud music at the pool bar

Rooms are clean but very overpriced for what you get. Restaurant is very basic and not at all accommodating to dietary requests.

Excellent location, poorly managed restaurant but for basics it will do. Unfortunately I also went there during major room renovations going on. Semi construction site. 🚧

Great steak buffet Friday nights!

I always enjoy the pizza that SH has.. The service is not top notch but hey,,,,,

Run down, rooms and bathrooms dirty. May have been a top facility years ago but not anymore.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Only advice is the place needs a bit of revamp! A little paint and sprucing up fittings here and there would do wonders!! Also review pricing structure. A bit steep in my opinion!!

Super clean, very affordable and their traditional food is amazing. Friendly staff members, too.

Have had dinner a couple times here. Great experience everytime. Recommend the steak, pizza, oxtail stew, beef stew, crumbed chicken. Great atmosphere with live sports.

Beds were clean. Bathroom clean a bit of mouldy smell in bathroom. Quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast. Aircon. TV did not work that well.

Serowe hotel has improved a lot atleast on the food side. I had a wonderful meal there. I have always gone there before and the service was not great this time around I got real good service. There was a waiter there who was so good at his job also so humble

Almost went sideways with ants in the room. At least they had the courtesy to refund part of the money for the inconvenience. Otherwise, it wasnt so bad

Very well priced. Easy to locate. Nice and quiet. Very clean. Great well priced food. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. They go above and beyond to assist with anything possible, they booked place for us at Khama Rhino Sanctuary.

Poorest service ever at the pool bar. The service is totally wrong. Everything about it its sad. No manners from staff at pool bar. Rude. Drinks finish off fast. Please change management before your trading license is revoked.I am never going there until they rebrand. I need to report them to whoever gave they any rating star.

Nice hotel, very suitable place for a rest stop when driving through serowe

I believe this is the best accommodation available in this small village.Very central between Spar centre on 1 side and Usave/Mr Price on other side, in a green tranquil setting.Staff are extremely friendly, offering information and suggestions, and a willingness to accommodate requests from guests.Rooms are comfortable and very clean with en suite bathroom with shower. Offering TV with DSTV, a fridge, kettle and coffee/tea, bottled water, towels and a laundry service.Restaurant and bar with big screen TV and pizza oven with lovely swimming pool on site, with secured parking.Would love to visit it again!

This place is not what it used to be. The owner is the kindest person on earth, but she let her personal take over and there is no service. Room smell badly. largely due to the rain that was tainting the carpet, bathroom was full of mildew. Personal does not care - we waited over 10 minutes at reception the attendant to finish a personal phone call, and didnt get any attention at the bar from the waitress interested only by a couple of young local guys. We arrived at 9:15PM and get bumped out of the restaurant quite coldly and advised to search food in town.Best recommendation? Avoid this place.

One our arrival we were welcomed with friendly faces and very helpful staff. The facility is very clean and appealing to the eye. Beautiful garden area with a sparkling pool and pool bar area with big screen TV. The dinner and breakfast was great. Our room was wonderful with its own bathroom, two single beds, air conditioner, satellite TV and spouses. Thank you so much Vivian we will defiantly visit again. Poly Phoenix Fibreglass products.
