It was supposed to be the trip of my dreams to Switzerland! But this Hotel made it seem like a nightmare! The worst service I have ever seen. I had a problem with my Credit Card in the reception, however I didn’t slept in the hotel because that problem and the best part was: I PAID THEM!99CHF !!!DON’T GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Vicinissimo al centro, caro in generale ma economico rispetto al resto, daltronde siamo in svizzera. Camera non proprio profumata e molto stretta, senza bagno ma solo un lavandino. Colazione e bagni comuni OK.

Sehr günstige Unterkunft, sehr robust, absolut sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Duschen sind außerhalb der Räume, aber eigene Kammern. Toller Ausblick, wenn man die richtige Hausseite erwischt. Immer gerne wieder.

Muito boa a hospedagem. Quartos limpos, organizados, com ônibus próximo ao hotel. Só o banheiro compartilhado que não é muito prático, mas estava bem limpo sempre.

Funcionarios educados e gentis, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Ambiente muito limpo e quartos espaçosos, as camas poderiam ser mais confortáveis e os banheiros privativos. O café da manha é bem servido. Bom custo benefício, para Suiça que as estadias são muito caras.

Very nice staff, room was very clean and comfortable. Near the centre of Luzern but up the hill. Theres a bus that could make easier getting to the hotel. The bathroom was pretty big and bright.

Zwei Sterne gibt es nur:- da die Lage ausgesprochen gut ist und die Stadt in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen ist- unsere Reklamation berücksichtigt wurde und das Personal freundlich ist.Das waren die positiven Seiten des Hotels. Nachts ist es unglaublich laut, da der Bau aus den 50er Jahren stammt und so gut wie nicht gedämmt ist.Weiter sind die Zimmer dermaßen veraltet, dass man sich nicht darin wohl fühlen kann.Die Heizung muss über Nacht ausgeschaltet werden, da die Heizung morgens ansonsten klopft. Man kann sie aber auch an lassen, da die Heizung dennoch klopft.Wenn das Zimmer darüber geputzt wird könnte man meinem die Putzfrau steht direkt neben dem Bett.An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.Nach einer Nacht haben wir das Haus wieder verlassen und das Geld für die weiteren Nächte zurückerstattet bekommen.Mein Fazit: Wem nur die Lage wichtig ist kann hier übernachten, allen anderen rate ich davon ab!
