Not much going on..many empty shop lots

Place kinda dead, no wonder why..who the fish planning to put a megamall in middle of perumahan?

Its never change until now.No facilities.Most of washroom out of sevice.No suitable for old people and disability person.

The environment makes me feel very uncomfortable. And no one came to visit. Not only that, but even the lights are dim. Gives me a horrible feeling. So here, i hope you will make some changes in the future. In this way, peoples perception of starmall can be improved. So that more people can visit. Thanks.

AaaYooh. 3 major francise food outlet; McDonald, Sushi King, KFC. Pacific. Watson & DIY.Many small individual retail on ground and first floor.ATM on the ground floor, close to KFC area. 2nd floor GSC cinema,bowling alley and handphone retail.For more local restaurants,they are located at the surrounding shops beside the Mall.

The only cinema in west pahang 🤨 decent place to watch cinema in small town

The only Mall in Temerloh. Gsc lite is there and best place to bring you family over the weekends

For the first time feel very funny because this mall stated in the middle of residential area. The road to go there is also narrow🤭🤭🤭

Bowling and a GSC cinema along with McD, KFC, Sushi King and Big Apple donuts... what else do you need... yet a super market, a DIY, childrens play area and phone accessory shops. Awesome!

Sadly very rundown even though its the only shopping mall in town, escalators not working and everyone need to crowd at the lift.

I saw many small kiosk (mostly they were food stall years agono longer seen today, the only reason people want to enter this mall just because of the entertainment provided with some relaxing places. Money issue was secondary, as long peoples are not jobless...the business has small chances to grow in here.

Their popcorn are sometimes burn?? They have this hangus/smokey taste in their caramel popcorn like they burn the sugar too much, but last week their popcorns taste decent and not burn so i give them 4 stars. The toilet is definitely clean enough, clean compared to the other toilet starmall had. But all in all decent cinema and its lite so the choice are limited

There are a lot of shops and fast food. I like to buy blouses and palozos at the side vendors. A very reasonable price. And I like going to Verns ( shoe shop)

The only one... in whole of central and northern Pahang to have a movie theatre, shopping mall and also fast food.... no where else in Pahang except of caurse Kuantan.....

Most shops have closed down. Even Popular Book Store has packed up. Pacific Supermarket is still around and do is MacD and few others. The cinemas are shut because of Covid

The location is bad. The access is difficult to reach. The travellator inside already not be able to us. Only can shop at Ground Floor. The carpark basement is quite dark. Feel not safe to park below basement.

Nice place to hang out. Cleaning good. But must add extra staff to serve food and to keep maintaining dining area clean and in proper condition. So far so good

Not too crowded. But some areas are quite dark, making it a bit dangerous for a female to walk alone, especially at the toilet and basement parking area.The escalator always got problem, but can use the lift.

Medium size mall but most of the shop lot empty

Not all escalator moving. And the lift took so long to arrive. Not functioning well too. Not so many park available.. the only place that been with more ppl is just the main attraction. Cinema and bowling.

If youre thinking going to the gym. Just forget it. Come here the get your cardio pumping, walking up an down the stairs. Escalator nor elevator are out of sevice most of the time.

Very... very average mall.. but it is suffice for here. The only place with cinema around Temerloh area. They have Sushi King, Secret Recipe, Tealive, KFC, McD and Big Apple. Also got your watson/guardian pharmacy. And they got a store similar to parkson/the store where you can get your necessities.

This is the only mall in Mentakap areas. A bit run down as not well maintained. The ground and lower ground floors car parks areas are dark and smelly. Car park is free. Those shoplots located at higher floor hv closed down as biz cant be sustained. Anchor tenants able to survive are GSC, Popular Bookstore, DIY, VIOR, Secret Recipe, KFC, Mcdonald and the hypermarket

To have a mall in the residential area with a lots of road humps is not a strategic place to be built. But still want to be thankful because at least we have a mall rather than nothing.

The place is dying. Its very poorly maintained. The escalators and elevators are usually out of order. The tenants keep going out of business or the existing one are desperately trying to stay alive. Trash littered the basement parking.

