It is a fun and nice way to visit Miami South Beach iconic places. Ocean drive views are really amazing!

The tour was amazing and informative. Was a little concerned about doing a tour on a segway since weve never ridden one, but it was so much easier than it looks. After the training and the first ten minutes of the tour we were all experts.

Jose started us off with training on how to use a Segway which I found to be extremely helpful. It really paid off during the tour and I had no mishaps. Jose was an excellent tour guide and shared very interesting history about Puerto Rico during the tour. He took us to the major landmarks and others we would not have found or maybe overlooked. It took two hours when it could have taken at least 4-5 hours by foot and in the heat. We saved time, learned a lot, had fun, and had plenty of energy left for our next adventure. It was worth every dollar spent and highly recommended Jose and Segway Tours Puerto Rico.

Loved this tour! Worth the money! Juan took the time to ensure everyone’s safety and basic knowledge before going into the street with traffic. Lots of great historic sites and history on this tour! You won’t be disappointed!

Great way to see Old San Juan, extremely interesting and informative and really, really fun

Wow! What a great experience!!!I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting PR. Our guide was very informative and gave us the history on PR as well as some fun facts! Operating the Segway was tricky at first but after 5 minutes you get used to it. I recommend if you have a small backpack/cross body bag you bring it and pack water and sunscreen. The sun was beating on us the majority of the time.Because of booking and limited time slots we did this tour on our last day, but I would of loved to do this in the beginning of our trip.

What a great experience. Super fun! 1st thing we did in PR and it was worth every penny. Jose was very knowledgeable of the history that comes from PR. Laughed so much and saw so many amazing views. Definitely recommended

This is a great way to learn the history of San Juan and Puerto Rico. Our guide, Josè, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend everyone try a Segway, it is so easy and so fun. The oldest in our group was 63 and he had me problem and was a near pro by the end of the tour.

We booked this tour when we arrived for our honeymoon. When we arrived the instructor saw my 6’4” 300lb husband and told us the weight restrictions immediately. We have tried calling and finally got a response thru email that they would jot refund ANY of our money. We used money to get to the location and to leave the location. We never used any of their equipment but we were told that there was no refund of any kind that they could give. I do not recommend that this business be used by anyone if they are going to charge you for a service that is mot even used! VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CROOKS!!!

Jose the owner of Segway tours Puerto Ricos service was nothing less than exceptional. He is very friendly, outgoing, and his knowledge of Old San Juan is mind blowing. Definitely recommend Segway Tours PuertoRico if your looking for a fun exciting way to tour and learn about the history of San Juan.

My husband and I did this tour on our first trip to Puerto Rico (Sep 2020). Jose greeted us with a friendly welcome, gave us our gear, and gently and encouragingly taught us to maneuver our Segways. We then set out on our tour, which was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. Jose is unbelievably knowledgeable about San Juan, and with a great sense of humor, he kept us “awe-ing “ “wow-ing “ and laughing the whole time. We saw and learned SO much about this wonderful city. Not to mention that riding the Segways is just SO MUCH FUN. We had an such an amazing time, that we will probably do this again when we come back! We would 100% recommend this tour.

This was our second Segway tour and it was excellent. Jose did a fantastic job with our safety/beginning training, I was a little nervous about zipping around cobblestone, hills, and San Juan traffic, but he was very thorough to ensure we could demonstrate various skills in a safe space before taking to the streets, much more so than the one we took in another city. It was the best way to see so much of old San Juan, faster and more comfortable than walking and quicker than a bus by far. Jose was very knowledgeable, from naval history, architecture, medicine, politics, and where to find cheap authentic lunch. We are so glad we took the tour during our brief visit, highly recommend to anyone wanting to see a lot of old San Juan in a short amount of time.

Jose was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable about the history of not only the city, but the country. Perfect way to enjoy the city without wearing oneself out. Highly recommend.

Fun way to see Old San Juan!

You will meet an impatient and unhelpful person looking to deny you service more than to provide a safe and comfortable experience. This company has unreasonable business practice of keeping your money arbitrarily....stay away.

I made a purchase through their website - and I haven’t yet received any email confirmation for last 48 hours yet.I emailed them - still awaiting a response from them.I called them thrice, left a voicemail - looks like they’re on the Segway tour and thus, busy to respond for last 48 hrs.The funny part is, Originally, I booked through Viator (before purchasing onlineas they offered 10% discount - but these folks Rejected the booking as per Viator customer care (and the online booking went through for the same day/ slot - it still shows 7 slots pending, clueless as to why they’d not allow Viator booking)Hope someone reads the review and attempts to call me!

Awesome tour. A must do if you have extra time to spend in San Juan Puerto Rico. The only negative draw we had was that the fort was closed to tourist due to the US Government shutdown that went into effect the day before our tour. The forts are US National Parks so were closed because of the shut down. Other than that of which the tour had no control over, I would do this tour again in a moment.Very beautiful way to see San Juan Puerto Rico. Just make sure you read the restrictions as we had one person from a different group that could not go because of not meeting requirements.

This was the best way to see old San Juan. Really fun and informative.

