Set across 3 connected buildings off the A-44 autovía, this upscale hotel is 1.5 km from Granada Cathedral and 3.1 km from the Alhambra palace.Offering free Wi-Fi, the modern rooms also have flat-screen TVs and minibars. Upgraded rooms add balconies or terraces. Suites include living rooms and kitchens; some provide hammams. Room service is available. There's a restaurant and a bar, plus a chic spa with thermal pools, a gym and an outdoor pool. Other amenities include a tennis court, a kids' play area and parking (fee). There are also 11 meeting rooms, along with event space and a business center. Breakfast is available for a surcharge.
Very nice hotel. İ would advise it to anyone who is looking for a hotel. Wish İ could stay one more week.
The hotel has a lot of services including outdoor and indoor swimming pools, sunbathing area, restaurant and a small gym. WiFi reception in the rooms is poor. The buffet lunch is also a weak point.
Loved the halal food and service. Staff were helpful.
Second time staying Luna.Huge bed super comfortable, staff was nice and helpful. We booked 2 hrs spa relief a lot of stress.unfortunately the restaurant not quite quality
Really Nice hotel. Clean and nice staff too.
Thank you Marta for the amazing massage. My back feels so much better!
Lovely hotel. I can not fault anything.Good services / amenities and a really nice hotel in general.
Great hotel for a quick visit to granada. About 20 min walk from bib rambles. Great value
One of the best hotels I have visited in Spain.
The bedroom was great but there were some issues not as great, the air con in one of the rooms was not working, and the minibar was not cooling.
We really enjoyed our stay. We were so close to everything.
More 3 star then 4Like a premier Inn with no tea and coffee in the room
The room was comfortable; the breakfast is very good, full of options. For those travelling with children, they have a playroom (although a lot of toys are incomplete or broken; and its very hot inside in the afternoon. But the kids liked it), and two small swimming pools: one outside and one heated. There is a garage, but its expensive. The hotel is also relatively close to the city center, 15min walking. But its a very big hotel and you may have to walk a lot to get to your room.
This was a great hotel! I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Some minor inconveniences such as having a sub-par mini-fridge. The paid parking was a little expensive (about 17euros/daybut other than that the room was nice, the bathroom was clean and well kept. It can be a little confusing at times moving between the buildings via elevator but after a couple times you get the hang of it. The pool was clean and had good hours. The breakfast wasn’t the best so I just went out to a cafe and pastry shop for cheaper and better options. Would recommend this hotel.
We organised a cocktail at the hotel Luna last Friday. It was excellent. The events team were first class, very efficient. Good food and plenty of it. Good service. Nice terrace with ponds - you dont realize you are in the middle of a busy city. Thank you to Michel and team for all your hard work. I highly recommend this hotel for any events.
Everything was super clean. Breakfast was one of the best I had in a four star hotel. Staff was kind. However I only give four stars, because the walls are made of paper, you can hear everything. Also, wifi was pretty slow and was only working in the bathroom.
A beautiful, relaxing, spacious and impeccable hotel. Very well situated for walking to the old town and for access to the many attractions of the area. The price for our seven night stay was very reasonable for such comfort and quality, and selection at breakfast. Such a large and comfortable bed!The food in the Gastrobar was excellent - the grilled sea bass was amazing; compliments to the chef. Staff in the bar were always pleasant and attentive. We found all staff throughout the hotel to be friendly and professional; delighted with the help of reception staff with my hair appointment! No iron in the room, nor supplied via reception, so bring a travel iron! Checking in and out was seamless. Overall we had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The bed are comfortable , but the hotel is quite old , the breakfast not nice
If you stay here ask for Block C which is same price but so much better as is recently repaired, refurbished and when you stay in this part of the hotel you feel like you are in a different place!
Bad lunch/dinner. Medium - bad breakfast. Too much noise comes from outside of the room into the room. Parking not included in the reservation cost.
Comfy bed, the sound proofing is good, the food is not really good at the buffet
Photos are all fish eye lens. Actual size differs. Breakfast buffet is poor at best.
Good professional hotel with english speaking staff. However due to us travelling in pre-season the outside pool was closed. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the center.
Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.
Breakfast was good. Room good too. Gym was tiny. Water bottle for diner is 3€
Very friendly staff. Nice pool. Spacious rooms. Fast internet.
Nice hotel but expensive and not much parking, so pay per day in hotel car park.Pool is quite small and not very warm.Spa features only on the weekend so not great if you arrive before Friday!
The hotel is well located and you have stores literally across the street. The hotel is however old and you can see that the renovation were made on top of the existing furniture. During the night you can hear noises from the other rooms ( people sleepingand the rooms are not bright or big enough.
