I booked by eatigo at 2:00 pm to got the 50% discount, but it was only half an hour and the buffet is closed , I like the service their and the food as well but I didn’t like that I feel rush to eat before the buffet close

Very authentic Thai food with a great view from level 28. Every dish was cooked and decorate very fine.

This is one of the best buffets in Thailand with reasonable price for food quality, variety, tastes, presentation, and service. We went for Sunday lunch and it was relatively quiet compared to the nearby popular Landmark hotel’s. Food is better here and dessert is wayyyy better. Seafood lunch included half a lobster per person cooked to order and unlimited salmon, scallops, fish, shrimps, crabs, raw oysters, etc. Sushi is good quality and fresh unlike many other restaurants. Japanese-style steamed egg is one of the best we have had. Listed price is on higher side (2150 ++ as of Augbut ask for discount (30-50%when calling to reserve seats.

The experience was nice, the seafood was fresh. A huge variety of international cuisine. :the details of the chocolate tower decor at the dessert station showed how much efforts chef put to impress diners. Much appreciated.My favorite was maybe the Indian food station, very flavorful. Blue swimmer’s crab is great. Foie Gras was yummy.

Not impressive and very overpriced for dinner buffet.

Finally tried the breakfast buffet and its pretty great. Theres a omelet bar, salad bar, cold cuts, dimsum, noodles, pancakes, lots of pastries and deserts.........Been over a year since I have been back here due to covid..but its still great! The seafood weekend dinner is very good and they also have good American BBQ. One dish that I really liked was actually their Mac and cheese, it was simple yet cruncy and delicious. They didnt have the king crab legs this time but the blue crabs were fresh and the grilled prawns were good too.------Just finished the Sunday Brunch and its the best meal I had here yet. They give you a good size Boston lobster not half of a small one like at other sunday buffets. Service also seems to have improved even more and theyve hired on a good number of western staff. Going to have to up the review to a full 5 stars as I just cant find any faults. If you come here with the 50% eatigo discount its practically a steal given whats on offer. Good variety of meats, seafood, and desserts only thing lacking might be vegetarian food._____Had the Wednesday BBQ, Great variety! Good selection of seafood, of meats, of cooked food, and desserts. Only two flavors of Icecream but everything tasted great. The staff was ok but not as friendly as at the Sofitel. I would rate this one of the top 3 hotel buffets in BangkokTried the Tuesday evening Chinese themed also. Again the food is great, its just the services thats a bit lacking. The staff should check on you a little bit more often. Order a dish and it takes a long time to arrive. But again most of the food is really good, only their curry is kinda bla. The desserts are great.Update: just had the Saturday night seafood buffet. Again over all it was pretty good. The king crab legs were great! Fresh and sweet tasting, but the blue crabs next to them were mushy and about to go. Oyster lovers would love it they had lots chucked and ready. The grill was great but took 20 mins to get the food you ordered. And they had all you can drink soda and juice.Today I tried the lunch buffet to see how it compares to the dinner one. While you are not going to be getting the oysters, seafood on ice such as rock lobster and crab, and Lamb chops. There is still plenty of variety. Plus the price is cheaper and you still get free soda.Ive come to realize that Seasonal Tastes is my personal favorite Buffet here in the Sukumvit area. It just has the best combination of location, quality, variety, and value. Also service has gotten better I think.For example Goji Kitchen has a great spread, probably more variety, and best for desserts. But its located in the middle of two BTS stations and will take 10 mins to walk there. The price there is more expensive and a soda will cost 99b.Viola just down the road from Seasonal tastes has quality but not much variety. The buffet costs about the same but a soda there will cost you 150b.Orchards cafe just across the road is about the same price but I feel the quality is not as good and a soda there is 130bThe Atrium at the Landmark is great if you like crab, but I feel the variety and quality in its other foods are not as good. Price is more expensive but right now...from Nov on they got giant prawns from Myanmar so...big plus for sea foodJW cafe is also a bit of a walk from the BTS. Similarly prices and has good variety. Good for oysters and meat but other seafood is just ok. Soda is free here too.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Westin hotel and the breakfast was awesome , they also have wheatgrass drink which is very uniquely nice. Love it and highly recommended. ☺️ will come again. ☺️🙏🏻🥰

Party of 10 went for a birthday lunch. We expected a good ambiance with good food for the price (2,000 Baht per person). Food was a mediocre at best with very limited varieties and the sushi/sashimi station is the worst. A couple of managers in suits just stood around with the bossy looks. We were seated at 2 pm only to find out the buffet closed at 3pm. When we inquired about it to the bossy manager, he told us there were signs everywhere which I find it incorrect. Wished they had let us knew when we checked in. Unpleasant experience and I would not return.

There’re so many other better choices in Bangkok. This place doesn’t suit any occasions; for a casual all-you-can-eat gathering nor an upscale hotel dining.

The service in the restaurant is very good. The food is fresh and delicious. I am a little embarrassed to sit until 4:30pm because it is so comfortable.It’s really great restaurant.😍

Although there are fresh seafood, many dishes come out tasteless and very overpriced. The staff are nice.

For breakfast buffet, food quality at Aloft is better. Fresh juice was a nice touch.

Saturday Lunch BuffetNot impressive at all. There is no salmon sashimi and no beef dish or steak in this buffet. How can a buffet be 4 or 5 stars if it doesn’t have these more expensive items. Most of the desserts were also too sweet. I won’t be going back again.

Breakfast isnt various but somewhat adequate and good quality. The tables next to windows also make private feeling and relax.

