Nice experience and great atmosphere. Had a great wrestling night last night!

Really didnt like the hotdogs chili was nasty. I have had better.

Great vibe, music was very good and chicken fajitas was very good..

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the fun atmosphere. It was ladies night and they offered a $5 drink menu all night. The DJ was fun. The street corn was really good. I ordered the Mahi tacos and my friend ordered wings, they were okay.

I was there for lunch and it was not busy at all and the service was very slow. Good food and cold beers

I went here in 2019, so its kinda of an old review but the food was good the only problem I had is that they didnt ask for ID when me and my family was there. I was 18 at the time and they started to pass tequila shots around our table my mom took the one they finna give me and told them I was underage. Even though I dont drink I did wish at the time they would ask for ID before passing the tequila around just to be on the safe side but overall we have a good experience.

Great food was delicious and I had alot of fun.

We went here to eat dinner and the waitstaff sat us and then ignored us for 15-20 minutes without even asking us for drinks. They were all too busy talking to each other and on their phones near the hostess desk. We left and that was my experience.

Love going to the Frog! Always make it part of our vacation plans. Great food and drink. The staff is excellent!

Great atmosphere and music!!! Quesadilla was great too!!! It was very busy due to the 500 year festival going on so they only had a limited menu!

A big thank you to all the staff today during lunch hours...they were dealing with the regatta, the traffic around OSJ and a special event all at the same time! They were all smiles!

Worst experience ever; rude staff. Waitress was on FaceTime and staff playing beer pong with local guests at 1pm. Changed appetizer order to go.

This staff was by far the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. When we arrived at this location we were just stopping for a quick lunch, when we arrived the music was blasting like in a night club (it was 1:30 in the afternoon ). I don’t normally ask for the music to be adjusted but it was giving me a horrible headache and I had to yell to talk to my family. When I asked for the music to be turned down the waitress rolled her eyes and went to ask, whom I assume to be the manager. He turned the music down which i really appreciated. I would’ve hoped it would have ended there but NOPE. We then noticed the music was getting louder, which is fine. My breaking point was when I saw 2 employees playing beer pong with 2 restaurant guests , YES @ 1 in the after noon the manger and a employee were playing beer pong and drinking on the job. At this point the music was turned back to blaring, actually maybe loader. We decided we’d just get the check and take our appetizer to go. As the waitress was running my credit card she was literally on a FaceTime call which I’ve NEVER had happen. An employee on the phone while charging a card is very disrespectful and odd. We ended up just throwing away our Cauliflower wing because they look disgusting. This place needs some work to be in such a beautiful city.Edit: apparently the owner keeps hiding my review. I’ve contacted corporate and will be making sure they know how you run your business 😘

This was a fun experience for my family.Food was okay and so was the service but Im chalking this up to the just being short staffed.This location is great for pictures, drinks and snacks.

I don’t know what I was expecting coming here but I wanted more. Like a nice vibe. We were the only patrons here. On a Friday evening. Me, my boyfriend, and the workers lol. I’m assuming since it’s right across the street from a cruise port, they’re probably busier during the day. But hey I guess we had our own private dining. But our server was great! He was funny, although he wouldn’t find me a phone charger lol. The food was so yummy! And the drinks were as well. I enjoyed it overall

Two stars are for the doorman. At least he acknowledged our presence. Walked up to the bar and waited, and waited, and waited. Two bartenders working and we were directly in front of them. Not even so much as eye contact. We left after paying a $5 cover for Ladies night with absolutely nothing but a poor experience. Will not be returning.

Are server was great he was very nice.The food was very good the 4 of us that were there would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for a great lunch and drinks!

We experienced excellent service here and the food and cocktails were delicious! The taco salad was amazing.

This place had amazing customer service and our waitress was super wonderful. Definitely would recommend for those who want to experience drinks and great customer service. The bad reviews come from those who don’t know the language and don’t have the common sense to realize that this restaurant isn’t meant to be a typical American restaurant.

This place is such a vibe! Love the aesthetic, music, drinks, and food. The staff is so nice and very welcoming. The only bad reviews are from Caucasians with no taste, no knowledge on the culture or language and expect to be catered to. Please don’t to come to PR (or any other place where English is not the primary languageand get upset because you can’t understand the language. Pretty cool place to go if you have some kiddos with you. Fun decor, a bounce house, and upbeat atmosphere fuel the vibe. The food was pretty good too.

