Sempione Park in Milano

I was only able to visit a small section of this park in the evening. I was near the fountain and castle and it was stunning. Because it was more beautiful than we expected, we decided to take it all in by sitting near the fountain with espressos and pastries. We sat there for about 20 minutes. I highly recommend visiting both in the day and night.

Great place, beautiful to go and walk, or just to look for a chair and stay a while sharing with someone.You can find art, trees, and a peaceful place to ve close to the nature.

Great location! Lovely nature in the city centre for walking and gathering with friends.

Theres a point where you can stand and see the arch and the castle next to the lake with really nice ducks. It blew my mind.

Great park with a lot of tall trees that cast a nice shadow, some ponds, bridges. It’s huge and pretty. Good for a picnic.If you’re lucky there’s gonna be some events or festival.A lot of buskers are performing there so you can listen to some music too.

A must visit place in Milan, Italy.We went here in the month of October. Climate was so pleasant and cold. They also have a seating area. There are many ice cream and marshmallow shops near by this park.

Parco Sempione is a vast green space very close to the Castello Sforzesco. The English landscape park was established between 1890 and 1893.The park has an overall area of over 47 hectares. Amazing huge park, the perfect place to relax. Its the lungs of Milan, surrounded by incredible landmarks being the nearest ones the Arco della Pace and the Sforzesco Castle. Theres also a small amphitheatre, an aquarium, a 100m height tower, restaurants and coffee shops.

Lovely park, fantastic views! Be wary of big events and construction work blocking routes and paths

Do self tour it would be so much better. The guide was great. The pace did not let you enjoy

The best park in Milano. Big with lots of green areas, and some coffee shops. Also there is a small lake inside.

Very nice parc: peaceful, quiet and shady. It connects the Sforza Castle and Arco della Pace.

Lovely park, great monuments , people playing music, places to eat and sit and just enjoy all , the hot sun made our day must visit.

Sunny place to be.The park is very clean and has many public water dispensers wildly spread.There is much so see an arena a big porta and a very cool fun park for kids to spend your time.Also if you like live music its your place to chill, just grab a blanket and take a seat on the nice green grass.And I almost forgot my personal highlights the pond at the park has so many Turtles to see must have for me ;).

The area with ducks was the best. I recommend to visit if you have children and the weather is good.

Amazing park with soooooo many attractions within its borders! Could spend several days strolling, exploring, sampling the cafes.Lovely to site see during the day and nice cool evening stroll during Summer (we visited early July). Park was clean and we felt safe even late at night.Northern end feeds into a ton of shopping and restaurants.A MUST DO in Milan!

Wonderfully park placed between the arch and castle. Plenty of trails, lake, and spots to make your own. Plus several choices for drinks/treats of all flavors

Nice little park with little to do except just walking jogging lying on the grass and watching ducks. Get ice cream at entrance and enjoy the sun and tons of tourists. Nice view of the arch of peace built by Napoleon (pls check).

A large park in the centre of Milano. It stands between two popular historical landmarks: Sforza Castle and Arch of Peace.All in green with lots of trees and plenty of benches. Perfect for some lazy picnic time.It features also a smaller arena, public aquarium, and a panoramic tower 100m heigh, restaurants, coffee shops, kiosks.There is a small pond with ducks and little ducklings.

Lovely and peaceful park, great place to hang out a little. There are a few free toilets.

Average free public park with nothing special except a pond and some trees and benches and free WiFi in some areas, as a tourist it is not worth visiting. I imagine they use it for events may be. Next to a castle which for some reason was closed being a Monday but didnt look very well kept. Good Gelato at the stand inside. Turtles seemed a bit aggressive towards the smaller ducks and pigeons seem to fly almost straight at you.

Ive visited a lot of parks in a lot of countries, but I dont get it why this place has this high rating.. (time of this visit - june 2022)1. You have a few benches to sit down and relax.2. If you go here in the afternoon, around 16:00 like we did, you will get chased by mosquitos everywhere in the green area. Our escape was the Sforzesco Castle.3. Trash and overfilled trashcans.4. No (decenttoilets in sight. The only option was to hold your nose when you got in plastic toilet cubicles, which were the only ones that I encountered in the west side of the park.I recommend only going here as part of your commute to work/home/hotel and if youre visiting the castle, otherwise, move on.

Nice place to visit. There was a concert when we went, park was proper crowded.

I went with my wife in the end of May at about 13:00 and we made a picnic there.We found a good spot where many other people were "picnicing" and had a good time until sunset (about 21:00).

Small village on a peninsula on the southern shore of Lake Garda. Lot of restaurants with different options but fresh fish dishes are strongly recommended.

I love this place, its really beautiful. you can feed ducks or squirrels here. There are also many snack shops. The only problem is that there are no public toilets / I dont count toitoi as public toilets, Im sorry.

Gorgeous park, very well maintained and various beautiful spots to see and spend time at. A wonderful space in a big, noisy city to get a break from it all.

Loved this parc. It’s very pretty and perfect for a walk. It’s also close to Brera so we explored the area before strolling around in the parc

A very impressive park, with different places to visit such as the arch, the river with the ducks, the shops, the playground if you have children. Many people do sports and generally take a walk. If you happen to visit it in sunny weather it is just a dream!

We passed thru on our way to the train station at night. It has potential to be very romantic. The fountain and castle view are stunning. Unfortunately we could still see graffiti and city litter. I can imagine it clean and fresh being incredible and full of life.

A very pleasant evening out with many sights to see. Plenty of Cafes and a wild variety of dogs to enjoy.

🌄Perfect walk destination in a sunny day!If you drop by the metro station Cairoli, you will start with visiting the castle, then walking through the park to the beautiful Arco Della Pace.

Nice place to walk in the city center. Very beautiful on spring 🌸🌿Very interactive an old aquarium in here. Recommend to visit.

Beautiful large park with run path and lots of dog parks. Great place to explore and relax. A lot of mosquitos in mid July though so remember to bring bug spray.
