Fresh cheese curds, delicious cheese! Best around!

My wife and I were recommended to visit here and it didnt disappoint. The cheese curls were so fun and delicious to eat, as they were squeaking in my mouth I couldnt stop laughing. We bought other cheese and whatnot as well. This is a very homie type of place and I would recommend to anyone as well. Thank you for being so friendly and inviting, we will definitely be back.

Udderly Delicious! 🤣 Scray has the most unique & amazing flavors, some Id never seen before: Tomato 🍅 Basil Cheddar, Horseradish Havarti, Spinach Artichoke Cheddar, to name a few, along with the more standard flavors like smoked provolone and mozzarella. They even flavor cheese curds to order. Everything tastes great, and they ship! So I can always order more, even if I have no time to stop in again, but Ill surely return if I can swing it. Worth the trip and definitely recommend.🧀

Our first break from the intense sun which we were walking as a Pilgrimage Group from Kaukauna. The ice cream flavors were amazing, especially the Machinac Fudge.

My sister in Laredo,TX asked for me to bring squeaky cheese curds from Scrays. I was able to grant her wish! The curds were fresh, and made for a perfect birthday gift!

Every flavor of curds is delicious. The problem is choosing your favorite. You really get treated like family. Watching them make the curds and cheese is not to be missed.

I normally am not a big fan of cheese curds, but these were really really good. I am not from the area but if I come back this way I definitely will stop to get more.

OMG! Best curds ever! They are made fresh every morning and are ok without refrigeration for three days. In fact, eat them as soon as possible and don’t refrigerate them because it changes the texture. I can’t even describe how good these are compared to other curds I’ve had.

Oh my oh my...cheese curds that squeak!? Oh yes please! Thats what you get when you get to Scrays. 4 generations of cheese makers and the quality shows! Loved the smoothies as well!

No visit is complete to Wisconsin without visiting a cheese factory and this family owned cheese factory did not disappoint! The inside of the shop is quaint. They have a viewing window, where you can watch the cheese being made and lots of cheese goodies to purchase. All of their cheese is made with local cow milk, provided by dairies within a 30 mile radius. And, they use all the parts of the cheese process, so the only part that’s wasted is what falls on the floor. Pretty cool! The cheese is fresh and yummy! They also offer scooped ice cream (not made by themand espresso. Not wanting to get out of the car, but know what you want? They also have a drive-thru window.

They were out of cheese curds but I did get some delicious mozzarella whips and blue moon ice cream.

Deb took us on a quick tour with the kids. It was fun and informative to see the process. Would recommend as a quick stop if your are in the area and want amazing cheese. Would recommend the smoked gouda!

Im not from the area and I love this shop. The owner was great and friendly. The options are awesome and creative. We went with a raspberry chipotle and pineapple habanero cheddar. They ship via FedEx and they will keep my business. They were out of the smoked gouda so thatll have to be next time! Check them out!

Stumbled upon this institution while taking an unscripted detour off the Fox River Trail. Beyond blown away. A drive up window for bicycles to buy cheese curds at the place where they are made??!! And an incredibly friendly and informative person helping us. Was a highlight of our time in Wisconsin.

The cheese here is wonderful. We had a nice drive through the Wisconsin countryside to their location. Outside it doesnt look like much and the little shop is quite small, but the service is friendly and very informative on all the different types of cheese they sell. I purchased the smoked gouda, some apple cinnamon cheddar, and bacon bread cheese. The gouda apparently won some awards, and it was amazing.

One of the benefits of living in Wisconsin is having a neighborhood cheese shop with made that day fresh cheese curds. Great place with incredibly nice people.

My husband and I stopped by while we were passing through Green Bay. I didnt get the ladies name but she was super nice and answered all our questions about cheese! We had snacks for the rest of our trip and as soon as we got home to STL we ordered more!

Good stuff. Being from Southeast Texas Im no expert on cheese curds but I liked them. Got some cheddar that was super good. Got a cheese hat too!

Scray has outstanding products at very reasonable prices. I am from Vermont, where cheddar is a serious business, and I have to say that sharp aged Scray cheddar is as good as anything in New England, and less costly. Beyond five years old, it is properly sharp, but remains nicely balanced. The other cheeses do not miss the mark either. Their cheddar bleu is a very interesting cheese crumbled over a salad, and Wisconsin brick is a versatile cheese. The young brick cheese is pleasant and subdued, while the aged brick, despite smelling strongly of funky socks makes a marvelous flatbread pizza, particularly over a sourdough crust. I have only mail ordered cheese, and never visited the shop, but I order several times a year. This is artisan cheese without the attitude. Good value, good cheese, and nice people.

Visiting from California....drove over 5k miles. We were really excited to go here after reading the reviews. They had very few samples, and the staff was not very helpful or friendly. Big disappointment. We bought a bunch of cheese though. Hopefully it is good!

A small shop attached to the factory. Its an out-in-the-country place with a genuine Wisconsin cheese factory vibe. They have a few outdoor tables where you can eat cheese, etc., as well as a little drive-through where you can get coffee. Insider tip: Go on Mon, Tues or Thurs for fresh cheese curds!

Thank you to Scray Cheese Factory for having FRESH curd available on Tuesday as I had checked at some larger grocery stores and that curd was not worth buying, yr curd has the taste and the whey I was looking for. I can say without a doubt that my family back in San Diego is going to love it.

A great little cheese shop with fresh cheese curds Monday Tuesday and Thursday. A great selection of cheeses sausages and gift items. They also serve coffee and ice cream. They even have a drive-thru!

Cute cheese shop, fun for the family for sure. A little on the pricey side, but that is to be expected for a smaller business so Im happy to support. They also deliver across the country which is amazing! Family from Idaho had it shipped straight there and were so happy.

This place has the best cheese in Wisconsin. They have such a great variety and it just tastes better than anything you can get at any other Cheese Factory or any other grocery store. They have a bunch of Wisconsin related nick-nacks and gifts. The small selection of wine is good. They also ship anywhere across the country. If I ever move away from being able to go here directly I will be very sad because their cheese is fantastic..

Cutest little deli with all sorts of cheese and the best cheese curds in town! The ranch flavor is my favorite!They even have a drive-up window, where they also serve ice cream!The staff is friendly, and the store is clean!

Shopping for some gifts brought us to Scrays today. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Loved that they have their own cheese in a variety of types and flavors.

Very nice place... We stopped here to buy some local cheese while we were in Wisconsin. The lady at the register was very friendly and was able to answer our questions. The cheese was GREAT!

A hidden gem outside of town...you have to drive a little farther but its totally worth it. They also have ice cream. So many different kinds of yummy cheeses and different kinds of sausage as well. There is a little cow statue outside that is Super cute too!

We visited this awesome shop while on vacation to Greenbay. The service was excellent, the cheese was amazing! We brought home cheese curds and the best gouda Ive ever had. Prices were the most reasonable we saw of all the cheese shops we visited. Definitely worth a visit.

This is just one of those gems that you thank God you found! Wonderful family tradition of making fine Wisconsin cheese. We buy when we are in the area and have shipped when we are not. Curds are excellent, smoked gouda incredible! Everything else really good as well. And reasonable!

Great cheese at a reasonable price. My mom was surprised and ordered fresh cheese curds for herself because the price was great. I love the drive through window!I have also ordered online, and I recommend placing a separate order for fresh cheese curds, since they are not refrigerated! My order came with the cheese, ice packs and fresh curds all in one thermal liner and none were cold because they combined everything. I informed them at the store, and they said cheese will be okay at room temperature for days. The ice packs are not going to do much good on top of warm curds! That is why I only gave them 4 stars.