All ok except lift n escalator.. On n off.. If maintained well then can attract more people.. Only attraction here.. Bowling n gsc.. Others quite slow.. But still can improve.. Haha

Ever imagine how would a shopping mall look like after zombie apocalypse?? Well, have a visit to this place. With pathetic building maintenance, dark sorrow surrounding, this place is a perfect place to shoot horror movies. If you are lucky enough, you might meet with real zombies lurking in the dark too....Ps: the place is so bad that I dont have the appetite to snap pictures. Sorry...

Good place to shop, sport and enjoy movie.

The worst mall ever build on earth. Elevator & Escalator not working at all for long time. The worst maintanance ever seen. I dont think this mall save for public. Look tired even in main entrance. Parking space too dirty and i doesnt see any security on duty in this mall

The place looks a bit run down with many empty shop lots. On the positive side, this mall has a cinema and bowling alley. KFC and McDonalds located in the mall too. There is a Pacific Supermarket and Departmental store in the mall.

I went to Mentakab Star Mall recently to watch Munafik 2. It has a cinema, bowling center, some fast-food outlets and more. I went on a weekday so there were not so many people and unfortunately lifts couldnt be used and going-down elevators were not functional.

The only one that make the mall survived cause of the gsc. The toilet is so bad coz no one ever wash the toilet. They also got mcd, kfc, secret recipe and big apple. Also sushi king! Got bowling place too if you wanna hangout with family and friends.

I come here for movies and bowling. Those are the two main attractions why I keep coming back. I like that they have done something to make the surau more people friendly than before.

We can having some sports with bowling and gameland here. Many updated movies in cinema can be watched since theres Golden Screen Cinema(GSC). A lot of foods can be enjoyed like KFC, McDonalds, Fish Village, Tealive, Big Apple and Secret Recipe. And we can have a visit to buy our properties like groceries in Pacific, books in Popular, hardware in Mr Diy and many boutiques and shoes outlet here.

Been here once for bowling. Not much shops, I believed it were shut down, also not much visitors. Not much of restaurants option to dine in. Lack in terms of cleanliness.

The road to get there is through the housing area . Small and lots of bumps. But when you get there its like any other mall. The cinema is the main attraction.

I only went to watch movie and play bowling. Have fast food (kfc,mcd,big.A, Sushi.K). Very eerie during night time if you want to go to the toilet. The place to pray for muslim is not that great.

Poor management. Poor toilet. No signboard to find toilet. U can get lost when finding the toilet. Not many shop in here. Got mini GSC here. But the GSC sound system is quite poor. Not properly handled. It is too loud and plain. Parking is quite dirty, and hard to navigate in the parking area. This mall is just so so. Nothing much to do in here.

The toilets are so dirty and smelly!!! Some escalators are not working. Please improve. Learn how to manage your public amenities from Aeon shopping complexes. Some positives: cinema, bowling alley, shops and bazaars with reasonably priced merchandises, good eating places.

If not for the big companies operating in this mall like McDonalds, KFC, Pacific, GSC etc, I think this mall will lose visitors big time. Dark, smelly and dirty indoor parking, dirty toilet, dirty Muslim prayer room.

The facilities are in bad condition. Only 1 elevator works. The other one has been under maintenance for a long time. The other one elevator little bit scary to use. Sometimes it stuck. Many escalator broken down. Parking lot seem like not enough lighting. There were a lot of rubbish in the mall especially during public holiday. Maybe they were shortened of worker. Thats all my experienced

Not many shops is open. A lot of flies at the fast food restaurant. Luckily the only one cinema in whole city located here and was up to standard.

The only mall in Temerloh district with occupancy rate is just 60 -65%. Can’t expect the mall will similar as in big town area but just nice for small city as Mentakab. Located in residential area and +- 2 km away from main the road. Plus points are entertainment choices (GSC Cinema Theater/Bowling/Children Game Station), famous restaurants (Sushi King/Secret Recipe/Kenny Rogers Roastersand departmental store. Minus points are poor mall management, lack of parking space, cleanliness issues, poor facilities/maintenance and out trending fashion – Pacific.The mall management/owner shall improve their business strategic to avoid big failure in future.Dear Google Maps,Please update your satellite image/view as outdated. there are cleanliness issues with serious problems which cant be cured. People spit everywhere inside the building and you must be extra cautious and careful during walking. And the toilet is the worst.

Theres basement parking. Not much of a mall but you theres bowling and GSC cinema. Theres Pacific supermarket on the ground floor. Pretty good choices of food outlets. Best choice for a mall since theres nothing much in Temerloh and Mentakab.
