I had such a great time in Seafront Residences. The staff were friendly and helpful. The design details of their houses, pool, landscaping will give you aesthetic, modernist vibes as shown in the pics below.Every room in the house we rented has air-conditioner. The place has WIFI too. The kitchen utensils, bedsheets etc. were clean and safe to use!!Also, the beach is sandy and completely safe with unlimited time for you to enjoy. There are no other words to describe this resort. I had a really good time. You might want to visit this place too. 🥰

We rented this place for 2D1N through Airbnb. The back has black sand, and the waters have some trash, but is cold and refreshing. The resort has a large pool and 3 Jacuzzis. The place is a 10 minute drive away from the nearest convenience store. The roads are wide and paved. The house had its own parking space. The security is tight at the village entrance.

"Just a few steps from home ," so true it took us 3 hours or less to reach our destination, Seafront Residences in Batangas San Juan. Skyway is the best!

A new development by Aboitizland in San Juan, Laiya consisting of ready built houses ranging from 100-150 sqm lot area (9m-14m), condominiums and lot only properties. Its a nice development if you are looking at a beach house with facilities. Pool is big and surroundings are well maintained. Unfortunately, beach is not that clean. Sand is black but but fine. There is no paved walkway to the beach. There is garbage everywhere. Potential is huge for this area but community involvement is needed to make the area sustainable and beautiful again.
