The Seagrape is probably situated in the best spot in the West End, with fantastic ocean views!Its a perfect place to disconnect, because there is NO wifi, or TV in the cabins.It is very walkable to the West End strip, where you can find great food.The dive operation was very good. The DMs are locals, and know how to find the sea life.The only downside, and reallyvits minor, was the "restaurant". Dont waste your calories there. No Bueno. The coffee was awful, the food is bland. Take a walk and pick any other place to eat.

Small and quiet with a gorgeous view. The staff makes you feel like family. Im absolutely in love with Seagrape...oh and the food is awesome!

It was amazing, our dive master (Ricardowas super nice and helpful and brought us to some amazing dive sites definitely reccomend this place. Its about 5 minutes walking distance to the town and is nice and peaceful to watch the ocean and the sunset.

Do NOT use the taxi service unless you specify a price first....I had to get here as an emergency location to meet my cruise ship port and the first day costed me $25 to go this 10min away and then the next morning it was suddenly $50 to go the same distance back?! Ironically after a storm and me overhearing my driver having a phone call that his next ride was canceled. I wasted $75 I hadnt prepared to need, for no reason. I will NOT be back.Im regards to the room, I had ants everywhere and the mattress felt like a stone.... the only positive comment I can leave was that the staff at the hotel was exceptionally polite and welcoming and the views were wonderful...

5 minute walk to West End. We loved it. Beautiful, peaceful, delicious breakfast and nice pool.

Este hotel este Lo mas nefasto el wi-fi solo está en 2 puntos de todo el hotel la calidad de atención es la más pésima que existe por parte de los mismos propietarios y en la cafetería o restaurante es un menú que no vale la pena ni mencionar no lo recomiendo ni para mis seguidores ni para ningún turista es mejor pagar más en un hotel 5 estrellas no tiene playa una piscina que aparece una estanque.

Si eres fan del buceo o simplemente quieres un lugar tranquilo. Este es el lugar ideal. Muy bien ubicado, con excelente atención de la familia que es propietaria.

Super helpful and friendly staff! Any time I needed something they were fast about making sure that my group had the best experience possible. Their dive shop also has a great and incredible team to get you to the best dives for what each person wanted to get out of the trip! Definitely a place worth coming back to in the future!!!!

Great place with reasonable prices and a fantastic crew. Highly recommended for a week of diving.

Home away from home!

Stayed here for the last week in Feb 2021. Absolutely beautiful property and the staff sets it apart from the rest. They were so kind from the chefs to the groundskeeper to the shuttle drivers. The employees here go above and beyond anything you could ask. On our last night, we were exhausted and they helped us order a pizza for delivery. Shark (the owneractually drove to pick it up for us and brought it back, refused a tip. Very gratuitous people that own this place.The food is 10/10. The dive shop is a 30 second walk from the hotel. The pool has great views over looking the ocean. The rooms have air con.Extremely safe place and less than a 5 minute walk to shops, grocery store, bars and restaurants.Everyone that works here was just lovely and I can’t wait to come back!

Super encantador, buen hostal buenos dormitorios, aire acondicionado, súper limpio, buena piscina, las estadillas aplican a desayuno pero el de la casa no de tipo buffet, pero muy bueno... Tiene acceso al mar pero no ala arena tiene una submedia posita, también posee dormitorios muy económicos.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo, personale super gentile e disponibile! Buona la posizione a 2 minuti da west end, ma nella zona più tranquilla dove si può riposare senza problemi!

Enjoyed the free breakfast every morning after snorkeling off the pier right on the shoreline. Best views of the reef right there. Staff was very accommodating as I was able to schedule the times to have my room cleaned. Brief walk to West End and I enjoyed chilling by the pool.

Overpriced, quiet and clean place. Nothing special. Shower could be better, WiFi is very weak and not available in the room itself. Reception is opened from 7am to 6pm only. The restaurant is only opened until 2pm so make sure to bring enough water with you as this hotel is quite far away from the next store. The pool area is OK but no beach. Has access to the ocean over small path over the rocks but entry is quite rough. Nothing for kids for sure.Overall, price is too high for what you get in my opinion.

Good place for take vacations

Great value for the price, friendly staff and a perfect location on the island for peace and quiet. They have their own dive shop and pier with excellent dive masters.

Everything is good except the food...

We loved our day with Cleve as our tour guide!!! We got to play with the sloths and monkeys, go ziplining, see the real Roatan, and eat local food! He brought us to check out the resort that is owned and run by his family and it looks super cute and peaceful, but is walking distance to the life around West End. Well come stay here on our next vacation for sure!

Visited Seagrape for a week of diving in early January 2019. Spent the week diving primarily with Hugo. Loved that divers were divided according to skill level so everybody was able to fully dive their own dive to their fullest potential. Small group dives of 5-8 were lovely! Breakfast and lunch were included in our accommodation rate and were fantastic. Staff in the restaurant, dive shop and resort were, without fail, friendly, accommodating and helpful. It’s family run and shows in warmth and commitment! Loved the location- tucked amid a relaxed and green quiet space on the edge of the west end close enough to walk in for supper but far enough away to offer privacy and quiet! Accommodations were rustic but did the trick. No tv, WiFi in designated areas only! Beds were comfy but showers .... need some help!

We were treated like a part of the family at this last locally owned and operated resort. Our dive professor Ricky Wesley was amazing . A total professional with the petience of a zen master watching to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable. Generating an amazing experience as we became PADI certified open water divers.

Great people nice rooms breakfast n lunch served on premises 7 to 10 min walk into town for dinner.theyve got a pool n 🚿 at dock to rinse off the salt and a concrete tub to rinse off your dive gear n a locker room set up with hangers and hooks to stow your gear.dive classes are offered n padi endorsed.the boats are well maintained.they also have night dives twice a week with nocturnal sea life only indigenous to that area which sets their area completely apart from the rest of their area.I was utterly blown away n wished I brought my 📷 with me.

Hands down, the best diving outfit in Roatan. Dive masters Hugo and Ricky are local and have been leading dive trips for years. They know their stuff! Weve seen so much on our dives. . Awesome place to stay too. Sign up for the breakfast and lunch plan. Fabulous food! This is a family run organization. Everyone on the staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and informative. If I could rate Sea Grape six stars (instead of just five), I would.

I spent two glorious weeks here. This family operated resort and dive operation was everything I expected. Good food, great accommodation and access to superb diving. The staff were there to ensure that my every experience was enjoyable and of the highest quality. It was very easy to relax there....

Insanely affordable hotel and diving. Can’t beat it anywhere in CA or the Caribbean!

We had an incredible time at the Seagrape and liked it so much that we scheduled a return trip. We completed our open water scuba certification here after taking our class and pool skills in Calgary and then completed a 7 day dive package. The staff (both at the resort and dive shopcouldnt be friendlier, and the ocean-front bungalows are amazing. We also really liked Seagrapes location-- its secluded but within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of West End. So, we had quiet when we wanted and the bustle of West End when we felt like it. Lands End bar and restaurant is immediately next door for those evenings when we didnt want to walk the short distance into town (or simply wanted a nightcap while watching the sunset). Cant wait to come back soon for more amazing diving and fun at Seagrape!

Friendly owners and nice layout of the grounds. It is convenient to take their boats for tours. They seen to have the nicest boats and most professional guides

Wifi weak. Food so so. No alcohol, but right next door. Poor lighting in rooms. Friendly ! staff. Excellent location. Direct TV pretty good. Many American stations. Got Pac12 BB last night.