My wife and I were so glad that we decided to do this. Our guide, Jose, did a great job! During the training session, he made sure everyone knew how to handle the Segways. We have done Segway tours before, but have never gotten this kind of training. It really helped with as hilly and bumpy the cobblestone streets can be. We got to see a lot of Old San Juan and made several stops for pictures.

Truly enjoyed the tour, would definitely recommend to everyone wanting to see old San Juan. Our guide, Jose, was patient, funny and informative. We covered most of the historical sites in old San juan including Castillo Filipe. Zipping past red faced fellow tourists huffing and puffing in the sweltering heat while giving us dirty looks, well, that was just an added bonus 😋

Jose was accommodating to help us make the tour arrangement, he was thorough to confirm our ability to use the Segway and he did a great job of leading the tour of Old San Juan. After our tour we walked back to a couple of specific places to visit. If you only have 5 to 7 hours for a port of call, this is absolutely the best way to see this area of San Juan!!!

If you want to tour Old San Juan Segway tour is the way to go!! Need to be able to steer in small spaces on Segway to take tour safely!! Guide Juan did an excellent job giving historic information while on tour!

My wife and i had Jose to ourselves today. No better way to see old san juan. Very informitive and fun. Would highly reccommend this awesome tour.

This was a great tour! Jose locally owns this Segway Business, definitely come to help him out by buying his tours!We originally booked this trip for a 1pm tour but Jose contacted us to rebook it for 4pm 48-hours ahead of time, so it was great courtesy! On the day of, we arrived at 3:50pm and we were able to get started with a introduction video to how to use a Segway. Then we went outside to the pier and we got to get some practice on the Segways, which Jose creatively made exercises for us to try before we head out to the tour. You are able to get an earpiece and device on a lanyard you have during the tour to hear the tour.You start at Pier 2 and head through Old San Juan neighborhoods and you are able to get great views and beats the walking. It culminates with a visit to El Morro (we even got to see the Governors motorcade). With the 2-hour tour we were able to get free admission to El Morro. We then rode back through the city and back to Pier 2, a great 2 hours and well worth the money!

We did not find anything stating a weight limit on the site or our vouture. We did not find out till we got to the tour location and was refused service. We werent offered a refund except for the person over the limit. This was to be a family outing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

We have done Segways 6 different times and this has been one of the best ever. If you can siegway through old San Juan you can Segway anywhere. Hills, valleys, cobblestone, bumps, traffic-everything. First timers had no worries. The instructor and gave such good verbal instructions that everybody felt accomplished, as well as 30 minutes of practice And everyone had a great time and really is the best way to see the major highlights. Even a stop at the fort. Also great perspective on how the walls protected through history. I would only ask for more details about the architecture. Great tour

My Granddaughter and I took a "Segway Tour of San Juan", Puerto Rico on Wednesday April 4th 2018.We came from a Carnival Cruise ship and wanted to do something exciting! AND IT WAS!We booked private and paid online. It is located towards Pier 2, before a Subway. You have to go down a couple steps from the walkway.Juan, the Owner helped us first through safety training, then took us on a great City tour.He has great knowledge of the History of San Juan and Puerto Rico which we could hear during the tour on our head phones. Beautiful, impressive City!Last, it is so much fun to breeze by Tourists huffing and puffing up to the Fort, while we were riding on our Segways....all rested and smiling!Thank you Juan, you made our day!WELL BE BACK!!Isabel and Linda, North Carolina

We enjoyed our night tour of old San Juan so very much. Our daughters were 11, 12 and 17 they had no problem adjusting to the segway with the impressive and simple instructions given by our host. This is a family friendly tour which I highly recommend.

My husband and I just returned home from a cruise and San Juan, PR was one of the ports of call. I took a chance and booked the tour privately through the online site. It was the highlight of our week! It was the first time we have ever used a Segway, and Jose was a great teacher. The tour of Old San Juan took us up steep streets with cobblestone and speed bumps, which we navigated easily! The knowledge of the area and the history of the Fort was fascinating. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and local artisans along the way. Highly recommend doing this! (And we could see that others wished they had tried it too! 1/22/2018

Great way to see lots of Old San Juan. Guide provided interesting information and history

First time on a Segway and it was fun and easy. Covered much more ground than we could on foot. Tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. High point of our time in San Juan.

We had a great time doing the 8 hour self guided motorcycle ride. Customer Service was fantastic. When we ran a little late he was not only understanding, didnt charge us, and even went as far as to return my sunglasses that I forgot, to my hotel front desk...after his shop had closed. 5 STARS !!!!!

I went on the 2 hr segway tour and it was the highlight of my time in San Juan. I figured the guide would be boring and just recount some history to us but he was incredibly entertaining. Very funny and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot and was laughing the whole time. We drove the segways on grass, steep cobblestone hills and other exciting terrain that you would never get to experience in other cities. High recommend!

What a great way to tour Old San Juan! I highly recommend it. The segway is so much fun once you get the hang of it. Our guide knew everything from history to politics and was so great at answering all of our many questions. There are lots of things to see, plenty of opportunities to take breath taking photos. I was with a group of 3 and we made reservations for the two hour tour. It was worth every penny!
