We had Waygu beef, the 3 meat (sagari pork and beef ,genghis Khans lamb), chicken and 2 different types of seaweeds salads. The waygu was simply delicious and the marbled fats melted while over the fire. Sagari cut is the part at the diaphragm..an acquired taste..felt a little too strong gamey taste...the furano locals love sagari cut.

We were turn away the first night we went there at around 630pm. They kindly informed us that they could not take anymore people. Luckily, we stayed another night here so we asked if we could book a reservation for another night. It was possible! They will ask you for detail that which hotel are you staying and your room number. I think it’s probably because we are tourists. I suggest book as soon it opens at 5pm. The food was excellent- the beef, pork, and lamb were such great quality and relatively afford. Ooh and it is mandatory to order one set each and you can order extra after. Personally I think the set is a good deal. Beef set was 1,800 Yen, Pork and Lamb were about 1,100 Yen I think. There were four of us with big appetite - we pay 13,700 Yen in total :- includes beers and extra meat!

Rare find in a small town! Ordered 3 sets of pork shabu shabu and 1 set of beef shabu shabu. Portions were generous and it tastes great!

Very good value for money. Delicious thinly-sliced beef and pork shabu shabu meal for 2, with sake and coffee with liqueur, for less than US$35.

The food was really cheap and affordable. A beef set would be around 1600¥ (16 USDbut there is really a lot of beef. There is also chicken, pork and others. There are noodles, vegetables and a lot other food. It is in the heart of Furano, making it very convenient.

Reached there at 7pm but was told it’s full and can’t take any more people. But after asking if it’s possible to wait, the Chef kindly stepped out and said we can come back in one hour. We saw many ppl being rejected at the door.Suggest to go before 7pm or after 8pm.Meat is cheap and good. Do note that it is a water pot. Throw in the veg then the meat and then the ramen.Polite service and good food!

Great place. Weve been 4 times over the years. The food is great always, and the staff are really helpful. The homemade sakura ice-cream is a treat.Edit Aug 2019. Went for the 5th time. Still as good as ever. There are a few reserved parking slots at the junction of asahi dori avenue and the nameless one way street leading up to it. See photo.

Good shabu shabu place. Recommended.+ Very nice beef. Soft and tasteful+ Lam was also good. Nice texture and not too smelly+ Good side dishes (ramenand additionals like the sauce (minced chili, onions and chopped spring onions)- Traditional seats might not fit everyones taste but they got seats as well- Might be helpful if staff tell you what is included in a set (one person must order at least one set - comes with side dishes, etc.)

Visited twice...but both time were fully booked, so disappointed. If you want to eat here, advance booking is a must

Loved the place; despite little English, we managed to communicate. The chef/owner even came to ‘act out’ how beat to cook the meats!One of our greatest memories for Hokkaido 2017.Will return again when we come back to Furano area.Now- May 2019- back again!!!Great consistent standard.Their own hand crafted cherry-blossom ice cream- not bad I guess.

A fine dining restaurant with friendly staff, and owner. They keep on smiling and tirelessly serving the customers needs.Their portions were reasonably large for the dinner set (i.e Beef set / lamb set / pork set). Price wise was good aka reasonably affordable, and it taste good too.We found this restaurant from Google Recommend on our way to Sapporo after a long day of driving, and I would highly recommend this restaurant if you happen to visit Furano, Hokkaido.

The meat are very delicious and the price is fairly cheap for the quality and portion of food. The original dessert - sakura ice, is refreshing and unique, you would definitely like to try it out.The staffs are very friendly and helpful.Though the venting system could be improve, it would be very warm and cozy if you visit in the winter! :)

The beef and lamb were not the best ( frozen and dry... can’t believe some people rated this five stars. Staff were friendly but the food quality is not the greatest. Environment is a bit out dated.

Cheap with fresh meat Japanese hotpot place. Owner is very nice & speak a little bit English. You must try all three type of meat: lamb, beef & pork. You will fall in love with the freshness melted in your mouth.

THIS IS A MUST FOR YOUR VISIT IN FURANOVery good deal and good food. Only one third of price comparing to hotel dinner. You must make a reservation in advance otherwise dont believe you would get a table.

SO GOOD! and great bang for buck too! this is the simplest and healthiest way of cooking and eating hotpot. the head chef was understanding about having vegetarians in my group (despite it being a meat hotpot place), and customised our order to suit our needs. service is top notch, and the head chefs english is passable.

Hard to give less than 4 stars to any shabushabu establishment. This place is fairly dull in its interior but I cant fault the food. Nice to see lamb on the menu (not common in Japanand tasty produce all around. I came with some of my wifes family friends and the staff were nice enough to allow us to bring our own bottle of wine which other places wanted to charge us corkage for. Different from Tokyo shabushabu (no goma dressingbut I enjoyed the ponzu and others additions. I also recommend the sakura ice cream which was a totally new experience.
