Selva Mágica in Guadalajara

For some reason some rides are open way later than their opening hours, which makes no sense.

Great place to visit wirh Kids, if you plan to avoid long waits, purchased the VIP pass, also kids games are great and if you purchase online the tickets you get a discount

Don’t buy the VIP during the week as all adults games don’t respect the vip pass and you will have to wait in line. Too many games are not working for maintenance. I wasted my money and time for playing 3 games only. So boring and I wouldn’t recommend it

Cool, but the rides seem old and not as maintained as American rides.

The dilapidated rides feel like a time machine to the 90th

Nothing really stands out, the place is small, but if you cant visit six flags, this is an ok option here in Guadalajara.

If you likes big rides like roller coaster then you will definitely enjoy it.

Not enough rides to explore at the time where under maintenance, but over great for a quick adventure with the family.

This theme park is tasteless.The attractions are few and even so, many are not available whether they are under maintenance or closed due to the pandemic.The attractions are pained with some Sesame Street themes and they squeezed every bit of them in the attractions.Attractions that had nothing to do with the Sesame Street characters were plagued with them, it felt forced, like if the attractions were bought , like some flying dragons and then make it like the Elmo dragons, it felt cheap in some instances.The staff was kind but sometimes when photos are in the table they push you to buy the photos suddenly.Despite that the pricing is fair if you get yourself a bargain, but it is like three or 4 good attractions, more like halfway theme park.

Nice but small, a lot of rides were shut down. So if u want the full experience call ahead and check rides that are up and running.

The mechanical rides are cool, the place was clean, the personnel was polite and kind... BUT... Its expensive, when comparing price to gain/usage it feels expensive, lots of rides were closed.

Awesome, relaxing, fun, parkin space sufficient, precautionary measures for Covid-19, you can cover the entire theme park in one visit!

Visited in December 2020- 30 % of the rides are not working. Quality has degraded as compared to my visit in 2019. Although covid measures are in place. So plan it for sake of stepping outside of the house.

Lots of fun. It was almost empty because of the quarantine, so we walked on nearly every ride without a wait

It is so fun and cool you should really go some rides are scary but really fun

Dont ever go to this place!!!!! They sold me and 7 of my family members a all pass bracelet and still had to wait in line for 75% of the rides. I think the zoo next door would be a better bet

Excellent place to have fun!

First time going and what a disappointment and bad first time impression, most rides where closed and keept asking when they will open some and they said they are making final adjustments and in an 1hr they will have it running, 2 hrs passed and nothing thay never opend them. Wouldnt really recommend it. Its pretty small and rides arnt all that great the only ride i was really looking forward too was the trunk ride but like i said they never opend the ride and many others i just think they dint want to deal with people .....

We like it here. You can have a lot of fun. Getting the VIP pass has some plus benefits. Place just needs a little upgrade.

the food is terrible. The rides are super old. And some of the employees were rude when I visited. Dont go to this place. Nothing new happens, its just the same rides. Half of the rides didnt work. Long live Six Flags

Very fun place to spend a Sunday in.A couple rides are in poor conditions, but generally good.

Great place for kids and family to have fun

You can tell they’re very creative with the little land area they have. Rides are very family oriented and safe. Had a fun time there last month. Overall, no complaints. Quick tip: it’s better/more convenient to buy tickets online.

Omg were do I get started I love this place so much they have food and drinks, beers and so many rides. There are rides for little kids and for big kids and adults. I had my birthday here and the experience was so amazing I love this and if your a really nauseous person the rides arent even bad some rides are so fast you cant feel a thing. How much do I recommend this place 2000% and thats just some things.

Great amusement park and an Excellent value. Spend the extra few pesos on the VIP pass. Skip the line on most rides. Rides for kids / adults of all ages. A lot of the attractions here are a bit dated, but its really inexpensive and a fun way to spend an afternoon in Guadalajara. A burger combo or pizza meal is included with your VIP admission.lots of seats if you just want to relax and watch the kids play. They also serve beer.

