Great budget Hotel! Hotel was so nice, comfortable, clean! we had a little problem with shower, but SeeFoo Staff & Boss take action very quickly, professionally. Very BAD experience hotel for my parent.First time budget hotel without coffee & tea facilities and minibar. Second day, there is pipe burst and staff hotel didnt inform anything until Ive called to hotel when receive message from my mom. That time, my dad in bathroom. When I called the hotel, they knew there is no water because of the pipe burst unfortunately they are not inform my parent. The worst part is there is no phone in the room which if you want to request, u need to go down or called the hotel no which is not convenience. Secondly, the tv inside the room was in bad condition. Once again I called the hotel to find out what happen. The staff, NAZRIN were angry because Im asking and he start saying because of the raining thats why the tv condition like that. The question is, what is related to the raining because the tv with annoying sound. NAZRIN even mentioned nothing he can do because the hotel havent get Return of Investment (ROIafter open. So we have to accept whatever happen. He even told me why I keep calling the hotel and I should understand on what happen. Ive tried to be nice, however NAZRIN seem cannot accept and blaming me to keep disturbing by keep calling to the hotel. As a son, of course I keep calling because I dont want my parent doesnt feel comfortable. As the service staff, Im really upset the choice of word by NAZRIN when talking to me. I felt its very rude to me as customer. I hope the Hotel Management look into this matter and I think NAZRIN require more training in handling customer before he turn away more business to come by providing the bad experience to the guest.Apart from that, I would like to compliment the staff Wani. She is nice lady who advised my parent to change the room as well as to assist moving the luggage. I hope the Hotel Management keep her since she is very valuable to your business providing the best service.In overall, I am upset with the experience towards my parent.

Stay at ground floor room, overall is clean but floor is dusty and found some hair on the bathroom floor. Reasonable price. Plenty of parking. If shower water is not hot, inform the receptionist and they will turn it on.

Their room have ants and no window.

This hotel is worth your money, its a good place to stay if youre dropping by to the bidor waterfalls or just staying over. I had a good experience here, theyre kind and lovely people. The hotel is very comfortable and has all basic amenities, the beds are comfortable, really nice shower and very clean.. Well kept! Will definitely come back..
