Great rooms, staff is lazy

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti, curato sia allinterno che allesterno, dove il posto offre un luogo piacevole dove trascorrere momenti di completo relax.Buona la posizione.Facilità di parcheggio a qualsiasi orario noi abbiamo sempre trovato.Ottima Colazione!Offre anche un terrazzino molto piacevole con bella vista.Staff gentile e carino, riguardi nella pulizia che non è scontato!Consiglio assolutamente!

Excelente, confortable, muy agradable, habitaciones muy cómodas todas con terraza, jardines, terraza con vistas espectaculares, muy buen desayuno y atención del personal. Recomendable 100%

Good location. We didnt see anyone around but the check-in and checkout process was very easy. Im not sure why Google is suggesting that breakfast is free because it isnt, we opted to eat in town instead. Overall a good experience. Parking could be a little challenging as there is limited spaces around the hotel but we didnt have any problems when we visited.

La struttura è molto bella, immersa in unatmosfera tranquilla . Camera nuova e buon servizio di colazione . Non è in centro ma è semplice raggiungerlo .

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Es gibt eine größere Gemeinschaftsteraase mit Liegen, Schirmen und auch noch eine Dachterasse, auf der man sein Frühstück mit super Blick über Lagos genießen kann. DIe Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und mit Kühlschrank und Klima ausgestattet. Das Bad bei Zimmer 9 war etwas klein und v.a. das Waschbecken hätte etwas größer sein können. Die Kommunikatiok lief rein über WhatsApp ohne Rezeption und einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker

Diese Unterkunft ist eine klare 5 von 5 Sterne. Ich kann überhaupt nichts bemängeln.Sehr unkomplizierte Abwicklung (Check in und Check out), Zimmer sehr neu und schön, ruhige Lage, Frühstück top, etc. pp.

Scam artists. Try to rip you off in one way or an other. They’ll harass you till you pay or call the cops. The room was very humid as well. Kinda gross.In response to the below:We never ate the breakfast and we called the cops. Again, they lie and harass. It’s been two days and hours of harassment.

The owner of this place has been harassing my husband and I for two days to pay for 3 breakfasts we didn’t eat. She threatened to call the police if we didn’t pay. This is extortion and harassment. I filed a complaint with the local police and I want to warn everyone not to go to this place. They are dishonest. Not to be trusted.The breakfast people (who we talked to because the owner was accusing them too of giving false information about our imaginary breakfastwere lovely though and I feel horribly bad for them that they have to work with such a lying tyrant. They deserve better.EDIT: after the owner answered to my review, still lying, I want to say that if anyone wants to contact me directly, I have video proof of one of the breakfast ladies saying that we did not eat breakfast. The owner is still lying, publicly this time. She is insane.

Une belle maison, spacieux avec jardin, piscine.il y a tout ce quil faut, la seule chose cest l entretien est un peu limite, la robinetterie de la douche ,porte serviette, parasol ont beaucoup vécu. Dommage, car l emplacement et la vue très bien

I discourage everyone looking to book this place to look elsewhere, Lagos is packed with amazing, friendly hospitality professionals ready to host you - but you will not find them at Nature Guesthouse.We chose to come back to Nature Guesthouse in Lagos after our first stay about one year ago was decent, unfortunately our judgement failed us and we ended up having a terrible stay that we had to cancel prematurely, but the absolutely worst part has been the contact with the owners afterwards. Some people should be in hospitality, and some people should stay far, far away.This stay, the room smelled like fresh mold, the bathroom had an unbearable stank and ants inhabited the room as much as we did. We did not find any staff during our first day to give this feedback to and did not prioritise reaching out to the owners since we just wanted to try and enjoy our stay. When this became unbearable we decided to leave and reached out to the owners. Skip to three weeks later, 10+ unanswered phone calls and 10+ unanswered messages and several hours waiting in a phone queue with Booking because the owners were dodging our calls and messages to make things easier for them.Everyone can have a mishap and perhaps we were just unlucky with bad cleaning or bad draining in the rooms during our stay, but the way the owners handled the situation made everything ten times worse. Discourage everyone looking to book this place to look elsewhere, Lagos is packed with amazing, friendly hospitality professionals ready to host you.

Nice grounds and garden but missing weird things like toilet paper holder. The beds are also very uncomfortable. Highly disappointed in the breakfast experience we had as it is not self serve so the two ladies serving us did not even offer a greeting or anything substantial to eat. We ate 1 croissant and a piece of cheese. We asked for cappuccinos and they gave us hot chocolates. I would have rather served myself. Upon leaving the breakfast we saw people eating scrambled eggs. We were not even offered anything like this. Really disappointed in the poor breakfast service that was included.

Petit appartement bien sympathique.propre avec une terrasse. Frigo clim petit déjeuner nickel près dun intermarché pour faire ces courses avec un accès à la cuisine commune bien pratique à 10 minutes du centre ville à pieds et en voiture pas loin des attractions touristiques et faciles pour ce garer près de la résidence.

la propreté et les installations non fonctionnelles nous sommes arrivées dans le frigo il restait des résidus de tartines beurres confiture a moitié manger (photo de l’appui), à 21h plus d’électricité donc plus de chauffage/Clim, frigo, sèche cheveux, prises… Le installations on été remise à 8h30 le jour de notre départ et aucun remboursement n’a été effectuer on nous a offert une nuit supplémentaire jusqu’à fin avril mais nous ne sommes ni de la région ni du pays donc c’est une chose impossible. ARNAQUEURS A FUIR !!!!!!!!

