no doy menos estrellas porque no da menos, mi hijo es autista y no se presto la debida atención para con el el niño estaba justo a la altura limite,el único juego que en su condición le gustaba era ese,no le dieron acceso pero tampoco me devolvieron el dinero que restaba en la tarjeta,no volvería nunca mas a este ni que me regalen las boletas,después lo traje a otro lugar en plaza sambil y aquí jugo sin ningún problema.El manager se llama joaquin.

Extremely overpriced. They were reasonable with the amount of tokens and quantity of tickets needed for the rides just a little over 2 years ago but now they have practically tripled their price, many times half of the games arent working properly, and the prizes are a joke. The amount of money that parents spend to buy tokens for the children to use in the machines or for the rides this place can at least offer some decent premiums to the kids who do accumulate their points. Its honestly shameful.

Excelente lugar, bastantes opciones para entretenerse, niños (recomiendo que no sean bebésadolescentes y adultos. Tienen baño propio MUY LIMPIO, las chicas que me asistieron TODAS están falta de una charla, eran muy odiosas y no saben dirigirse a los clientes con pasiencia, pero eso no paró la diversión. El lugar es seguro, amplio, bonito, está en MUY buen estado físico y tienen asientos adentro donde descansar. Un dato: las atracciones abren una hora después de lo que dice en el lugar. Pueden jugar en las máquinas pero los demás juegos (los más chuloslos abren una hora después. (Me imagino que es una estrategia para que gastemos más)

Es un parque de juegos, donde obtienes una tarjeta la cual activas con boletos dependiendo de la cantidad que desees adquirir, cada atractivo cuenta con una cantidad de boletos que se descuentan al pasar la tarjeta que adquiriste, es muy divertido tanto para niños como para los adultos.

Great playground for kids

Took my godson yesterday and bought 30 tokens and we had a blast, the 30 token pack was fairly priced and gave us many attractions. Absolutely love it and recommend it.

Could be better, but it’s DR almost everything is mediocre

It was fun, looked clean and was not crowded. In some games we did noticed the sanitary control was implemented.

Great fun for the kids, the top bundle costs around 1600p, and you get a card with 40 tokens.

I took my son here and he had a lot of fun. Thats the only good part. Besides that this place needs a lot of improvement. There employees have horrible customer service. ALL of them! All the ride attendants where young Males that looked like they had a criminal record. They All were on there phones and seemed bothered when ever they had to get up to do there job. Nobody said hello or smiled. The guy in the back where the 3d video games had a horrible attitude. Its a shame because the facility is very nice but the staff is stopping this place from thriving. Last but not least the price was a bit high for what it is. Over $20 to play at a Chuckee Cheese kind of attraction for 1 hour.... not worth it.

Screamland is an amusement park located in the Ágora Shopping Mall. It has four large rides, an extensive trampoline-like area, a climbing-obstacle construction (about 4 stories high), a play area where children climb, slid, and shot very light hollow plastic balls at each other, and several rides for the very small.Also available is a virtual reality ride and numerous arcade games.All in all, something for everybody and a place my family and I love.Note: Neither myself or family have any financial interest in Screamland