Nice hotel very welcoming parking 15€ I felt a little expensive, breakfast great value at 6€, there facilities are good nice indoor pool and gym free of charge I think although we didnt get time to indulge unfortunately. Has a late bar and they serve snacks. Overall good value for money minus the carparking.
GreetingsThank you for your hospitality. Generally, everything was more or less OK, personal has been quite friendly, breakfasts were excelenet, room were clean. On the other side, park in front of the hotel could be in much better shape, beleive this would quite help break the gray feeling we had from the concrete building. Also the swiming pool and the organisation arround seem to be quite poor.
We stayed at this hotel for four nights from the 24th of October 2021 we arrived by hire car and the parking was great secure and contactless with numberplate recognition. Hotel was very clean with housekeeping every day the breakfast was great with lots of choice. We used the indoor pool which was on the colder side but still enjoyable after hot day (You do need to wear A swimming cap to use the pool but these are available cheaply from the reception at €2 each The hotel staff were very helpful and polite as well as the cleaning staff. The centre of Granada is about 15 minute walk from the hotel for all the nightlife that you might need and restaurants. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would use this hotel again if we return to the area.
Very good hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. 15 minutes walking from the center. Spa is good, although the massage service can be improved. Parking, 15 EUR per day. Recommended!!
Air conditioning is not working on October 31 and November 1. This caused inconvenience to me and my family. Not to mention that the receptionist came to the room to see the problem, but the answer was that the air conditioning does not work and is now dedicated to heating!!!!!! And his lack of privacy in the place, he was speaking loudly, warning him more than once to lower his voice. This caused the family to wake up
Very nice hotel, a bit outside the city very center (10-15 minutes walk, 50 minutes from Alhambra), but still a good position to start from. The room was good, well furnished, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of products. Ill consider coming again to this hotel if I ever come back to Granada :)
The air conditioning was not working properly. So it was the TV, that was not able to tune any national channels, like TV1, A3, T5, etc.The pillows were tremendously hard and uncomfortable.Breakfast was mainly fine, with the exception of the orange juice, that did have nothing to do with a real orange juice.
The best hotel if you love games and adventures. The hotel has 2 buildings. Our family room was in the second building. The first time going from the reception to our room was like a labyrinth; take the elevator to the 1st floor, find the connecting hallway which is also the entrance to one of the pools, at the end take the elevator to the second floor in the second building, exit, right, right, left, etc. The way to get out of the hotel was more like an escape room. We loved it every single time! The rooms are convenient, staff is friendly, breakfast has a gazillion options to choose from and the beds are comfortable The early 80’s sand colored bathroom had all we needed and more, it felt a bit like a funhouse: the toilet was located right behind the door. Using it was only possible with the door closed. Good communication between you and your travel companions is much needed. The position of the shower cabine was right behind the bathtub, so zigzagging was the best way to get there. Oh, and one day brown water came from the tabs because the workers in the street hit a filter. That was scary at first, but almost hilarious afterwards. The gym is small, but has it all. If you’re not a regular gym goer, make sure not to book the first available session in the morning, because after picking up the key at the reception you will also have to turn on all the machines. If you don’t know how this works, you might end up running, cycling or crosstrainering with knowing how fast you’re going. Luckily I am a gym addict, so knew where all the buttons were.Tip for the hotel owner/management: a toilet brush, electric kettle, new bedside lamps, a clear/logical light plan (including less cryptical switches), stronger wifi and more than only a dozen or so Spanish tv channels will make this hotel live up to the stars you guys so proudly attached to the facade of your building!Oh, and one other thing: yes, we could have told the reception all tips above, but we only did when Coca Cola coloured water came from the tab, because after a long day hiking through the Sierra Nevada we really needed a bath. All other tips are basics and we’re not visiting a hotel to check up on things like these, but to fully relax and enjoy our stay.I would definitely recommend this hotel if it has a really good offer.
I would give it 3.5 stars. Good quality price although it could use some little improvements to have a more comfortable stay, shower/bathroom check and styling. Good breakfast buffet and really good care of regulations and health measures during covid times.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Its OK. Check in and check out a bit chaotic, in part due to the shape and placement of the desk.Key cards not the most reliable, you have to really remove the card from the reader at the exact speed it wants.Bathroom fine but the door is made of glass: big gaps, no locking and light floods the room (which with toddlers trying to sleep can be a problem).Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable, but two single beds pushed together. The garage has 4 charging stations for electric cars and good signaling for free spots. The lifts are a bit scarce, 3 lifts are not really enough, especially with covid restrictions (having a stroller prevents us from taking the stairs).
