Great vegan breakfast.

Lovely food well presented, served in good time, portions good, good choice on menu, priced a little above average but well worth the money, if you want good food well presented in nice surroundings give this place a visit

just been for breakfast and it was very very tasty,, although i was left wishing i had chosen the pancakes as they looked fantastic, which means i will be back and next time the pancakes willl be ordered!!!Peter

Lovely food & great service.

Delicious food and good atmosphere.Nice varied menu but despite being quiet we did have to wait a while for our food (about 40mins). It was definitely worth the wait though. The prawns were delicious and the nachos were a real hit.Highly recommended.

Food good but not desserts!

Was in today for dinner. Meals were beautiful couldnt fault it but we didnt get the coffee we asked for with the breakfast and we didnt click till the end. I was shocked at the price of a rose wine. £7.50 for 1 glass.

Had lunch here recently with 2 friends.The food was very good, hot, tasty and well presented, made with locally sourced produce.Would have scored higher but unfortunately the service wasnt good.It was a Monday lunchtime, with about 8 - 12 people in. Our 3 main courses took around 40 minutes to arrive, so we didnt bother ordering deserts as we had didnt know how long they would take and we had a train to catch. We, and other customers had to wait or go and ask for extras / more and tables werent cleared before we / others asked for the bill.3 main courses, 3 beers, 1 soft drink = £45.95.Visit here to enjoy very good food but only if you have plenty of time on your hands, certainly not a place to pop in for a quick bite on your lunch break (there are 2 sandwich shops next door for that).

Just popped in for coffee. The coffee was good and the staff were really friendly. My phone died while I was trying to book a hotel for that night, the staff found me a charger to use while a had my coffee.

We have been here before when it first opened. Tonight was just as good. Had to wait a little for the food to arrive, but it was worth it. Friendly service and plenty of choices for drinks. Portions the right size for your money. Would go again

Food was excellent, I had duck breast with mushroom risotto which was really tasty. The service was good and we were well looked after.

The script never fails to deliver a high quality service and absolutely delicious food everytime.

Food was just ok. Not a very welcoming visit. Service needs a bit more practice no one smiled or were attentive when the meal was served. I wont be going back. Service with a smile goes a long way. A very disappointing visit to say the least....

We have just been for my birthday meal. The meal and service we had was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was freshly made and very good quality. Would recommend highly

First time visit very impressed, variety of menu, excellent food and very welcoming staff. Served by the manager who was very helpful explaining dishes. Decor unusual but colourful, very clean. Would go again without hesitation.

Top quality food

Unfortunately our visit wasnt great they did say they were busy but took an hour and a half to get out starter and were left sitting with empty glasses until we asked only one of the waiters was smiling the others looked thoroughly miserable! Food was poor and for that reason I feel was overpriced when the manager asked if steak was okay we said it wasnt to which he just looked embarrassed and disappeared no offer of complimentary drink etc we were in there for 3 hours due to length of time to serve and only had 2 courses disappointing maybe its a struggle when restaurant is busy???

Been to Script @ No.4 for the third time now. Always great food. Does an excellent Sunday Roast with red cabbage(yum), veg, mash and roasties. Friendly staff and the cocktails are very nice as well!
