Super friendly, smiling staff. Nothing too much trouble. A genuine break from the world.

This is my favourite Seattle in Cape Town. The Butter scotch freeze I have is always great, except for the last few times I had. It has been a bit too thin, or too watery. I have seen new staff making them though, so maybe the new baristas are still in training. But yes, very very great coffee shop!

The service is excellent. I come here to study when theres loadshedding as they have comfortable seating and a nice atmosphere with plenty of charging ports. The freezos are delicious and milk alternatives dont cost extra which I really appreciate.

The ladies behind the counter always have bad attitude.

It was a nice experience. Always a fan of hot chocolate.

Wi-Fi is horrible. People who work here are not helpful. The tables were dirty and I had to wipe them myself. Horrible experience overall.

Such friendly staff. A great place to sit with a friend or work. They always play Iron and Wine or Sufjan Stevens creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere to sit with your book and relax.

Yesterday morning I bought myself a Seattle coffee in Cavendish mall... I work for Nespresso so time to time I enjoy another brand coffee and I always get myself a flat white in the Cavendish branch as I work in the mall too... When I got my coffee I could taste it was weak and I went to the ladies to ask if this is a flat white and the ladies that made the coffee was in the kitchen having breakfast and she came out so rude to me asking me what is my problem and I explained to her that its not the same... She made feel like I stupid and dont know what is a flat white as I work with coffee too and I just turned around and walked away... Im very disappointed as I know thats not how their employees are and I miss the old staff at the branch. They were always friendly and was never rude.Very disappointed I dont know if Ill go there again as a regular customer.

if there was a zero star.option for bad customer service... then I would have selected that option instead... one star because a man, a friend of he shop was behind me,his order was done before mine, with no apology!!!! gosh.... Seattle sucks!

It’s a very Nice place to Get Some Work Done, not to mention that Their coffee tastes great and the customer service is on Point. they just need to improve on the WiFi part because the internet signal is a Bit slow

Great coffee and a great atmosphere - what every café should strive to be

Always a firm favourite of mine and all my special people. Iconic, really, equated with the good stuff: Superb coffee and selection of hot (and coldbeverages. Biscuits and muffins tend to be a bit large for my liking, and have become a bit expected - increase in variety would be nice. But, if course, this is not why we go.

Just ordered a take away coffee. All four ladies chatting at the top of there voices. Nobody interested and the result is a disgusting cup of coffee that I needed to pull over to the side of the road to review. That’s how bad this experience was. Should have gone to my Regular Seattle at Constantia Village. They know how it’s done.

Its not my first time at Seattle coffee and usually my experience is a good one sometimes even great. However this time around my Cafe Mocha was extremely cold and I believe it was not made with soy milk like I asked. I know what soy tastes like and that wasnt it. Very disappointing.

Fantastic selection... tried their butterscotch latte.... amazing. The cookies and baked nibbles are always fresh.

It was quite busy with one staff member taking orders, while standing right next to the teller. The communication between them was horrible and caused for confusion in orders and having to repeat our requests multiple times. Should definitely be revised.If you bring your own cup or flask, like I did, they dont fill it to the size you paid for. I asked for a grande but they filled my 450ml flask only a third. And after querying this to the barista she says that anymore will dilute the flavour?

Sanitiser assistant at the door. Orders are fast and efficient as usual. Covid screen at the till. Coffee excellent and flavourful. My fave coffee shop in South Africa.

Superb coffee and tasty treats. Great reward system too. This coffee shop is situated on the lower ground level at Cavendish near the lift and escalator. Choose to sit down or grab it to go. The entrance is wheelchair friendly.

The only store from the 4 stores we visited with friendly staff and efficient service. I thort everyone was having a bad day until I stepped into Seattle. Great team working over there with vibrant personalities

As coffee chains go, Im not usually a fan. One usually ends with a lowest common denominator coffee. Staff not paid enough to care and most people happy, so no need to change. But suppriy Seattle has some decent coffee and good barristers. It far better than any of the other coffee chains in Cavendish.

Best coffee in Cape Town. Every Seattle has hands down the best coffee Ive ever tasted. My personal favourite one to visit is this one in Cavendish. I can get a good book next door then come over and order a cappuccino and just relax for an hour or two. Dont change a thing guys! 👍

Th Seattle Coffee compony is a great place to get your coffee. Whether its for a take away or a sit down. The location inside exclusive books is one of my favourite coffee places. The prices are good and the coffee itself is great. Since this location has quite a lot of reading material avaliable (books, newspapers and magazinesI like to go here for a coffee and to read whats available.Highly recommend this place.