Great hotel for us with both dog and Tesla. The inside is very nice, so dont be disappointed when you see the outside. The parking with ordinary electrical car chargers and Tesla chargers is at the entrance. We had a kingsize room with a small balcony(no space for chairs). They have both outside and inside pools. Our dog was welcomed nicely. Very nice staff, always smiling and helpful. A good walk to Albaicin, Plaza Nueva or Alhambra. Good for us, but no problem to get a taxi
Breakfast was amazing. Wide choice. Fresh.Service was fine and stuff away really nice.Room was disappointing:1. No toilet flush / sponge / thingy.2. Not all electric outputs were not working.3. Light switch to the bathroom was really annoying - wrong side of the door4. Door to shower took too much space when opening and didnt satay open. Were hitting my butt when I was cleaning my feet.
My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. Special shout out to Rocio from the front desk team who accommodated our needs accordingly. Breakfast was excellent - you couldn’t have asked for more food choices! The gym room was small but had everything one needs to work out for a couple of days. Lastly, the pool area was lovely too with a great space to sunbathe!
At first we arrived we had to change the room 3 times !!!The first one stank of cigarettes, second had no AC but they were trying to convince us it working for next 40 min the third room had no English tv so we had to steer at the wall for 2 evening. At night they would reduce the AC temperature to 18 ( both nights)We had to call to reception at night for them to put the temperature we wanted. The breakfast 10€ per per personIncludes no choice of bread, just white, frozen bacon, juice out of a supermarket in the little bottles, so no fresh orange juice. Basically nothing to eat .We didnt eat the second morning as we couldnt wait just to leave the place, didnt book the breakfast for second day, still been charged.Horrible experience.Would not recommend.
Comfy and clean room. The hotel has lots of facilities. I found sound insulation very poor, room cleaning started at 8 am, was really loud and bothering. Not great if you wish to sleep in during your vacation.
Terrible service, first night we couldnt get the air conditioning to work. 2 trips to reception, 2 phone calls, one maintenance man. Still 80 ° until midnight. Second day we were moved to a smaller room, so much for pleasing your customers. No water or coffee in the lobby, no water in the room, no robes, no body lotion no hair conditioner, no ironing board, no regular coffee or cream by the kettle (only one tube of decaf coffee no regular coffeedont try to take a coffee or a piece fruit from breakfast its not allowed. Terrible location. Oh.....and the water pressure is terrible and our sink didnt drain.
We had a beautiful, quiet and clean room. Bed was so comfortable.View over the outdoor pool but chose to swim in the indoor heated pool.Thank you Anna at reception and the wonderful waiter, forgive me, your name escapes me.The lunch was varied and delicious, the wine, delicious.I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is very beautiful, modern and impressive. The rooms are very large and packed with toiletries. Stuff is also friendly. We had dinner and breakfast and they were both great. Delicious food with many different options. The only downside is that due to the size of the hotel one might find it hard to find his way sometimes.
Modern hotel..Stayed overnight with a tour group. Looks like they serve the tour group trade. Clean and comfortable room. Good Wifi. Located next to a highway. Cant tell if anything of interest was walkable since we got around by tour bus. Good size room. Clean. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Hotel is large with many amenities. Good breakfast spread. Go eat early, it gets crowded.
Stayed 2 nights. Junior suit 438. It was a bit small but functional. Our bed was a bit small but very comfortable. Fantastic bathroom with a huge amount if complementary items. We had a 10yrs and an 8yrs old with us. It was fine for out whistle stop tour of Granada. Taxi to old town about 7 euro and about the same up to Alhambra Palace. Plenty of breakfast selection.
Still here as I write this review. It is a very smart and modern hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is very large and there are a lot of guests here as it is Easter holidays. Breakfast had a lot of choice and there was a restaurant manager present, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and stocks were replenished. Mini bar is a rip off, with cans of drink costing €3.50 each. Why hotels dont charge a more reasonable amount I dont know, they must end up throwing lots of it out as it goes past the best before date. The air con was switched off in our room, which may not bother the locals but 25°C at night for us Brits is too stuffy. The centre of town is about a 15 minutes walk away. There is an underground car park which the hotel can provide a slightly discounted rate for. It is costing us €44 for 3 nights. Overall, happy with the hotel.
The hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, with a wide variety. The espresso was fantastic. The gym was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only complaint is the room keys got demagnetized and didnt work, of course it happened was when I was in a rush. But they fixed it quickly no problem. I would recommend this hotel
