Food portion is small and costly. The taste so so only. Not many of choices for main meal.But beautiful environment and coffee art ❤️

Great food and nice place. Service so so. Need to improve a lot on welcoming customers. Most of us go to the table our own. They should ask how many people and lead us to the table.

bad service attitude from a male stafforder minced chicken tofu rice but then way too much sauce like 淋饭asking the fella why too much he said "its like that" vaguelydont even bother to talk to the kitchen then just walk away

Second Floor Coffee House is located in the Kota Laksamana area of Melaka. They used to be located on the 2nd floor (hence the namebut have since relocated to the ground floor. They serve coffee, tea and non caffeinated drinks like chocolate. Besides coffee, they also gave a menu of Asian and western food. The coffee art was so nice that we were hesitant to drink the coffee. However, drink we did and coffee was good and strong. They have a variety of seating types with dining tables and more relaxed sofa type chairs. A great place for a coffee with hand drawn coffee art.

Nice lovely art café in Melaka, they were very accommodating to our requests. Nice food and all our kids enjoyed it. The place was well decorated and prepared for Xmas celebration. Would recommend to go.

Friendly service and spacious restaurant. Lots of room for social distancing. Portion is huge. Highly recommend their fried chicken. They were nicely fried to perfection, super crisp on the outside and still juicy on the inside.

Good place to hangout with friends and family. The coffee art is awesome, cute and attractive. The beer shake is superb, those beer drinkers can have a try. The 24 hours marinated chicken wings are well-cooked and yummy, Nutella and banana toast also not bad.

It was a pleasant surprise to come across this place.Its dainty and very well done..They have a small collection of good books. So grab a book and enjoy your coffee.I think what sets them apart is the coffee art. Apparently you can request for different cartoons and figurines.And if youve never had a beer shake, try it. You can thank me later 😀

We had a great time here. The latte art is indeed a new and interesting experience. The customer service is good.I feel that its very loud and noisy when we visited on a busy Saturday night. I think it would be a better experience if there were more sound dampening on the walls.

Nice atmosphere, clean toilet, good service, very reasonable price. And most importantly VERY CUTE coffee art. We specially requested my favorite anime character and it turned out so well, that I feel sad when I ruined it when drinking (｡ŏ﹏ŏ)

They do coffee art here which is amazing & pretty impressive. Their cakes here are also nice. The staffs are kind and thoughtful. E-wallet payment is acceptable here which is convenient for those making cashless payments. Over all, I had a good time here.

A very nice place to chill out. Go for dessert after nyonya food. Got printed art Rose Latte, rainbow, yam & double choc crepe layer cake. Taste superrbb. They even have giant bear plush, great for photos. Will definitely come again.

I love to order hot drinks so that I can see their artworks on top the drinks 😍

Dont a bad place for dinner and dessert, love the layer cake but please dont compare it with Nadeje.

Have been a vivid customer for years, ever since they actually opened on a 2nd floor. This CNY, they actually had a special Coffee Art. The selection of drinks ranges from delicious milkshakes to flavoured lattes. They have many flavours of mille crepe cakes. The price is abit pricey for Melaka, but I guess hipster cafes are generally priced at such. The deco is nothing much to woo about. There are other cafes which are more aesthetic. So, I would usually just go for the milkshake.

If you looking for best coffee art , this shop is the best.. we can request the barista to draw any art design. The rum & raisin cake is not tasty .. its like flavouring rum & raisin.

First and foremost, I like the decoration of the restaurant where I felt cozy when I step inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food is not taste good. I ordered Cheezy 2x fried chicken chop and the chicken is way too dry for me while my friend ordered meatball bolognese pasta where the meatball in undercook from the insideand the meatball tasted very dry as well. Hope you can improve the food quality. Thanks

Lovely place. The coffee art is amazing! Lemon cheesecake is delicious but the rum & raisin cake was a bit too dry.

If youre looking for the best Latte art in Melaka then this is the place. The food is not so recommended but their beverage is not bad. If its not peak period, you can request them to draw your latte in whatever pictures that you like. However, I love surprises, so most of the time, I do not pick the art. I enjoy seeing all the different arts that they can provide.

Ive decided to change the rating from 4 to 1. Used to find it a great place for dining and chilling but it has gone from bad to worst. Waiting time for the food was more than 30 minutes eventhough there were only two tables (including mine). Weve got to take our own orders now, walked over to the counter and pay for the bill before they served the food. What worst was, they make things difficult for customers to write down the (name offood on that pathetic piece of paper instead of making our life easier by using code or numbers for each of the food. Business wasnt as busy with the staffs being idle, playing with phones behind counter, why not just take orders for customers? Really disappointing. They need to review again on the menu as its limited and mediocre. With people getting bored with the coffeeart already, I doubt this coffee house will survive for long. #kthnxbye

Amazing coffee house in Melaka. Variety choices of coffee and other beverage, foods was nice as well. Staff also friendly and patiently explain the menu to us. The barista was well trained, I was so impressed by his latte art, he did exactly what we requested. I will definitely visit again, highly recommended. 👍

Fried chicken super cripsy and juicy, salted egg pasta was rather plain but decent. The latte art is mesmerizing but for just the food maybe id give 4 stars. Theres room for improvement

I patronized the Cafe quite frequently in the past. Heard that they changed owner. So my friends and I decided to visit the Cafe after some breaks in between.We waited at least 40 minutes before our orders arrived.Ordered a cappuccino but the taste is so so.The coffee art is amazing. Its even better than the previous owner! What a great artist!

Fair prices that dont blow the budget. Relaxing and nostalgic vibes but its usually packed with people. Overall this place is definitely worth a visit if you like cafe hopping.

Very disappointed.Ordered their signature rainbow crepe which tastes like a lump of cream inside the mouth, NO texture of crepe at all (unlike Nadeje, which makes solid crepe).Signature milkshake tastes like shredded cheap Walls icecream.Not recommended. Ambience is good.

The only best cafe in Malacca! Very cool hand-drawn coffee art! Big portion of a cup of coffee as well! Must recommend :)

Very cozy place to visit alone or hang out with old frens. Very beautiful hand-drawn coffee art, and dont forget to try the sandwiches! Have to agree the portion is large and the price reasonable as well. No GST or extra service charges, wow!
