An old club been here for a long time came back to the place after 5 years still got it all the same good music good vibes and very organized security at the middle of town moi avenue if you want it urban with some few modern moves and some noise this is the place for you without trouble in town and a good balcony to view the town some few smokers on the balcony

Wasnt too crazy about the service-they are in too much of a hurry. Had the beef w ugali. Ugali too small. Had to order 1/2kg coz no quarter beef. Very bad. Enjoyed it after adding some salt na kafirifiri though but was overfull & had to ask for another ugali which took a while & had to warm my beef again

Scratch has always been good until recently when someone tried to alter our bills and the waitresses other than Pamela became rude. Pamela sorted the issues well and we left contented

The club is very centralyy positioned in the middle of cbd.. There are safety concerns around the are where its located so be careful as you leave ... The club itself is quite crowded... They have tried as much as possible to use every inch of the place ...

The music is good and the crowd is really mature so thumbs up.The surround system though 🙄. My ears are still ringing 24hrs later. Terrible terrible surround system

Paid via mpesa for two drinks only for the waiter to come back and tell me I have to take a beer coz there are no ciders, i go to tell the manager to refund me my money then he pretends he is not the manager, when I was told by all the staff he is the manager thats when hr decided to refund my money.. I dont blame the waiter for not knowing the ciders were all out I blame the manager for taking me round for an hour...

If you are wearing a pace maker avoid this place ASAP. The sound will pop it out from your body. The music was good but the sound was too much. For old timers you can get heart attack and die in here. Am sure the sound are way more than the legal recommended limit. The setting is ok, the crowd was also ok. The only issue once in a while you will be forced to buy 2 beer drinks to enter. Given that I dont partake alcohol I found this policy being very distasteful and can clearly categorise this as extortion.Apart from this 👆the security is ok. Have never experienced any incidences while there.FYI there is a church in the basement and upstairs if my memory serves me right so for those early birds nursing hangovers on Sundays make a point of waiting for the pastor down there to redeem you of your miseries. Visited on a Sunday to watch a game and I was impressed.Looked to have ample spaces for a hangout, good enough music system and had enough screens to keep all of us happy.The DJ was a bit of an overkill however.Im sure that is something we could have done without.3 stars feels a bit too good however 😅.

Scratch Bar hosts a karaoke every Wednesday of the year. That means every Week. The place is always packed with people going about their drinks. If you are looking for a joint to do bad karaoke singing, look elsewhere. The audience here will boo you if you dont have a great singing voice however much you enjoy blurbing on the mic. The price is always a bottle of wine for the winner (chosen by acclamation of the audience). Again, you got to have a good singing voice. Courage wont cut it for you here. Once in a while bad signing happens but the booing will put you off.

Been there 4 times and the music has been good once. Horrible DJ. Horrible sound system. The first bouncer downstairs wanred me to bribe him to enter despite me being of legal age. Just stay home and buy drinks.

The atmosphere here is great, the drinks are affordable. However, the crowd was a bit bored. But all in all, its definitely a place that i would recommend.

This is the first club that proved to me that reggae can be organized and decent,the one challenge they have is the overcrowding due to small space but believe when I say that reggae here is in its own league,piped,reggae roots not loud, the crowd is decent not rowdy,the price is friendly to the pocket,and if after a while,reggae saturates you,there are plenty of options around

Was my first time experience n I totally loved the Reggae Experience. Awesome music. Its funny not so many doing alcoholic drinks..but still everyone gets to have mad fun. Will def go back again.

The place has great waitresses, a cool place to chill with friends, loved the setting and the dress-code of the waitresses, great security. The service and friendly people around, awesome music and sound. Awesome ambience. Perfect cold beer. But can get overcrowded sometime but a great place to have a good-time stress free

The music system here is just amazing. The DJ, pretty nice. The drinks, quite affordable. It is the ultimate place to be if you just want to relax with your pals and have a great time (evening)