It was actually a rather fantastic experience. The food offerings were more than impressive. The variety was more than enough from sushi to salads to chicken and beef to pizza to main dish entrees as well as a small selection of Indian food. My kids loved the desserts and actually went back three times to try different ones finishing each one each time. The buffet price was completely incredible and it also included all soft drinks which was a fabulous touch because not many other buffet in other hotels include drinks in the price its usually added on as a separate package or paid for per beverage.the small but simple sushi and sashimi offerings were more than enough to satisfy the palate and to top it all off there was an ice cream station as well as a cheese and cold cuts station. Fantastic personalized service from Mr Tom who I assume to be the manager of the outlet.

Food was good, but only value with 50% discount

Food selection was limited. Oysters were dehydrated. Grilled prawns were overcooked. Food shown on website is nowhere near the real thing. 😑Staff were nice... Thats about it....

1590thb++ weekday buffet not worth at all.Restrict amount of crab. No crab refillable. No foeigras. Nothing worth your money.Better go other restaurant.

Went for the breakfast on a special deal, a la carte buffet. Ingredients quality are good. The real a la carte price is pretty steep tho, like at the usual hotels at the same level. Service is decent, but they spent quite a long time making dishes. Personally like their egg dishes, they cooked it well.

Seafood selection was great, but meat and other boiled or steamed food are pretty bland.

Staffs were so friendly and very nice. They were attentive and gave warm welcome.Food were fresh, and many menus were made fresh upon order. The chef were very nice, he greeted customers at every table.Nice atmosphere. Clean and cosy, nice view by the windows, live music. Only the restaurant is a little small, not a problem.My favorite Salmon Sashimi were great. They were fresh and kept at good temperature. Most drinks are included (Coffee, Tea, Cola and other soda).So sad that there were only 2 flavors of ice cream today (my favorite chocolate was not there).The car park area is at floor 5-6 (which there are 3 levels each (a, b, and c)more patience driving up there were in need. But you’ll find it worths driving up there, since the restaurant is just only few steps from the parking area.

Excellent food! Amazing service! It could not have been a better experience. The staff was extremely attentive. Our drinks stayed full and our dishes were constantly cleared away. They were always around yet they did not hover or disturbed us. Overall it was a fantastic dining experience! We will for sure visit again and again!

Few different cuisine. Sushi not so fresh, Chinese soup was nice especially beef soup. Don’t try Aglio olio😂

If you search out Eatigo, you might find a 1-1 deal here for lunch buffet and that is how we landed the spot here. All things considered, this makes it quite worthwhile.Having said that, there was nothing that is deeply memorable for the international buffet but it is a good way to fill up for the day and spend the rest of the day digesting the food as you make your way through every nook and cranny discovering what makes BKK unique.Service is always pleasant, polite and sufficient as plates clear quickly, water topped up. And always with a big smile. This seems like a rarity that it is this good although Thai service is pretty pleasant most of the time.Without the Eatigo deal though this may not be an obvious option especially with so much going on in Terminal 21 next door.

Delicious desserts buffet dinner , great food and services.

Chocolate cube, chocolate filled bon bon are great. Chinese food on Tuesday diner buffet are below my expectation. Staffs are great.

Has some good tasting items, however for similar prices you can have better buffet. The prawns, rock lobster and salmon were great. Fresh and grilled seafood are nicely done - with Thai seafood sauce. Spaghetti cooked very well for buffet.Lamb, oysters and foie gras were a bit of a let down: fresh oysters were easily ripped and the foie is usually a bit more juicy. A little dry.Overall a good selection and big plus on services.

Quite nice buffet serves there, especially they have lots of seafood choices to choose from. Oyster is just soso, cannt say it is vey fresh, but rock lobster is yummy, with their Thai spicy sauce.Grilled corner is another highlight of theis buffet, you can order beef steak, salmon, white snapper, pork chop, etc, they will freshly grill for you and send them to your seat, excellent!Only something there is room of improvement, salmon sashimi, not fresh at all, suggest them not to place a lot for few hours.Dessert is also not so tempted. Too sweet and not delicious.

Food spread was delicious.... They indicated food that were halal for the muslim which was helpful. Staff were friendly and wonderful service.

There is just weekend buffet available. The space is quite small & is not luxury to 5 star hotel standard & I cannot see any city view. Good to have mantis shrimp, pasta, Thai dessert here.

Very value for money. The quality of the seafood was good. Also the deserts were decent. The rest was to fill. Strange was your tomato mozzarella salad. It looks nice on the picture but the cheese was actually tofu? Was disappointing.

Limited choice of food for Muslim. Many kinds of the foods contain pork. I stayed 2 nights at the hotel and only had breakfast once. At the second day i ate the fruit the hotel provided in hotel room. As it is the food that i can take safely at Seasonal with no risk of containing pork. The staffs are polite and friendly

Very Good, went for lunch twice in the past two weeks. Nice variety of foods meat and seafood, from roast beef carving station to leg of lamb garlic beef, fish, cook to order pasta station, cook to order pork chicken fish dim sum, Indian, Thai, everything. Cold stone ice cream Station that was really nice. All the desserts were good.Staff was super friendly. Coming here since 20years, it will be last time today, bad food bad service too expensive a big deception since they change the owner.. old staff agree with us, but no choice to stay there.. at close time 22.30, they shut down the light and at 22.00 they prepare every table for breakfast of the next day, with loud noise. Will not comeback anymore.

I was here with my mother and my brother on 27th October 2018 when there was a "Seafood & Grill Dinner Buffet". I would like to say that the weekend dinner buffet was very good with wide varieties of seafood and grilled meat products to choose from.We were sitting by the entrance next to the lobby lounge and we enjoyed the live music immensely.It was a lovely experience dining in this all-day dining venue of The Westin Grande Sukhumvit.
