Poor service

Very disappointed ..i paid rm108 and got the defect cake? Please dont give customer if the cake is defect/broken ..please be responsible

Very slow service. Ordered nasi goreng ayam rangup, and got cold nasi goreng bodoh with nothing in it. Ask them to change it, and got a super hot nasi goreng with super hot plate. Maybe too long microwaved, the nasi dried. Staff not friendly. Worst SR i even been.

The place is understaffed. Service a bit slow. Also, recently had an experience where the berry cheesecake they served us tastes sour, not like the usual berry sour. Like spoilt milk. We visited at 9pm. Maybe the cheese has gone bad.

great service from manager on duty in handling crowd customer but i see lack of staff. multitasking manager good job and good luck. i hope Secret recipe management can add more staff to help the manager thank you

Bad food quality. Order nasi goreng shanghai but received a very bad nasi goreng like nasi goreng bodoh plus 4pcs of udang. Since i familiar with the taste of nasi goreng, the first bite is bad and the rice not fully cooked.

Waited 1 hour 15 minutes for my meal

Poor customer service, food quality is so so only. Had to wait for almost half an hour for the waiter to take our order, and almost an hour for our food to be ready.

Poor customer service. There was a breakdown in service - long waiting time for our food (orderto be ready and served. We had to ask about it 3 times. Twice, we were told that it was still being made. Finally, it was served after about 35 minutes - how long does it takes to cook a simple chicken chop to be served?

I understand menu can be limited at this time with the flood problem causing supply n logistic issues. The service was bad. The waitress just dump the fork n spoon n left. Did not even key in all the orders despite writing it down. Service was slow. The manager apologized on behalf. This branch is the worse one ive experienced. Section 18 branch, dont rake customers for granted. I dont think ill come to this one again.

But today I feel very disappointed because my drink is not as tasty as always.Order two Boba caramel milk tea Large rm9.30 but TOO BITTER it just taste like BOBA WITH TOO MUCH TEA!Order two Boba salted caramel chocolate Large rm10.90 but TOO MILKY it just taste like BOBA WITH TOO MUCH MILK!I even ask the staff to change the drinks but it still taste the same!Please keep the standard quality of your drinks.I dont care about the price but make sure its worth it!

I was really disappointed from the quality of black forest cake that was serve to me. I bought to my friend as my friend birthday today but The cake was MOULDY . Its just so embarrassing. And, i called to outlet and and told them the cake it was MOULDY. But the staff still asked me how was the taste? How speechless am i !!! We found green mould on the bottom of the cake, so i have to ask my friend continue eat that cake ? That is not the quality of cake that one would expect from a restaurant of your level and reputation. You need to make sure that your customer are getting the highest caliber of available ingredients as well as proper preparation.

Menu selection was very limited.Toilet floor flooding, needs improvement.

Worst service ever. Me and my colleague came at 1pm but order was not served even at 1:40pm. When checked with the waiter, she said its in the que even when the place is not full house. Another waiter super ignorant when we asked why taking so long...he didnt bother to apologize and said its ok.🤷.

Staff need to be more alert to customer. Its hard to get their attention when customer are ready to make order

This is 3rd time been here. Services were bad each time. Staffs were lazy, playing handphone. Asked me about my order 3 times, why not wrote down? I had to take the extra plate, fork and spoon all by myself..and had to pay for the service charges RM11?? Aiyoo... Other restaurant is free of services charges and has a better services! This branch SR is really worst!

Worst secret recipe branch ever. Been there like 3 times. But the service are the worst. The meal i ordered (special beef noodlewas nasty. The meatball was still frozen. Besides, the tomyam kung, shinjuku and prawn macaroni was also they said out of stock. Futhermore, the stuff are very rude. This is not the first time. Im sorry but this branch of secret recipe is not recommended to go. The service need to be upgrade.