The Comando Training Center is worth the trip to Selva Magica. You can spend a few hours here walking through a jungle theme hiking experience. You can do a free fall jump, step jump and a bungee swing jump (which I didn’t do because I was scaredThe rest of the Park is alright. The training center is what you want to go for. The zip line was not available when I went on a Tuesday so that was a bummer.

Cheap in price, the kids liked it. A bunch of rides were closed and I didnt fit in what was open.

We went on a Tuesday and there wasnt much of a crowd. The most we had to wait was 5 minutes. We got the VIP pass which came with access to the Commando Training where you are able to do some extreme rope activities such as bungee jump, bungee swing, and a rope course that has you climbing at high altitudes. The VIP pass is worth it just because of the access to the Commando Training we spent most of our time doing the activities there. The rides are pretty fun as well. There is a log ride, go karts, and VR rides.Some of the rides are a little scary just because they look like they need maintenance.

Lot of games and not so crowded. I recommend the new Comando area. It closes at 6pm so come early if you want to enjoy more games.

I bought a VIP pass and about half of the good rides were closed for maintenance. It was an ok experience.

Great place for the family. Kids really enjoyed all rides. Make sure to bring plenty of water since you will need it.

They always seem to be redoing rides. But the rides are very fun and we enjoy our time! Easy to get to, easy to park at, and very affordable for the fun.

Me my wife and kid got sick whit the old reheated chicken as of right now I just puke we feel sick. On top of that the workers are too slow to get the rides ready, the giant slide is very stupid design, you have to drag your butt to keep on riding down the hill plus they charged too much for what they offer

I give it a one star rating due to the fact that most rides were not open and were broken down. The price was not worth it because it was very expensive in pesos but fairly cheap in dollars. Would have definitely enjoyed it more if more rides were open. Most likely wont be coming back unless more modern rides are opened and of the park is remodeled. Just my opinion.

I am super thankful to all the staff members! My son walked away, for a moment I though he was lost. They helped me right away, they assured me that nobody can just walk away from there with a kid. As soon as I let them know what was happening, they called him on the speaker 3 times in a row, the whole park it just felt like "the whole park stopped" to look for him. A security guy brought him back within 7 min. Besides all that, staff SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY, food not the best one in the world but it was still good and way better than the food Ive had at many other theme parks, unlike the frozen taste of hamburgers of other theme parks, you can tell the taste of fresh meat. I liked their natural flavor raspados, prices are very reasonable and you can buy a "combo"that includes your all day pass with food included. I will give them 4 stars just because the park could be bigger ( but I know they are working on renovations, so Im excited for that!and theres not a big gift shop. But other than that, we had a blast and my son loved it!!! Cant wait to go again. THANK YOU SELVA MAGICA STAFF!!! :)

Fun time with the kids. Its not huge, but we had fun. Some attractions need TLC

Food crappy ,games fun asf recommend all games .There was like 3 that werent in use but the others awesome I recommend this place better than going to the fair. Some games are old some arent but they are fun. The food I dont recommend neither the nugget ughhhhhhhhhhh burger was meh. Get VIP you need to get it or else youll be disappointed okay its like 400$ but for kids get mega and lower. ALSO THE GO KARTING WAS FUN ASF. THATS why get V.I.P unlimited go karting

Have been wanting to come here for sometime now finally when the day came complete disappointment rides closed wanted to see some animals zoo closed as well wish I would have got the heads up before buying the VIP pass really disapointed

Old amusement park, this one has nothing to compete with any actual park but still, it has something that makes me like it. Maybe the nostalgia you feel when entering here. Come check it out by yourself but do not expect any fancy rides or atractions.

Some of the attractions need a little maintenance, and others was not working, but in general you can enjoy a evening or morning riding roller coaster with family or friends. They have a small go-kart pista where you can drive a go-kart for a couple of laps

Its a nice place to have fun and theres a lot of mechanical rides, the only think that I didnt like it about this place is the food. There was a terrible long line (even longer than the one for the attractionsand after all the line they sent me to another page to make a line again. So regardless of that I strongly recommend you to get the VIP pass so you can save a lot of time and enjoy more games.