Check-in/check-out procedure is fast and nice (without reception). Room was clean and tidy. The bed met my expectations, despite the bed protection that was a sort of plastic, which made it very hot during the night. The kitchen staff were really kind and friendly :The location is great, if you need anything theres a market and pharmacy within 5 minutes walking, and its 15 minutes walking to the city centre.

Completely different room then on the booking site. No pool, the photo of the pool is from the neighbour. My goodness that room looked awefull with cheap material. Auto check in so no people to receive you or to help you out. Breakfast was good. Location not to bad.

Good but too much noise. We couldnt sleep in the morning.... 😵

Estupendo lugar para alojarse en Lagos. Buen servicio, atención, todo muy cuidado y con un desayuno estupendo. Además tuvieron el detalle de guardarnos la parte económica que pagamos en un viaje que tuvimos que cancelar por motivos de la pandemia. Muy recomendable.

Wat een fijne locatie om een of twee nachten te verblijven. Heel vriendelijk geholpen en de accommodatie was netjes.De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding prima, het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en goed. Ik geef deze locatie daarom 5 sterren 🌟

Hola, el personal que servía el desayuno (3 mujeressuper amables siempre y muy simpáticas. Pero no puedo decir lo mismo del dueño, nos hizo pagar 35€ de una sábana que no rompimos nosotros, a pesar que le dijimos que no habíamos sido nosotros. Es vergonzoso, nos pareció un rata y un agarrado, pues no entraba en razón solo quería el dinero sin haberla roto nosotros.

Missing doors to the bathroom. Very weak wi-fi. Breakfasts under the average. But the personal was very helpful and the location of the house and its garden are nice.

Tanto la habitación como el "edificio" muy limpios y muy buen olor. Desayuno variado aunque ahora en pandemia el desayuno te lo tienen que servir y es algo lento...Baño privado y en mi caso un pequeño balcón.Hay sitio para aparcar en la calle aunque se llena de noche.Hay un restaurante de comida local para llevar cerca que está muy bien.No es muy céntrico pero tampoco está alejado.

Best B&B I have ever stayed in.Everything is very clean, big and well kept.The garden is a dream.The staff is very friendly. I even got a lunch packet as I was going on an excursion on one of the days and therefore couldnt have breakfast.You just feel at home hereI would come back anytim

Posto bello davvero, curato, personale amabile gentile e simpatica. Camere nuove e pulite, spazi esterni curati e spaziosi. Possibilità di usare una grande cucina comune con tutti i confort. Colazione abbondante. ci siamo soffermati una settimana e ne siamo restati contenti

Very nice stay.We had Room Nr.1 and I cant complain about this room. Enough space, nice bathroom, TV and fridge in the room and the Garden-View is very nice.Unfortunately very poor in vegan options for Breakfast, but you can bring your own margarine and store it in fridge.

Room is not your average room small bathroom and smelt awful!!! And was not clean. The bed blanket was disgustingly dirty with what seemed like dogs drool. I then complained about the blanked after I had already left the premises. They asked me if I had photos of the dirty blankets. They should of just gone to the room and Check and still apologize for what happened. Yes I should of taken photo and published here so that everyone could see this!!! I dont recommend this place to anyone even if its for working purposes.

We didnt get the room we asked for (instead of deluxe double room with balcony we got a tiny twin room without balcony). There is no reception, only a key box and a phone number. As we called the host to change the room or cancel the reservation and refund the money because she didnt respect the booking conditions, she just hang up in the middle of the call and did not answered the phone anymore. This way of hiding behind the phone is a very cowardly way to handle complaints and guests. We lost 1 hour of our time in front of the door, freezing, until we finally managed to cancel the booking through a third party.Be careful while booking and verify that you received the right room as this is surely not the first time it happens.

Hotel ubicado a unos 20 min andando del centro, de ahí sus precios tan competitivos. Las habitaciones, junto con el baño, no son muy grandes. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y limpias. Dispone de un jardín para poder relajarse. La zona es tranquila y silenciosa. El desayuno es tipo bufé. El personal es amable y eficiente.

Beautiful house with very nice staff and clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is also great and the amenities with gym and a lot of common space with lounges make you not want to leave the house too much. Especially the room with the sea view is absolutely beautiful!

The fact that the bathroom doesnt have a door is just incomprehensible

Cute place, very safe for Coronavirus times (no contact with anyone to check in, controlled breakfast), room was clean, pretty and comfortable, the breakfast was good with enough variety, nice terrace with hammocks. Overall very good. The only negative side is having to walk uphill to get there from the center.

Very welcoming place. Lovely and relaxed garden grounds with hammocks and chairs. Fantastic view from the roof terrace. The room was very clean but a bit on the small side with a small double bed. No bathroom door which could be a problem for some but staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great, lots on offer. Even used the small outdoor gymnasium a couple of times. Overall, fantastic value for money.

Proffesionally managed guesthouse. Clean and nicely decorated. Self check-in. Rooms and bathrooms are small but enough, large shared areas. Free, fast and reliable WiFi. Shared refrigerator. Roof terrace with sea view. Very good, reach, Portuguese breakfast. Staff discrete and friendly. Supermarket and fast food within a short walk. Plenty free parking places on the street. 10 min walking distance to city center / church and 30 minute walk to Dona Ana beach. Recommended !.

That place was wonderful. I had some troubles with booking via booking.com and wrote A message to nature guesthouse. They helped me with book room in the other way. When we finały arrive, there was super Easy check in. Our room was perfectly clean.
