Park offering picnic areas with BBQ grills, plus open fields & access to nearby bike trail & beach.
Great Summer Sunday Concert series 2022
Saw 2 bands, one fabulous, the other very good. The crowd was very upbeat and well behaved. The park was clean and easy to maneuver. This was my first time going to a summer concert... wont be my last. It was really a fun afternoon.
Love, love, love this park! Especially concerts in the park! So fun! Beautiful, wide walking or biking trails surrounding a very well kept park and grounds. Park at Salt Creek Beach, and walk in the tunnel underneath pch to get to it!
Where is the parking? Google maps took us there but no parking lot!!!🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😢
Great summer concerts. Wonderful park right across from Salt Creek. Take the Dana Point shuttle not alot of free parking.
Music in the Park, so fun & relaxing! Perfect sunny weather that cooled off with a breeze, late afternoon. Young people dancing up front. Old folks grooving in their chairs to music of Queen.
Great summer concerts with easy shuttle access from Laguna Niguel Community Center!
Great location for the Porsche Club of America 50th Anniversary White Glove Concours.
Great experience at the beer and wine festival! Lots of yummy wine food samples from local restaurants and vendors to shop with.
Attended a two year olds birthday party. Lots of room for the kids to play. Beautiful day.
A beautiful place to take a family walk never disappoints
Such a beautiful park with access to The Waldorf Astoria, Monarch Beach, Salt Creek Beach, and The Ritz Carlton. Large sections of green grass, lots of picnic tables. Not to mention amazing views.
An excellent place to take the dog for a walk and a fetch!
Great park for DPs summer concert series...
Came here for an outdoor concert. Clean, hilly, grassy landscape.
Beautiful park, Great concerts!
Great place to hear and enjoy DP Concerts at the Park on Sunday
Summer concert. DSB (journeycover band were 10 stars! Long walk to the park. Hot hot 😓but so worth it! The Reflexx (80s band were great too. First time seeing and hearing them too. Next concert there,we will be early so we can explore the park.
Amazing park! I came to the concert and it was fun
More people than ever attending the park concert but was still amazing. Thank you Dana Point
This is my favorite park in South Orange County located on the oceanfront between the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort. It’s a very large park with miles of walking and biking trails along the coastline and east of Pacific Coast Highway with huge grassy areas to have a picnic and relax. The oceanfront park has a nice grass area that slopes down to the beach and is my favorite spot to watch the sunset and often times listening to live music coming from events at the neighboring Ritz Carlton Resort Hotel.
This park is truely a gem. We usually stop at the library first then have a picnic at a bench somewhere along the route. Its a beautiful walking space. You can go thru the tunnel under pch and walk down to salt creek. There is a dog park there too.
Beautiful park, several dogs off leash was an issue.
Great views and an easy walk to the end...less than 1 mile round trip. My 79 year old mom with bad knees had no issues doing it and she stopped me from stepping on a rattlesnake. I have done this walk several times and there are signs warning rattlesnakes In the area but this was my first time seeing one on the path. I dont think it was well because it didnt move only showed its fangs...it was gone when we returned.
Nice for dog walking. Open space by the golf course. Picnic tables. Quiet.
Short walk from the Ritz or Montage hotel, there is a dogs ground and access to the parking that takes you to the beach.Long walk way good for running.
I walk my dog here. Low traffic. Dog park with multiple pens for dogs to play in. Lots of dogs on and off leash, though I believe local ordinances require leashes outside of the pens. Free dog bags. Friendly dog owners.
Love this place , my dog had a blast with her friend. We have two tired doggies.
Ultimate getaway for any concert in Dana Point. Coastal breeze, awesome relaxed atmosphere and great music on top of that.
Nice park, but no parking and no bathrooms. They had really great talent at the end of summer luau and it was well organized. Disappointed that they didnt have any Hawaiian food available, but otherwise good event.
I was driving down PCH with a friend when we stopped here for a short break. Its a cute place for a walk and has a tunnel that goes under PCH and leads to the beach.
Good concert venue. Enough bathrooms parking can be a problem on a hot summer day. lots of shuttles available around the town
Great park, should be called Salt Creek Park since its next to Salt Creek Beach. Summer concerts are the best
love Dana Point policy having concerts and allow the young and the arthritis crowd wiggle their buds.So much fun, great summer concerts, great people, "bad" wine (lol), fun, fun, fun. Thank you!
It was a fun afternoon. The trolley made it easy and fun way to get to the concert. The acoustics could have been a bit better. But hey it was a free concert and fun.
Porsche America Event today.
We love this dog run! Clementine is a new rescue and has some boarder aggression. We use the dog run to exercise and work on our training!
Fantastic place to walk or have a picnic. Beautiful views of the golf course and the ocean. The park is exceptionally well maintained by Dana Poing.
Never been there before. Went to see a Blues band. Seemed nice and big. Would visit again
Doheny Blues concert was excellent. Very easy access and tons of street parking very close to the venue less than four blocks away. Much better set up than when it was at Doheny State Beach. Best small festival any where. Bar none! The show is the same weekend every year. Is the weekend before Memorial Day weekend.
Love going every year to the concerts in the park. We have the best time there with friends
The park is always relaxing to run through. Concert in the Park was amazing.
Beautiful park with paths meandering by the ocean. Needs a small playground for the little ones but plenty of room to romp. Watch out for the carts, sometimes they cruise by pretty fast.
Park is nice but its so far from the Lantern District and quite a long walk if youre coming from that area. Theres no parking unless you pay at Salt Creek. Why they moved all the events here is beyond me. Wish theyd move the concerts back to Heritage Park or Lantern Bay Park.
I went here for the Doheny blues festival since it was moved from Doheny state Beach, not only was the festival not as good as before, I had all my stuff I brought stolen
Very nice park. Has free concerts during the summer on Sunday afternoon
Great place to check out different wines, food and music. Bring cash, they dont do credit cards.
Nice park reachable from Salt Creek Park via tunnel under PCH. My dog likes it more than the grass at Salt Creek Park.
This park has limited parking for all the people that try to use it. Not much there unless youre to the beach other than large grassy field.
My dog loves this park, we love to go there. If you follow the path down to the golf course, it will take you to the beach.