Great atmosphere, great coffee and free Wifi. What more could you need? Ordered a butterscotch latte and it was perfect (per usual).You can do work here with your laptop (power points availableif you dont mind the surrounding mall noise (noise-canceling headphones do the trick). Wifi is uncapped and metered at 1-2Mbps per user (for which I subtracted a star).

Perfect for a quick coffee, hot chocolate or freezing chocolate drink; Seattle Coffee Company in Cavendish is an all time favourite place for coffee that is consistently good, vibey and busy next to Exclusive Books in Cavendish Square, Claremont! They also have great biscuits, cookies, sandwiches and snacks and when you enter your cell phone number after each order you earn loyalty points meaning; for every ten coffees you get one free!

Great, simply fantastic place, the numbers speak for themselves. This is by far the best coffee place I know of in Cape Town. That butterscotch latte I can already imagine sipping. Let us not forget, they even do a Mocha right at this place, a very difficult art to muster, in that a Mocha usually is a lesser form of coffee, but these guys do it right, I even verified that with a stranger who also had one there once upon a time.

The Seattle Coffee Co in Cavendish must be one of the best ever! From the moment you walk in and are greeted with a smile to the way your order is placed ie: Grande Vanilla Capp With Wings Please?To the "Thank you sir, Enjoy and have a wonderful day"Im stunned by this amazing service and Ill definitely be a regular customer there! Love it!

The staff are great and really helpful. The coffee is good. However the location of the shop within the bookstore is awkward. Customers tend to get in one anothers way after ordering because of the tiny space between the counter and the ginormous table in front of it. The bar type seating towards the exit is also in the the way of a quick exit. Fix the layout guys. Its a definite disadvantage.

Great Seattle Coffee outlet, coffee is good as usual. What I liked about the place was the atmosphere and the wall decorations.

The service was exceptional. The staff was vibrant. The coffee was good and the music was on point. The vibe/atmosphere was ideal for a quick cup of coffee with friends or you could open up your laptop and do some work or studying.

Love this branch. The staff are super friendly and the coffee always good. The big leather couch at the back is the best place to sit and read, people watch or play scrabble whilst listening to the acoustic covers they tend to play (if they keep the decibels down of course!).

Lovely cafe with more than enough power plugs to plug in your laptop and bang out that essay with your favourite hot drink at hand. It does get quite full in the morning though - and the small space does not accommodate that very well. But other than that, very cosy with great service!

I genuinely enjoy this place as a student as I can work in the store and enjoy my frozen coffee with a sweet treat like a brownie or a slice of cake. There are plug points in the store so you can charge your electronic device.

The most enthusiastic service I have ever encountered, helpful and jovial without being intrusive. Excellent hot chocolate and variety of options.Beautiful interior is both stylish and cozy.I visit whenever Im in the mall.

Good coffee, good friendly service and I quite like the aesthetics of the store. Just a pleasing experience all around. Did I mention that the coffee was good? It was delicious.

My favorite place to work from due to the secure location at the bottom of Cavendish + friendly staff + reliable and super fast alwayson wifi. Tip: Use Boingo to get unlimited wifi access at every alwayson wifi hotspot. This is even free if you have certain USA credit cards.I love the seattle freeze though it is mainly sugar.The staff here are really great!

Great coffee and very consistent over the 4 years of being a Seattle consumer. Their staff are friendly, the loyalty program is great value and is very little effort to join. The lines can get long, but this is due to demand rather than slow service. The line does move at a good pace so I wouldnt be discouraged by the line unless you only have 2min to spare.

What a lovely place. Great coffee, amazing service and an awesome vibe. Just very expensive 😂. Many business people go there and its just a pleasant environment. Found on the first floor hidden further away in side Cavendish square. Wifi is good, better than other places but you only get about 300MB per day.

Great coffee, lovely ambiance, good wifi (250mb), ample plug points, lots of work space. They lost a star cos no vegan anything to eat. That said, they only charge R5 for almond milk! :)

Opens early, so early birds can get their caffeine fix. The usual loud coffee shop culture as started by Vida. Lots of students and young professionals working.

Great coffee, friendly staff that treat each customer with the same level of enthusiasm . The butterscotch latte is my all time favourite!