Food is alright. But is to expensive also note if you are traveling to Puerto Rico their are many better for the tourists than these guys. Hey I work at the hotel next door and if you want any recommendations just pass by and ask me. If you like to get ripped off than how bout it ho to this place.

Nothing too special or wild. Drinks are relatively standard and we didn’t try the food. Easy to assume it’s relatively basic based off other senor frogs locations. Staff was friendly and quick but the bar was a ghost town

The restaurant/bar was very nice! It was lively and quite busy! The drinks were terrific! & the nachos were tasty! Their prices were reasonable too! I would definitely recommend it to whoever is looking for a good time!

Service horrible and slow, had to ask multiple times for chips and water. Nobody seems friendly like in other locations. The waitress asked how I wanted my chicken cooked? Are there really options? It’s chicken. Makes me wonder what is happening at this place. Beer selection is below average and mostly for rookie drinkers.

Horrible experience. Went on a Wednesday night with 2 girlfriends. Ladies night. Very young staff and unprofessional. Bartenders were arguing in front of customers . The place smelled and looked dirty. Ladies night was a joke. Ladies pay a $6 cover charge to drink for free until 11 pm. The only problem with that is there was a huge line of ladies at the back bar to get free drinks with only one bartender serving their drinks. The bartender was purposely and extremely slow serving the ladies. I wound up paying regular price for my girlfriends drinks at the main bar.Will not go back here again. Horribly run business with no Supervision

The wait staff wasnt very attentive here but in their defense, it was very busy in the restaurant. We sat at a dirty table (the only table leftand our waiter took our drink orders and that was it. Our table never got wiped down and I had to actually request to order food. Overall the atmosphere was fun and the food was okay.

Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating. Drinks were cold, staff was very nice. You can take drinks with you, or theyll wash out for you to take as souvenirs.

The food was delicious! The decor is very quirky and they were playing super cool music when we went for dinner on a Sunday night. Plenty of vegetarian options available. The wait times are no joke so get a table early. They take a really long time to get food out and seemed like they were understaffed. We asked for water and took them 20 mins to get it. We also waited a good 15 mins for the bill. If the service had been quicker, would’ve given them 5 stars.

Staff was friendly and energetic. My only complaint would be the "complimentary chips and salsa" were $10. Its the same chips and salsa every other Mexican restaurant gives free. Would have ordered the loaded nachos for $15. Great place with a good atmosphere.

Summary: Decent restraunt with friendly staff, bountiful menu and great views when seated against the window. This restraunt is similar to senior frogs found in other places. Just solid food

Food was tasty however portion sizes were small. Only 6 wings in appetizer. Mango salad was delicious but not really an entree size. Margarita was very good.

This place is phenomenal. We stopped in for a quick lunch and to buy a t-shirt. We were welcomed by a great staff that made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. The manager Hugo went above and beyond to check on us to see how our meal was and opened the gift shop for us to let us buy a t-shirt as they didnt have enough employes to manage the store.Hugo made our stop in this place worth it. God bless him and his employees for making our trip to San Juan the best! And the food was absolutely amazing!

A bit noisey chain. We were there for a meeting with a Philly investment group after 1.5-days at sea with more meetings a networking. Service was very slow ordered about an hour or so veggie we had to head bask to the ship, it arrived with about 45-minutes later. Good food but pay attention to timing. Nachos and wings ordered and both were plentiful and good.

Sometimes a Business might have a new employee who needs more training, today was the case.However, the manager on duty handled the problem superbly and overall, I do recommend this place.The first time I came here was in 2015 and upon returning I had a couple of issues, but the way it was handled immediately, with friendliness, And with genuine concern makes me believe that the leadership cares.Kevin took care of us and make sure we left happy. You can come in here with a little baby or a group of friends who want to have a drink. It is a good place for some quick food and cold drinks during the day in San Juan.

Really good frozen drinks. The perfect atmosphere for individuals looking for a drink and party music. I believe the drink i had was called a Miami Vice which was strawberry daiquiri and pina colada mixed. The flavor was really good with a decent alcohol content. Only giving them a 4 star as the night i went they were out of multiple flavors... especially the ones i wanted to try.

This is the place to go if you want to act silly and have a lot of fun. The drinks are cold and the food is very good. The servers are very friendly and helpful and actually good dancers on stage. Don’t be surprised when they want to put balloons on your head. Prices are reasonable

Hamburger was good, service was good very friendly staff. I was on a Monday the place was not busy, probably I was early a couple of days before the big cruisers got to dock at the Marina. But the place look that you could have a lot of fun !
